I came into the brentwood location to start initial service and was so thankful to get helpful and friendly service. The man helping me explained the different packages available, told me about the apps to download and walked me through how to set them up. When their staff came to set up my boxes at my house, they were on time and made sure everything was working correctly. Payment each month is easy to pay with automatic payments and they have so much to offer on their packages. I love having xfinity cable and WiFi! read more

We walked into the store and was instantly greeted. Noah, a manger was helping us because our bill was killing us. Noah was very professional and helpful. He was a very knowledge and friendly gentleman. We really appreciated his amazing customer service. Not only did he drop our bill lower.. but we also got more channels! The store has been great . My issue is when I transfer my iPhone from AT&T back in August of last year . The promotion was free IPhone 12 mini and visa gift card. Well when they transferred my service they added the phone number I had for 20+ years to the new iPhone 12 mini and gave me a new number. I called over 20 x's to get this resolved . An agent told me just switch the SIM cards out . And they have never ever sent me a visa gift card . Cause a number was changed. Wth . It was there mess up with my phone number . Wow, once you're a customer, they don't give a flying #$%^ about you. I'm looking to abandon them after my contract is done. Internet, Home Alarm, Cable, Mobile customer. They got me. I just switched to Xfinity Mobile recently. 1 month in, I drop my phone, no insurance. My fault -yup, understood. This place doesn't do service or fix phones (the Sprint store does, BTW), which is fine, so I decided to upgrade to a new phone on the spot, which meant I had to pay for the old phone outright. Cool, I'll do that, because I'm fortunate enough to be able to do so. However, could be a problem for others, so I'm just noting that as part of the experience. All I wanted and asked for is a message on a letter stating the simplist thing: "His phone had to be replaced because there was no service center on site and the customer had no insurance." This is so I can try to file a claim with my credit card company to try and get the cost of the phone reimbursed. Nobody felt comfortable drafting such a message for some reason. The associate store mananger -whom I'll name later if I don't get a response back -hasn't replied yet to my three E-Mail attempts after giving me his business card and promising to do some research. Also to note, I also tried to simply upgrade my 1080P cable box to a 4K one, and apparently, there's no other choice but to pay for HDR services (extra $10 a month) to do that type of upgrade. It was a weird visit. I went for replanned since I had an old plan not longer offer with little only 75mbps and paying $76 a month. I got the replan done but when I told them I also need it an appointment for my new equipment, I was told they were not able to book a technician to install my equipment, and the system was not giving any appointments. Even the manager came and after 30 minutes of waiting for the appointment??? I was told to bring the equipment to them. That was very inconvenience for me. Avoid using Comcast Business. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get billing errors corrected. If their employees don't follow the internal procedures properly the customer is penalized. I have spent hours trying to get my bill corrected only to be given excuse after excuse. They have a record that I did a chat requesting tv service disconnection. They told me I had to call to do that. The phone agent put it in as an equipment return instead of a disconnect and did not submit the proper paperwork. The equipment was returned. They continue billing for service that was supposed to be disconnected. How is the customer supposed to know what internal paperwork Comcast requires??? Why should the customer be penalized for their lack of training of the support team??? I've spoken to numerous people and been in touch with their "back office ". They told me there was nothing showing them that I wanted to disconnect the tv... the chat clearly states that I wanted to disconnect tv service. They must work on quotas because they sure as hell don't want to correct their billing errors. I have spent hours trying to get this taken care of. First of all, I was a Comcast customer for 12 years (sad but true bc they are complete jerks). I had to tell Comcast 3 times to cancel my account before they actually cancelled it. This means that i ended up paying for 2 weeks of service that i didn't even use simply because they didn't cancel the service when I told them to do so. I returned my equipment to this location. When I told my story, the person I interacted with told me that has no idea what's up with the call center lately, but he's heard many people complaining about similar issues. He seemed so concerned. Yet, he had absolutely no interest in refunding me the money I was charged for their mistake in not cancelling the service when I asked them to several times. He could have made things right, but instead, he solidified my feelings even further by apologizing yet doing nothing to fix it. It's ridiculous how much crap this company gets away with. After 6 long years with Comcast we decided to make the leap and switch to Direct TV. We needed to return our old cable and phone equipment and were told to do so at this location. SO ... In order to avoid any long lines here, which always seem to be worse than the Department of Motor Vehicles, I came in right when they opened. There were two other people waiting and the line moved quickly. The lady helping me was fast, friendly and efficient. The lady working the other counter was having issues with her customer. MY Overall XFINITY Experience ... When we first started with them, we had the Triple Play Bundle + some extras. Over the years our bill continued to increase significantly over time for no known reason. When I inquired, it was because the promotional pricing we had been receiving was over. I asked if they had any promotional pricing for their loyal customers, but sadly I wasn't given any discount for phone, internet, and cable. I was told that was the best pricing they could offer. Terrible! So we made the switch and the day after all our new service with Direct TV & ATT were installed I called to cancel XFINITY services. I was then told that I would be able to obtain that "promotional pricing" now. HA HA!! I don't think so ... BYE BYE!! This place is soooo slow! Its like you have a wait forever to get someone to help you. They have to limit wait times to 15 minutes, not an hour!.they should be more hi tech when it comes to efficient customer service. I dont know why they stopped the checkin tickets and need to have a person in the receiving end to check you in. Failure to take their modem off my bill for 6 months, so I've been being charged $10 on top of my bill. Initially called customer service, asked for a refund for the 6 months and to take it off my bill, customer service said I would need to go to store. Next time, I shouldn't have assumed it was taken off my bill. Physically went to store, Xfinity representatives than asked me if I had a receipt, which I did not, 6 months ago probably. The customer Xfinity rep physically scanned the modem back in July when I returned the item, how can that not be in the system. Wish they had a system where they can send out email receipts or have a robust enough system where they can pull up receipts, like target or Bestbuy. Next time they get a file, my fear is they'll charge me for the modem at the end of contract. Gave them a 2 since they took the $10 charge off my bill. Well see what happens in July when my bill goes up yet again, and we'll have to cancel. read more

The only options are to revert to the stone age of pre-1991, or endure the perpetual torment of their hour+ long customer support waits as well as initial prices of your plan doubling as your internet mysteriously slows. After 4 1/2 years with Comcast, I moved outside their "service" area. They charged me a $160 Earlt Termination Fee - after 4 1/2 years?! I called a month ago for help. The girl on the phone was very helpful and told us we could go right into exchange the box. So the account holder informed the girl of her age, she is 90 and asked if she could have me pick it up since my I'd has the service address on it. The girl said if we took the old modem in it would be fine. We made an appt. online disconnected the box and left for the store. Enter Brentwood, my appt. was at 2:45 , I was seen rather quickly but it went downhill from there. Erik informed me he couldn't help me because I wasn't an authorized user. So I asked to speak to a supervisor who proceeded to tell me the same thing. I told them of my phone conversations and was told that they 1800Comcast had given me the wrong info and there was nothing they could do for me. My niece and I got here at 6:40ish and was helped by this guy name Kevin right away. We came here to return an equipment we no longer needed. He was very friendly and helpful, great customer service. While he was checking in the equipment, I was able to take pictures and looked at the phones and accessories for a bit. We were literally there 5-7 minutes tops. I also asked him to see if my equipments at home are up to date, it didnt take him long at all. He was very knowledgeable. They also had plenty of other sales rep that were available too. What a joke xfinity is. My internet goes down weekly and crashes about every 3 months. The people at the store know nothing and to get someone live on the phone takes an act of God!
