To go bag, u can't finish it all surely
    Mean Mama S.

Ordered Nir's special for $39 and it is a huge portion. Don't overfill yourself with dinner breads. Thus pasta will fill 2-3 people not only because it's a generous portion but it has so much marinara sauce , tomatoes pieces and over kill red sauce , surely u stop eating after few bites . Specially if you can feel the heartburn right after looking at it at the first sight. Next time will go with a different option still smaller portion , lesss tomatoes and leads expensive will be a wiser choice. Nothing wrong about the restaurant or the service .

This place was excellent. We shared the Chai steak medium well with mashed potatoes and spinach. The service was fantastic and the ambiance is elegant. The guests were all happy and we even saw a wedding proposal.

Food was AMAZING Wow their desserts which are parve was amazing as well Kinda pricey but really worth it especially for celebrations Servers always came to check up on us and refilled our drinks they were spot on

One of my clients enjoys this restaurant - so when he's in town I'm happy to take him. Food last night was good, although quite expensive. Waiter was great - service very good (we arrived at 5:30 PM). One issue which continues is their 'suggested tip' amount on the bill includes the tax in the calculation. Not supposed to do that - but if you go, please do some math - and it'll save you some money.

Came in with a few co workers and was pretty excited to try something new in Beverly Hills. Ordered the Steak and Frits and I was pretty impressed by the portion of the plate. However, the chimichurri was a bit too dry and I felt like fries didn't go well with the steak. The plate nearly reminded me of Asada Fries. The highlight of lunch was their Avocado Wraps. Delicious delicious delicious. Strongly recommended.

I would give this place 10 Stars if possible!…read more A real hidden gem in Beverly hills and I would highly recommend going here! A very exclusive Brunch menu but everything was a major hit! HUMMUS MASBACHA 10/10 was so smooth! Really flavorful and everyone wanted more of this! This was a vegetarian option which came with some chickpeas and a boiled egg on top. Just a heads up in case you don't eat egg that you should ask to take it off. PITA BREAD - This game with the hummus and it was perfectly warm and toasted and soft on the inside and crispy and the outside and just a mind-blowing pita bread! CHARRED EGGPLANT 9/10 was really soft and had a mild sweet flavor. It was cold which I was a little surprised by, but it went well with the warm Pita that came with the hummus! Only reason I took off a point is because it felt a little oily and it was the only item that didn't get fully wiped off the plate. CAULIFLOWER FLORETS 10/10 So flavorful and I think this might have been the family's favorite on the menu because it just disappeared. BREAKFAST BURRITO with FALAFEL 11/10 My in-laws don't eat meat or egg and wanted a proper vegetarian item for breakfast and we asked to customerize the burrito by replacing the eggs and bacon with falafel. Father in the thought he would not eat any of the burrito but ended up actually finishing his half of it! The restaurant needs to add this as an item on the menu! SHAKSHUKA with MERGUEZ SAUSAGE 10/10 What are really delicious and hearty breakfast item here. Husband and I shared this one and it was really flavorful and a good portion size as well. Good amount of sausage in there that went with the egg and the tomato sauce. JERUSALEM BAGEL - 12/10 This game along with the shakshuka and I think everyone on the table wanted more of it! It was actually warm and so huge and had that perfect crisp outside and a really lovely flavor. Cannot say enough good stuff for this one. SHUK SALAD with CHICKEN BREAST 10/10 Just a simple and healthy salad here but I would highly let the money if you want to balance out some of the heavy items on the menu but still get some vegetables and protein in. We did not use any of the dressing.

What happened to Nua???…read more It used to be a hidden gem; a warm, welcoming restaurant with exceptional food, genuine family-like service, and generous, satisfying portions. All of that is gone. The food is unrecognizable. The Israeli breakfast looked like a sad box lunch. The shook salad was essentially a bowl of arugula with a few stray vegetables hiding somewhere inside. And the famous Hummus Masabaha, once a signature dish worth returning for, has been reduced to a small cup of garbanzo beans with a drizzle of olive oil and a single egg, at less than half the size it used to be. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone who remembers what it once was. Bring back the real Nua!

I would give it 4.9-5 stars. For morning/lunch food, there are only a few places around L.A. that are their equal. Attentive staff. Our waiter Alfonso could not have been more hospitable. Checked in on us several times despite Lamalo being (understandably) busy. Our food was top notch and hearty enough to take half for lunch a few hours later. When I inquired about dessert even though we were stuffed, it sounded too good to pass up. Comfortable, bright atmosphere with plenty of outside seating as well. Love the Pico vibe with a clear ethnic majority. People heavily engaged in conversation and great food/drink. Guessing that many locals make this place a daily/regular meeting choice. Food, service, atmosphere/vibe all great. Looks like it's a popular place so would suggest coming on the earlier or late side of typical eating hours. Will be back on Sunday when we host out of town family.

We started with frappe, cappuccino and iced chai. All quite delicious. Our server was wonderful and didn't mind variations to our orders. We ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup, pancakes and eggs your way which we got without the potatoes and extra salad. Everything came out promptly and was absolutely fantastic. The portions are quite large so you can easily share a meal. The place is very clean and they also have a bakery section for takeout. If you enjoy people watching you can even eat outside on the patio. We chose inside since it was a bit too breezy outside. Overall, wonderful kosher food to suit anyone's tastes.

It is Israeli food, but also quite American as well. It has a wonderful Mediterranean flare. All of their food is Kosher, which is always nice and all of it is just great. The menu is not huge, but it does not need to be. They have something for everyone. We love the service. Some of the servers have been there awhile and they know everything and if you are looking for other Kosher places or even a Temple if you are a visitor, they have you covered. The servers are always smiling and are great with kids. It is super family friendly. We love all their food, but a must have is their Matza Ball soup. It is perfection from the soup to the Matza Ball. You can get it in a cup or bowl. We have been here a few times over the years, sometimes for breakfast and other times for lunch. Their Shakshukah is a great way to start your morning. It is a wonderful breakfast item. It comes with eggs and salad with a great home made tomato sauce. They also have just eggs if you want. For lunch we love the Israeli Vegetables Salad, which has Finely cut assorted vegetables with lemon dressing, tomatoes and cucumber. It is the bomb. If you want to be daring, get their combination salad, which is a combination of all their salads. It is so good. Their Humus is great and has a wonderful lemon juice and olive oil. All of their Pita sandwiches are tasty as well. Another favorite is their grilled salmon. It is cooked perfectly and you will love the fresh flavor. There is not one thing not to like here, so go and have fun and relax.

So we ordered coffee/matcha drinks and a cheese burekas at the to go counter since there was a wait and I was hungry. I got my frozen Matcha first and we had to wait a little bit for the frozen coffee, but when we asked, she brought it to us. The frozen coffee with oat milk with quarter sweet was delicious! The frozen Matcha was also good and that was with 2% milk and half sweet. That was good, but the frozen coffee was better. Love, love, love the packaging of the coffee and Matcha drinks. Super cute! The bureka was cold and a little dry and really should be heated up before handing to customer, but I was so hungry I just needed a couple bites of something until we got our table. It would've been better had it been heated and properly served. We got our table for three. Eva was our server and she was really nice. Also, I have to give a shout out to Peter. He was super sweet. Thanks Peter for your kindness! Not only did he talk to us about what was good on the menu, he also brought a kids fork for my niece who is 4 1/2 and I thought that was a very nice touch (she ate cucumbers and tomatoes with her cute little fork). We ordered fries, schnitzel, tuna melt, and the steak and comte sandwich. Everything was yummy! The fries are skinny, crispy, and flavorful! The schnitzel could have used a little less salt, but it wasn't bad. Not the best I've had but good. Both sandwiches came with sourdough, which I love. I would have liked for the sandwiches to be less greasy/oily so next time I will request that. Not sure if it was butter or oil or combination of both, but I will make sure to ask for less of that next time. Everything on the menu looked great! The salads, the sandwiches, the Smashburger, and the breakfast! I will slowly try other items on the menu. I do not live in the area, but if I did, I would be here more often. Maybe one day they'll open up a location in the valley... They would do great! Owner is very nice and seemed to care when I was watching him provide customer service. Oh, and yes, they do take reservations so I will be doing that next time :-)

Seating inside is very limited, and the outdoor tables are set up in a loading dock area. Definitely a little odd since the restaurant is located inside an office building. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Six entrées, multiple appetizers, a table of four. The Vegetable Rolls came out first. Overcooked, hard, soaked in oil that had clearly seen better days. My wife took one bite. I took one bite. We asked politely to return them. The waitress made it immediately clear this was going to be a problem. It was downhill from there. For the rest of the meal, she barely came by. No water refills. No table clearing. Dessert arrived with no cutlery and we sat there five minutes waiting for someone to walk past. No apology, no acknowledgment. When the bill finally came, the rolls were still on it. I pointed it out to the waitress. She nodded and walked away, bill in hand, and did nothing. A few minutes later the owner appeared to collect payment, as if the conversation had never happened. When I brought it up, she informed us the rolls were cooked to perfection, that this is simply how they're made, and that we had eaten from them. Two bites. Between two people. She wouldn't let us get a word in. Our friends tried to reason with her, pointing out that we'd just had a nice meal and simply didn't enjoy one dish. She just kept going. We still left a generous tip. The customer isn't always right, but they're always worth treating with basic respect. We weren't trying to get something for nothing. We were exactly the kind of table every restaurant should want, and fifteen dollars worth of bad spring rolls turned us into people writing reviews instead of making reservations. It really didn't need to go this way.
