The lady that helped me was very helpful and very nice. In all due respect once an associate is working with one customer they shouldn't bounce back and forth between customers. It creates a lot of confusion. Over all I did receive the help that I needed and the associate that was working with me was very helpful and nice 5 stars!

    I'm in the unlimited screen replacement program but what they don't tell you is you have to wait in…read moreline at store for the screen even if you offer to replace it yourself. You have to wait and wait and wait for a simple screen protector replacement. This is a company wide policy. They don't make it easy to write T-Mobile feedback so here is a public review at the latest store I am waiting 1+ hour for a simple screen replacement because *even if* they check you in, you need to wait your turn. I get waiting your turn but again 1 sec passing me a screen would be great if they could adopt that. They're probably making it a huge hassle to screen replace cause it will cost them more bottom line. Time is money making this program not worth it. The screen is also overpriced. You can buy a multipack online for $10 & I swear the Go To's break so easily. I have a turkey to prep tonight. I have kids at home. Do better, T-mobile. Thanks but not really.

    Today I went into the location at Natomas which I've been to several times before. This most recent…read morevisit today was for me to turn in my old iPhone 16 Pro Max since I upgraded to the 17 Pro Max. I will say the process has been an interesting one not by any fault of anyone at Verizon wireless. It's just the whole system upgrade process. However, today, I have to say that the same Verizon rep who helped me when I came in about over a week or so Ago was there today to help me and literally went above and beyond. Janet is the true MVP because I have three devices two of which are active and I was turning in the one iPhone today. What should have been a simple process turned a little extended really to no one's fault but for whatever reason initially I forgot my password to my iCloud access so that we could proceed with erasing the phone I was turning in. So I had to give it the security grace period, and come back so I could finish the process. No problem I came back, and Janet was there to assist me again! I have to note that she was super friendly and kept her level of professionalism extremely high during this long process. So once we had the password issue corrected, the process to erase the phone from my account took a bad turn when the wrong phone got erased but no worries. The phones were backed up. We were able to fix it, but it still was an issue erasing the iPhone 16 Pro Max for whatever reason. Janet suspected it has something to do with the Wi-Fi not being so strong, which turned out to be really the reason because we had everything ready to go at this point. Her coworker I can't remember his name, assisted us and literally he touched the phone and tapped it and then boom five minutes later the phone was successfully erased. Janet even assisted having me contact customer service on the phone because I needed to remove a device and line that don't get used at all that was done successfully. The overall theme of this experience, even though I was at Verizon probably longer than I wanted it to be was the fact of how I was treated and I've been coming to that location for years I can't recall ever having a bad experience. If I could give Janet 10 stars alone based upon her customer service I would.

    The customer service at the Truxel Road AT&T store was pretty much non existent…read more I did a next upgrade for 2 of my iPhones but they weren't in-stock for me to take home the day-of, so the sales person had them shipped to the store so I could come back have them deal with transitioning to the new devices from the old and also so I could get accessories. When I came back to pick the devices up and have them assist me with the transfer and activation, I was told they didn't have time for me and rather rudely had the boxes shoved at me and then I was told to go home and do it myself and then to either come back AGAIN to drop off the old devices within 30 days or I could ship them. I returned the next day to turn in my old devices and after about 20 minutes of them trying to figure out how to use their system and process this NEXT trade-in, I was then told by the same short, long-haired male, that they don't take phones for NEXT in-store and I had to ship them even though I was told otherwise originally. I also looked on AT&Ts website and confirmed I could return them in person at an AT&T store but they said that they couldn't do it and I had to mail them back. Never once was there an apology for their rudeness or providing me with incorrect info, nor any recognition that they have had me coming back and forth. I do NOT recommend using this specific store for your AT&T needs.

    I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have spent more than 20…read morehours in the store and over 5 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened. I originally intended to sign up for internet service but was persuaded to add a phone line as well. Unfortunately, I have now been without the ability to receive calls or send text messages for 14 days. Every day, I am told to wait another 24 hours while the issue is supposedly being worked on, yet there has been no resolution. I have repeatedly been given the same answer without any meaningful progress. I was even told that my options were to purchase a new phone number or buy a new phone. When I attempted to purchase a new phone to resolve the problem, I was informed that this process would also take another 24 hours. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I have invested an unreasonable amount of time trying to fix an issue that was created during the activation process. I expected a resolution, appropriate compensation for the loss of service, and a clear explanation of why this has taken two weeks without a solution. Now I have a new phone number and have lost my number that I have had for 20 years.
