Bagels looked giant and had larger variety than any other place outside nyc. I got Philly cheese steak, and kids got chicken cutlet deluxe. My sandwich is good, lacking seasoning as in salt n pepper but I ve notice lately all places stopped seasoning unless you specifically ask for it. Maybe if you're over 40 they automatically withheld salt? French fries are bit on a soft side and greasy. Overall great place, if I ever pass by here again I d try their bagels for sure. P.s. Just tried jids chicken cutlet, its to die for. So good. Soggy salad is forgiven for how tender n moist it is.

My friend who was dining with me ordered a cinnamon raisin toasted with cream cheese. He said his Bagel was okay but asked where the cream cheese was. He also purchased a container of juice thereby avoiding the coffee. Long story short I won't be back. Especially because the Dunkin Donuts down the road at least puts cream cheese on their crappy bagel and makes the coffee fresh. Pick it up and just fell apart in your hands. Wife ordered eggplant parm on round roll and no rolls. So gave it to her in a container with a half of hero. Why not just put it on the half hero roll???? Her roll was the same, just fell apart when you touch it. Quantity of eggplant was a joke. Prices are extremely high, quality of product low, quantity of product low. No more Lotito's after all these years.
