Very polite, responsive service with very strong quote which I accepted. However when sh!t came to shuffle and the car had to be delivered to me, none was available. This was despite the fact that I have them over 3 weeks to allocate the car. So a very big minus there on their part as in the end I had to rush and get a completely different car, last minute elsewhere. The reason I give them 3 stars is that I learned from the dealership where they would obtain the car from, that Xclusive Auto Leasing is a legitimate and professional car broker and that this was just an extremely unfortunately situation which certainly rarely/never happens. First new car...lots of nerves...which leasing company was I going to get screwed by? Let's face it, they are there to make money, it's a business. My agenda was to pay the least and get most from these guys. Lucky for me, New York Tri-State does not fall short on having too many leasing companies, and in addition direct auto dealerships. The question then becomes, which company will I choose to do business with? First order of things was to decide on a list of possible cars which fell into my price range. Second order of things was to pick up the phone and shop around. Before things moved forward, I felt that I needed to set a certain criteria. Have my entire out of pocket expenses fit into my payment plan, nothing extra and avoid any dealings with anyone who couldn't give me yes & no, black & white, straight answers. Few phone calls (6 different leasing companies) I quickly realized that this was a big waste of my time. I was over quoted and over promised. Hate to say it, but 4 out of 6 phone calls I made, I had to deal with guys who were more concerned about closing me that very day as opposed to building my trust to continue working with them. Frustrating as this may seem, not all leasing companies are created equal (most). Two in particular stood out positive and honest. Since I am reviewing Xclusive leasing, I'm only going to speak about them. Abe, the leasing agent got on the phone turned out to be a very pleasant fella. There was no pressure from his end, just "before I say no to you Alen, let me make sure I try to do everything I can to make it work for you". Smart approach and the type of a person I enjoy working with. Not once did he get annoyed or frustrated at the thousand questions I shot his way. Instead, he answered everything and broke it down to me in laymen's terms. Exactly what I needed on my first car lease. I was assured that his quote and terms would be honored as long as I made my decision to move forward within a given time frame. What sold me on Abe further were his great recommendations. Unlike my second runner up agent who was nice enough to also answer all of my questions, he fell short by not taking the initiative by asking me probing questions. Abe did, and after we discussed several cars, trims, payments and lease terms. At the end, he helped me realize that the car I thought was out of my price, was in fact affordable. And instead of getting a 4 Cylinder Honda Accord Couple (fully loaded) or a Maxima, for a few dollars more I walked away with a fully loaded Infinity G37X which I couldn't be happier about. Car was delivered to my house at my desired time, spotless clean with a full tank of gas. Overall, this worked out to be a smooth, hassle free, pleasant transaction. I can't help but to secretly smile when I hear what some people pay for my car. It will be my pleasure to refer anyone and everyone to deal with Abe. Stay away. These guys will sell you a lemon with frosting and all the fixings. You're better off repairing your credit and going to a REAL dealership. I've had my car for only a few months and am now looking at a third transmission repair! I baby my car, and take proper care. It was sold to me and cloaked by minor fix its! While they knew all along the transmission would fail after a short period. Do not follow my lead and fall for anything they will tell you. If you think you've found a car with them, it would not hurt to look further. Also the y ought to allow you to bring any car that you are interested in to a certified mechanic, and have a diagnostic report run. They say they do it for all the cars, but theyre mechanics aren't specialist for foreign cars. They're basically backyard mechanics, that likely have had a hard time finding official work in fields provided by Mercedes, Audi, BMW and so forth. They are complete low-life's and will leave you hanging. They will busy you under bs, and offer the biggest cons of warrantee companies to supposedly cover you. read more
