This is where I found the parts.

I have had terrible experience with their service department. Will never bring another vehicle there for service. Complained to the service manager about the service to my vehicle and he told me that they would get it in to look at it in the next few days. Seven days later he had one of his service people give me the runaround. He didn't even have the decency to call me himself. I have paid these guys around $4000 for repairs and all they did was mess my car up.

I just wanted to give Wyatt Johnson Buick GMC a review on how great they have been to our family ! We went in about a month ago and got a beautiful GMC Yukon Denali. Howard helped us there and he did AMAZING ! Woke up this morning to a package by my door and it was a thank you gift from them ! These cookies are delicious! If you are looking for a vehicle I highly recommend going in to Buick GMC and asking for Howard !

    DOOR HANDLE SCRATCHES

Damaged vehicle, rude treatment, & sarcasm- CUSTOMER BEWARE Dropped my truck off (Wyatt Johnson GMC Clarksville) JUST to have my bumper replaced. Ordered a BRAND NEW bumper shipped to their door & asked that they have it painted & replaced. Picked my truck up 5 days later, SCRATCHES ON EVERY SINGLE PANEL OF MY TRUCK!.. wheels, hood, roof, doors, bumpers (INCLUDING THE NEW BUMPER THEY JUST PAINTED), doors etc. Showed their service guy & took pictures before even leaving their lot. Talked to the General manager via phone, visited my detailer to assess damage & estimate to fix all scratches, & then took my truck back to dealer to show them the damage. Met with Service manager David, GM James Conley, & Owner Sidney Johnson. Mind you, my truck has over $23,000 of aftermarket parts, was built for shows, & I take immaculate care of it myself. I personally hand wash my truck 1x per week w/a brand new microfiber towel each time. My truck is ceramic coated which means you have to use a compatible soap to wash it. I still have the text where I told the service guy who scheduled my truck- DO NOT WASH IT. Supposedly the body shop they subcontracted the work to (Price's Collision) washed it. While meeting with these 3 men all they did was try to bully me. FYI 3 grown men vs 1 young lady (me). They gave me the whole car salesman spiel of "oh, I've been doing this for 20 years & there's nothing here that won't buff out", despite that my detailer told me AND put in his quote, some of the scratches were so deep that they wouldn't buff out. They then argued that since my truck had been on the road for 1 year there was no way for them to know the scratches weren't there when I dropped it off. Funny because- EVEN THE NEW BUMPER was scratched right after just being painted so that right there shows that the scratches weren't there before! After saying that, they tried to guilt trip me & make them look good by saying "well you have to understand we're frustrated too. We aren't the one who damaged your truck but yet we are going to write you a check to fix it & make it right". When asked what they were going to do if the scratches don't buff out the owner told me he didn't have time to stand there & talk "what ifs" & we could talk "what ifs" all day refusing to answer because he swore up & down the scratches would come out. When I asked yet again to get an answer the owner escalated the issue by getting sarcastic & raising his voice & said "what do you want me to do be an open checkbook to you!? what do you want me to do, stand here & write you a check for 5 grand!? What am I supposed to deal w/the damages of your truck for the rest of the time you own it!?" Shortly after he said he needed to personally speak with my detailer & that I would have to scheduled it. I then asked if they were going to provide me with a rental car since this would put my without a truck for the 5 days it would be down to be buffed, wet sanded, & re-ceramic coated on any panel that they had to buff through the ceramic coat. The owner told me he wouldn't provide me a rental because he didn't want me in one of their cars. Despite that I pointed out to him that my truck was damaged in THEIR care, had to be fixed due to what THEY did, he still refused to provide a loaner car. I literally had to ask if it would be better if I contact an attorney & the BBB to get him to FINALLY agree to give me a rental car while my truck was down. Since my detailer was backed up the owner asked me to find a detailer that could do it ASAP. Found a detailer the next day- $400 cheaper & could get me in sooner. Called the dealership & went full circle all over again. Now all of the sudden they only wanted to fix it if I used their guy. I asked for info on who this guy was & they told me to just "trust them". I asked if this guy does ceramic coating & they didn't even know! They were going to take my truck to "their guy" & they didn't even know if he did the same work! I told them I wanted to look this guy up since last time they sent my truck to "their people" we ended up in the situation we are now. After continuing to ask who "this guy" was, the owner (Sidney) got on the phone practically yelling, said "fine, we'll do it your way", refused to give me a rental, said he would just throw $100 in there to make me rent my own & then added "why don't I just throw 50 bucks in there for lunch so you can buy yourself lunch too!?" Check was written, the whole amount had to go to the detailer, didn't even cover the amount of the rental, he didn't throw "50 bucks for lunch" so he was being sarcastic, & my WHOLE TRUCK had to be buffed, spots wet sanded, & fully re-ceramic coated. All scratches DID NOT buff out & my truck STILL isn't back to the condition it was when I dropped it off JUST TO HAVE MY BUMPER REPLACED. Dealer has done nothing to fix the issue of my truck STILL being scratched & has washed their hands of me. Guess they think its ok to take advantage of young women.

We have had our Kia serviced with Wyatt Johnson in the past and it was a hit or miss experience. My Positives: I took my Subaru Forrester in today for a recall on the brake system and spring coils. I also had them replace the rear windshield wiper, since that is a Subaru only part. Marvin checked me in, texted me with an update, and called me when the repair was completed. This guy was really overly great and helpful in the process. He was spot on, almost to the minute, of how long it would take to get the repair done. My critiques: When I initially called to schedule the repair I was a bit turned off by the person on the phone (don't recall her name) because I have a 1hr 45min drive to the dealership and asked about the time-frame of the repair. I was told I would have to ask when I showed up at the dealership. Typically dealerships will quote me the "billable labor hours" of the repair, which at least gives some indication of the overall time. When I got in my car it smelled like cigarette smoke. As I have asthma, I'm overly sensitive to smokers and this was a bit of a turn-off.

I traveled to this dealership to purchase a vehicle that was advertised as a Limited trim, which is…read morethe top trim level. However, I later discovered that the vehicle I was sold is actually the base LE trim, which is the lowest trim level. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I contacted Tyler to address the issue, but he did not appear concerned and did not provide any meaningful assistance. I requested that the GSM or GM contact me to discuss the matter further, but I have not received a response. It has now been a week, and despite multiple attempts to reach a manager, no one has followed up with me. There is a significant price difference between the Limited and LE trims, approximately $7,000 to $10,000. Given the circumstances and the lack of communication, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly and pursue further action, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly encourage others to carefully verify all vehicle details before completing a purchase

Not only did Kia not do the job they said they would, they sent me off in a car/model known to have safety issues with no information. It is hard to imagine how much apathy for their patrons Wyatt Johnson Kia Service Center has. I was allowed to drive off the lot in a car with a known potentially dangerous electrical system.

They made the car buying experience really pleasurable. The reason I can't give them a 5 star rating is that 2 months after the purchase, we still have not received our title and registration. It should have been easy with a tag transfer, but there were problems with the previous owner, not a big deal, but we received no communication about the hold up and my tag was expiring soon. I had to make all calls regarding the hold up multiple times before I got real answers. They are having to overnight a new temp tag since it is three days until expiration of the old one. It all comes down to lack of communication from the dealership regarding any possible obstacles that would hold up processing. I hate not being able to give them a 5 star rating, but the front end of buying a car is only part of the process. Great people there, but they need to work on their communication skills and follow up. With other dealerships we have had calls from the dealer checking to see if everything was ok and if we were happy with our purchase or needed anything else. This has not happened. Communication and follow up would have increased the number of stars. Thanks

I should have followed my instincts when driving up at 8:35 am and no "green arrows" were on at service door and no discernible lights on inside and could see no people moving around. I waited about 5 to 7 mins and I drove on and come back about 30 mins later and the same thing. Finally after about 5 mins or so the door went up. I ask what time they opened and he said 7am. I stated that is what I was told and the sign on service door stated this also. I told him that I had been there earlier and the door did not open and the "green arrows" that I was told about on phone were not on. He ask "their not on yet". The service advisor presented with no professionalism or customer courtesy. He never came to the customer lounge to inform me of the total price or to confirm he had entered the info I gave him was correct on work order. Any way I got a call back that my car was ready, about two hours and was timely. I was presented with invoice at the cashier's window and the advisor walked away quickly. Total price was $741. She insisted I sign everything and like a robot "cash, check or card". I signed, BIG mistake! Not that it actually matters. I never worry about this with the two Chevrolet Dealers I have done business with for years. Drove the car about 10 miles through traffic and checked transmission fluid three times. It was barley in the minimum zone but should had more fluid. I drove back to service doors and one opened. Some man, I'm guessing service manager, supervisor or something, standing by car when I got got out so I told him about the fluid level. He stated he would "take are of it," that he "had a trainee back there." A trainee changed my transmission fluid! Think about that. He should had closer supervision! It's a transmission!! The coolant does not look near as orange/red as it did the last time it was changed at the dealership where I bought the car. It just does not appear to be fresh/clean. The brake fluid at least had some added but is absolutely very close to being too full. It is over the fill level line and may be touching the 'cushion' on inside of cap. The tech did NOT clean any of the fluid caps or the area around the caps. This is strong evidence of NO professionalism and does not instill confidence. This of course worries me. I saw this after arriving home. I'm glad I keep under hood fairly clean. Now to the "Dollar Store" wipers. They did fit but were NOT close to the wipers they replaced. The wipers looked like toys compared to previous wipers. I had replaced twice before at two other Chevrolet Dealerships. After arriving home, I took passenger wiper off and it was held on, sort of, by a very thin plastic tab that almost broke off and would not have stayed on again! I have never felt so 'reamed' in my life! It is not the price, it's "what did I get for MY money". After arriving home, I called my local Chevrolet Dealer Parts Department and they had the wipers in stock that belonged on my car. She also stated voluntarily, "Sir, if you will pull into one of the service lanes we will be happy to install these for you." No charge for installing. They did follow through. I chose James Corlew Chevrolet out of convenience and location at the time!!! Lesson learned! BTW I have owned a few new Buicks and Chevrolets over the years and have dealt with numerous GM dealerships throughout the Southeast and this is absolutely the worst experience. In fact, it is my only truly bad experience with the actual service. This was my experience at James Corlew Chevrolet. You be the judge. What do you think I got for my money?

Everything had low mileage and was well maintained. After I sold my immaculate 2004 Mercury Marauder to a very motivated buyer in Louisiana, I wanted a similar car, but more modern. The new 300S filled the bill, with more of everything. I searched the SE US, Mid Atlantic and Mid South looking for the right car - deal - financing - trade. I was trading a low mileage, well kept 2005 Mustang GT that I rarely drove anymore. I found the 300S (right color, price and equipment) I wanted at Gary Matthews, with very good numbers also offered for the trade and financing. Close to 500 miles each way from my house, with a hotel stay in each direction. Sales person and finance rep were great. New car cleanup prep wasn't the best but I had 300 properly cleaned after I arrived home. Gary Matthews sales manager offered to pay but 300 had to be cleaned up anyway after the trip home through inclement weather. 300S has been trouble free and also came with a limited lifetime powertrain warranty provided by the dealer.
