Every year their prices have gone up and up and I had to call and beg for some consideration for lower prices. Every year they gave me perhaps a $20 reduction....maybe! And they made sure to lock me in to a 1 year contract. This year their triple-play (phone, TV, internet) has skyrocketed to almost $260/month with a 1 year lock-in. Dutifully I called again. The savings this year? $0.72. Yes, you read that correctly. A whopping seventy-two cents a month. I cancelled the phone and TV and kept wifi until I can get a decent price to sign up with another provider, likely Starlink. I requested 1,000 megabytes and was told that would cost $120/month for 5 years with no contract. WOW, I should be grateful, eh? I balked so I was told I could have 600 megabytes for $89/month for 5 years, no contract lock-ins. Not happy, but I took it. NOW - I got my new bill and the changes were not reflected. I called billing to complain that I do not expect to have a past due amount after paying the $89 early. After 3 calls I finally was connected to someone who told me my account was up to date, BUT (wait for it) she was authorized to give me 1,000 megabytes for $76/month for 5 years, no contract AND now I can have Peacock Premium streaming, too, all for that same $76. I was stunned. Why wasn't I offered that when I first called? She said it was a 'new promotion.' Yeeeeaaaaahh, right. And I could further lower my monthly pmt if I combine it with bring cell phones to them and have a monthly auto-pmt right out of my checking account. I wouldn't have to worry about a thing! NYET! Today I get a promo call from (701) 787-1190 to offer me a great package of savings on triple-play for being such a long-time and loyal customer. Receiving that call was so infuriating I didn't bother to listen to flunkie-man's pitch. This company is totally disgusting! @Xfinity - here's some advice. Treat your customers properly BEFORE they leave you.

When I came back to pick the devices up and have them assist me with the transfer and activation, I was told they didn't have time for me and rather rudely had the boxes shoved at me and then I was told to go home and do it myself and then to either come back AGAIN to drop off the old devices within 30 days or I could ship them. I returned the next day to turn in my old devices and after about 20 minutes of them trying to figure out how to use their system and process this NEXT trade-in, I was then told by the same short, long-haired male, that they don't take phones for NEXT in-store and I had to ship them even though I was told otherwise originally. I also looked on AT&Ts website and confirmed I could return them in person at an AT&T store but they said that they couldn't do it and I had to mail them back. Never once was there an apology for their rudeness or providing me with incorrect info, nor any recognition that they have had me coming back and forth. I do NOT recommend using this specific store for your AT&T needs.

This most recent…read morevisit today was for me to turn in my old iPhone 16 Pro Max since I upgraded to the 17 Pro Max. I will say the process has been an interesting one not by any fault of anyone at Verizon wireless. It's just the whole system upgrade process. However, today, I have to say that the same Verizon rep who helped me when I came in about over a week or so Ago was there today to help me and literally went above and beyond. Janet is the true MVP because I have three devices two of which are active and I was turning in the one iPhone today. What should have been a simple process turned a little extended really to no one's fault but for whatever reason initially I forgot my password to my iCloud access so that we could proceed with erasing the phone I was turning in. So I had to give it the security grace period, and come back so I could finish the process. No problem I came back, and Janet was there to assist me again! I have to note that she was super friendly and kept her level of professionalism extremely high during this long process. So once we had the password issue corrected, the process to erase the phone from my account took a bad turn when the wrong phone got erased but no worries. The phones were backed up. We were able to fix it, but it still was an issue erasing the iPhone 16 Pro Max for whatever reason. Janet suspected it has something to do with the Wi-Fi not being so strong, which turned out to be really the reason because we had everything ready to go at this point. Her coworker I can't remember his name, assisted us and literally he touched the phone and tapped it and then boom five minutes later the phone was successfully erased. Janet even assisted having me contact customer service on the phone because I needed to remove a device and line that don't get used at all that was done successfully. The overall theme of this experience, even though I was at Verizon probably longer than I wanted it to be was the fact of how I was treated and I've been coming to that location for years I can't recall ever having a bad experience. If I could give Janet 10 stars alone based upon her customer service I would.

We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

After scheduling an installation appointment that was already weeks away, I waited the entire month only to receive a call on the day of the appointment informing me that it was canceled. Not only was the appointment canceled at the last minute, but Sonic couldn't even provide a new installation date. Their answer was essentially, "We don't know when it will happen." The most frustrating part isn't even the delay itself--it's the complete lack of communication. For over a month, there were no proactive updates, no realistic timeline, and no effort to keep me informed about what was happening. If there were permit issues or construction delays, why wasn't that communicated earlier? Why was I allowed to wait weeks for an appointment that apparently couldn't be fulfilled? What makes this even worse is that Sonic offered no temporary solution whatsoever. If fiber installation was delayed indefinitely, they could have suggested an alternative service, temporary internet option, or any kind of stopgap solution. Instead, I was left completely in the dark and without internet service. When I called customer service to get answers, I didn't get any new information. The representative simply repeated the same explanation about waiting for a permit over and over again, without providing any timeline, updates, or accountability. Delays happen. Permits can take time. Customers understand that. What customers don't appreciate is being ignored for weeks, having appointments canceled at the last minute, and then being told nobody knows when service will actually be available. At this point, I'm left with no internet, no installation date, and very little confidence in Sonic's ability to communicate with its customers. Extremely disappointing experience.
