Even though I mentioned no response was needed as I will never step foot back in your shop you sent a response anyway. Well here is my response. First of all...even though I considered service was subpar for me....I still tipped the tech's. What do you say to that? Secondly, my "PERCEIVED" poor service as compared to my friend who sat 100 centimeters to my left and whom I observed...is REAL. My toe still hurts this morning two days after the pedicure so the extra pressure applied to my toe for the pedicure was VERY REAL. Thirdly, It should not be that complicated when making an online reservation. Don't blame me as the customer if as the customer I make a reservation and the online reservation system asks me to choose a tech for the service. I did just that..chose the tech I wanted for the services yet was assigned different techs upon arrival. Saying that I am a bad guy because I did not see fine print (see the attachments to this response) when making an online appt and getting a confirmation that states that I have been assigned a particular tech is confusing for a first (and only time) time customer to say the least. It does not work that way in the real modern online world. When I make a web or mobile appt for my doctor, the physician whom I made an appt with is the one who provides the service when I show up for the appt not another staff member. Same as if I make an appt with my barber, that barber is the one who completes the haircut. Also, this is not my first pedicure; at other shops in the past all over the western USA when I have made an advance appt with a particular tech..that is who performs the service when I show up. Not wasting any more time or thought on this. I paid your shop for the services AND tipped your staff for their time so let's move on. read more

This is my go-to place when I come to Irvine. The ladies here are professional, its super clean, they are personable and best of all....the get out my in-growns!! Jessica took great care of me during my pedicure. She was friendly and meticulous, making sure my feet got some good care (exfoliated, massaged, and various treatments) and the nail polish was absolutely without flaw. During the treatment I enjoyed the massage chair as well. My appointment started promptly and the studio itself was bright and clean. It lasted one hour (again very much on time) and it was a lovely experience. Highly recommend! read more

This is my second time at Wynn Nails & Spa with the nail artist Chloe and she is amazing! My first set done by her lasted over 4 weeks and did not lift at all (second photo with the red nails). The second set I got from her I showed her a reference photo and she did them perfectly. Her attention to detail makes her such a great nail artist. The first time I came here, I was trying to get my nails done for my birthday. I asked for acrylics with dry flowers as my design and Vivian did it exactly like the inspiration picture I showed her. I loved them so much! These lasted 6 weeks with no issues (other than it getting too long). I came back today wanting something more simple. I tried Gel X with pink French tips and they are the cutest ever! Vivian never disappoints! It's so hard to come by a good nail tech/artist. DO NOT COME HERE! Unprofessional, late, unorganized, sloppy work. I have been coming here for two years and finally I'm done. Vivian is extremely unprofessional, does not know a thing about customer service. I had an appointment at 10 with Monique, she was 20 minutes late. I asked for a hard gel fill and polish with flowers. The flowers were horrible, the colors bleeding into each other, it looked like I did it. She took them off and I said forget it, just do the color. The color was horrible, the edges weren't done, there were bumps, again it looked like I did it, and not a trained professional. She finished at 12, and I had somewhere to be at 12:30 so I didn't have time for her to fix it again, so after I paid $60, I asked for an appointment two days later to fix it with Vivian. Vivians boyfriend works the front desk, so he obviously knew I was unhappy since I literally made an appointment 1 minute after my service. Once I got to my fixing appointment Vivian was attacking me saying it's my fault I didn't like it and that Monique did a good job. Literally she was arguing with me saying it looked good, delusional. She took off the polish and put on new polish. She told me it would cost $30 and that's when I knew I'd never be coming back. If a customer is unhappy with a sloppy nail job, you fix it for free. I told Vivian this is extremely unprofessional and I would not be coming back. Once again she gaslight me and said it was my fault. read more

Well, I tried Wynn again and it was a fail. They just can't seem to manage their time and appointment scheduling. I made an appointment online; I requested a 3pm slot the next day. I got the usual confirmation stating someone will get back to me which was understandable since they were already closed. I got a phone call around 10am when they opened acknowledging my request but asked if I can come at 230 because "it will be much better for them". I happily obliged and told them I can come at 230. I got a text confirming my 230 appointment. Awesome. I arrived promptly at 230. I checked in with the lady at the front desk; she immediately tells me they are running behind and it will be a 10 minute wait. I laughed and joked about the fact she asked me to arrive early and now I have to wait?! I tried to wait but after more than 10 minutes it didn't seem like a chair was going to be ready for me any time soon. I asked them to cancel my appointment and I walked out. I was so frustrated because I rushed to get there. I could have shown up at 3 as I initially requested. I have made hundreds of nail appointments and am usually in the chair within five minutes of arriving. If a shop is busy they tell me they are busy and ask me to come another day and time. No problem, I will happily wait. I understand things happen but Wynn is consistently behind schedule. Wynn isn't winning my business due to their lack of respect for people's time. I moved my day around to arrive earlier as they requested. Making customers wait excessively when they have an appointment is just not good practice. read more

i recently started getting my nails done more frequently, and this place has been my go-to since april!! the technicians are always super sweet and accommodating to whatever design i'm looking for. i haven't seen any one consistently, but they've each provided a high quality level of care that i don't stress about requesting someone specific over availability. the facility is very calm, relaxing, clean, and the employees have a great camaraderie which adds to the overall upbeat nature of the place. the only comment i have is regarding pricing, as i notice i get charged for a french tip + custom design, when the french tip is part of the design i'm requesting and thus causing the price of the design to be more than i anticipate. this, on top of the fact that sometime i will notice small details after i leave that were missed during the appointment (base cost being too thin on the gelx and sometimes see through, a smeared color on the nail from a design not being cleaned up thoroughly, etc.) but they're not so much that i feel a need to go back to get it redone. otherwise the pricing seems fair for the overall service, and the technicians really put in all their effort into designing nails you'll love. my last set in particular (done for my birthday) that wendy did, i absolutely fell in love with and got so many compliments, even now when they're grown out!! wendy was so incredibly patient with me as well while she helped me figure out which shade of purple would be best for the inspo picture i'd brought in. overall, i would highly recommend this location!! can't wait to go back for my next set! :) read more

I usually come here for their deluxe gel pedicures and always have a great experience. For the most part, the staff is nice, welcoming, and friendly. However, last week on Friday afternoon, I came in and did a basic gel mani along with my usual deluxe gel pedi. On Sunday, the gel on my left thumb chipped, then by Tuesday, six out of my ten fingers had chips on the gel. I think my nails weren't prepped correctly for the gel to adhere to my nails. On op of that, the gel was flooded by the cuticle. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy with the overall job done on my manicure. I will keep coming back for my gel pedicures. read more

I did the deluxe pedicure and they even timed massaged and went over the time. Fenny did my pedicure and was so thorough, she pays close attention to detail. She was so kind and the massage was great! Cherry did my gel dip manicure and I came in with 2 broken nails and you can't even tell!
