I came in here for the first time yesterday.. I usually go somewhere else but decided to give them a try and y'all... 10/10 recommend! Everyone there was so nice and the customer service was awesome. They had told us when we first got there that they were a little backed up, but they still managed to see us in a timely manner and I was extremely happy with how mine and my moms nails came out. I stop by first time today because of the great reviews, so long story short I got there at 12:30 they take care of a customer that get there after me... I didn't complaint I just wait....by 1:10 they told me I have to wait 30 minutes more for just a refill!!!!! Just ridiculous!!!! I told the lady she should have told me that when I got there at 12:30 that for a refill I have to wait more than an hour..... Where in Norwalk do they offer complimentary beverages or wine? From the moment you walk in you feel pampered! I have been to almost every nail salon in Norwalk and have always been disappointed either by the work done or the long wait (even with an appointment) XO takes you right in! Walk ins too! The salon is so beautiful and clean and they have great customer service! Michael was very friendly and he did an amazing job on my nails! The salon is clean, fresh, and they do have lots of polishes but pretty expensive compared to other salons here in Norwalk. Be prepared to spend a little more. I was kind of surprised how much extra they charge just to get gel polish on the toes. I do have one complaint that made my visit not so pleasant, the man doing my nails kept pulling my fingers telling me to relax but how can I relax when I'm getting my toes done at the same time? (Which by the way hurt like hell because she wasn't very gentle. Also the machine used to cure the gel kept burning my foot???). The only reason I am giving two stars is because Logan is a very good nail tech. I went in on Sunday for a full set. The guy that helped (me I don't remember his name but he was very short with a tattoo on his right arm and ear piercings.) was an absolute horror. He started off by trimming my nails but he never asked me if I wanted him to trim my nails he just started doing it and he was not being very gentle about it at all it was actually pretty rough I would saw ow and move my hand when he hurt me and and he would tell me just relax just relax. I noticed after he got done trimming my nails really low at that, he started to file them and was going to move on to putting on acrylics and never not once pushed down my cuticles or even trimmed them. I'm used to when I go to get my nails done that they do that. And if they don't when I request it, they let me know it's an extra charge if it is an extra charge. I asked him if he was going to do that and he asked me if I wanted it and I said yes please so he went and grabbed the package to trim my cuticles and he trimmed them but already when he came back he had an attitude about it. He never not once at any point let me know it would be an extra charge. So he finish cleaning them and moved onto my actual full set. He hurt me at least seven times and each time I would tell him that hurts and his excuse was "well you wanted your cuticles trimmed so now Your nails are sensitive just relax." He didn't like me telling him at all what I wanted, he just wanted to do the nails how he wanted and be done with it once he started moving on to shaping the actual nail after he already put on the powder acrylic I let him know that my nails were too thick for my liking if he can please file them down a bit more so that the acrylic was not so thick and I had my mom come and show him her nails that she had just gotten done by Logan as comparison. He was very upset about it and started arguing with me saying that "well her nails are thin because she's doing a fill and with a fill they obviously have to remove the nail polish and reshape the nail so of course hers is going to be thinner and I told him OK but you can still make it thinner so I would like them thinner please this is too bulky and he rolled his eyes and started filing down my nails very aggressively. halfway through filing my nails he looks up at me and says "if your nails break it's not my fault I just want you to know" which I never was going to blame him if my nails broke I mean why would he even try and mention that he's just being argumentative. At one point he even flicked my hand away when he was done with that hand and needed to move onto the next. he was just very rude and aggressive. when he was done with my nails and with the gel and he was massaging my hand, his thumb nails are very long and he had no care to not scratch me with them and he hurt my hands while even trying to massage them he was just very rough and not careful even though I told him multiple times that he had been hurting.so after my nails were done I go over to pay he rings me up at $74! For a full set, no type of decoration or anything and Gel. Now anywhere else I have ever gotten a full set because I always get full sets and gel they charge me 30 maybe $35 he says he charged me extra because of the length of the nail which again he never told me it was going to be an extra charge had he told me that having the nails longer would be an extra charge I would've said OK let's cut them down a bit shorter then or that cutting my cuticles would've been another $12 I would've said OK let's just skip it but he didn't mention anything. I already know that gel is an extra cost that is obvious and I'm OK with that for my manicure to have gone from what they say starts off at $40 to $72 was ridiculous especially for the service that I received. When I questioned the charge he just started arguing with me and said "what do you want me to do I already did your nails I can't not charge you it's not my fault." he was very rude and argumentative the entire time. I will no longer be going back and my mother herself is questioning going back as well which is unfortunate because Logan the nail technician is great but we do not like giving service to a salon who allows employees to be that blatantly rude to their customers because according to him his manager was standing right next to him and she said nothing about the way he was arguing with me and how rude he was being. read more

I seen this place the other day I passed by so I thought I would give it a try.so I went in today for nails and pedicure. I got the 35 dollar pedicure and in that pedicure package comes a 7 min massage. I got a massage for one minute or less than that to be honest. she polished my nails only didn't even add a top coat at the end. She just cut my cuticles and didn't even go around my nail to clean the sides. horrible service will not be coming here again. read more

It's a nice place, relaxing atmosphere. But it's kinda pricey & they take a long time. Not sure I will go back.

I got gel mani and they forgot to put topcoat to seal the polish.. this place charge for the tax even if you pay cash.. so be aware of that.. dont think I'm going back. read more
