This place is located in the busy restaurant area of old pasadena but there's a parking structure around the corner to park. Place is small and you'll have to order from the kiosks - they have 2. I really like this place. It's a small boutique store with about 4 tables inside. They also sell food, but I was here for their boba. When you walk in, you order using the tablet. They do not accept cash, so card only. My one issue with this place is if you order their 32oz sized drink, the cup is tall and narrow. I don't like this because, it doesn't fit in my cup holder and leaves a lot of room. It actually tipped over when I accelerated, but luckily, there was a little bit of spillage. So they might want to re-think the width of the cup. There are a bunch of flavors and combinations to try. I do like that they have different types of teas available and not just your typical black and green teas. They are located right next to The Cheesecake Factory.
