    The new ride!

Came in looking to trade in a vehicle for something newer. The wife and I stopped at the used car side thinking to save a few bucks. With the help of Daryl Pope and Bob Kingston, we quickly found out that the cost of new vehicle versus one that was a year old was only about $5000. Once the wife found the vehicle that she liked, then Bob got the payment where we wanted it. If you are in the market for a vehicle, swing by and ask for Daryl!

Great customer service! Very laid back. Never felt pressured. Worked with us on our trade in and the purchase of our new Rogue. Couldn't be happier! Thank you Daryl and Bob for all your help! We will be back!

Overall good service, they took like 1 hour & 30 min just to do an oil change. I don't know much about cars but I guess that's what it is ‍

Had to wait a bit but the service was good and we'll worth the wait. Will definitely return to have my vehicle serviced in six months.

Will pick up on next Monday. 5-1 Friday 4:28 called by Kia told that transmission checks out but somethings wrong with the battery. Kia was told that they were told that when car dropped off. Kia was told that I will pick up the car on Monday May 4. I was told that there was enough time to complete the work. May 2 Spoke to Kia to remind them that I will be picking up the car not only on Monday but at @ 7 AM. Was again assured the car would be ready. April 4 Monday 7 AM Car not completed. Seven days. No other options given. Wednesday Check Hybrid System light turned on. Driven to another garage to fix Thursday. Next day they said the car was a fire hazard due to what Kia used in the starter battery system for that year and the condition it was now in. Car fixed at non-Kia garage in seven days. Not only did Kia not do the job they said they would, they sent me off in a car/model known to have safety issues with no information. It is hard to imagine how much apathy for their patrons Wyatt Johnson Kia Service Center has. I was allowed to drive off the lot in a car with a known potentially dangerous electrical system.

We don't pay to get the oil change at our dealership. I was not aware that it's not like that nationwide. Nonetheless, I mentioned to the service advisor but regardless I was going to pay. I believe his name is Ben and he was so kind to give me $30 off, which he didn't have to do....I appreciate him doing that, especially when it wasn't something he had to do! Thank you!

I didn't purchase my Subaru at this location and this is the first time I have used them for…read moreservice for my Subaru. We have had our Kia serviced with Wyatt Johnson in the past and it was a hit or miss experience. My Positives: I took my Subaru Forrester in today for a recall on the brake system and spring coils. I also had them replace the rear windshield wiper, since that is a Subaru only part. Marvin checked me in, texted me with an update, and called me when the repair was completed. This guy was really overly great and helpful in the process. He was spot on, almost to the minute, of how long it would take to get the repair done. My critiques: When I initially called to schedule the repair I was a bit turned off by the person on the phone (don't recall her name) because I have a 1hr 45min drive to the dealership and asked about the time-frame of the repair. I was told I would have to ask when I showed up at the dealership. Typically dealerships will quote me the "billable labor hours" of the repair, which at least gives some indication of the overall time. When I got in my car it smelled like cigarette smoke. As I have asthma, I'm overly sensitive to smokers and this was a bit of a turn-off.

I traveled to this dealership to purchase a vehicle that was advertised as a Limited trim, which is…read morethe top trim level. However, I later discovered that the vehicle I was sold is actually the base LE trim, which is the lowest trim level. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I contacted Tyler to address the issue, but he did not appear concerned and did not provide any meaningful assistance. I requested that the GSM or GM contact me to discuss the matter further, but I have not received a response. It has now been a week, and despite multiple attempts to reach a manager, no one has followed up with me. There is a significant price difference between the Limited and LE trims, approximately $7,000 to $10,000. Given the circumstances and the lack of communication, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly and pursue further action, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly encourage others to carefully verify all vehicle details before completing a purchase
