Parking: You can park at the restaurant, as there's a parking lot. Just a heads-up, finding parking may be a bit tricky during busy times. We almost didn't get in, but luckily, someone was leaving after we circled around. Service: Pricing: The pricing was great, and my meal only cost $11, which I thought was a great value for the amount of food received. Food/Drinks: The menu might not be huge, but I appreciate how straightforward it is. It's a chicken shop, and who doesn't love chicken? I opted for the 1/4 Bird Meal (white meat), which included tortillas, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and both red and green salsa. Believe me, the portion size is generous! I only got the quarter bird, and it was more than enough. The food arrived hot and fresh. The chicken itself was a bit fresh, with most of the flavor concentrated on the skin. However, if you enjoy everything together with the salsa, pico, and rice, it all balances out nicely. I didn't get a drink at first, but I saw everyone ordering the frozen margaritas. I'm not a fan of frozen margaritas, but with how much they were getting, I had to see what the hype was about. So, I ordered the margarita with Jamaica. As I mentioned, I'm not a fan of frozen drinks, but after tasting it, I could see why it was so popular! Plus, it was definitely on the strong side, so one was more than enough for me lol. I cannot conclude this review without mentioning the music. The playlist was a vibe from the time I arrived to the time I left (Think 80s r&b!) I honestly didn't want to leave off the music alone. It added so much to the ambience. If you haven't tried Pollo Primo, it's a must! If I lived closer, let's just say it would probably be one of my most frequent restaurants.
