Place sucks for renting cars, there main priority is charging you extra. If you do rent from them just don't clean up after yourself because they'll charge you a house keeping fee for no reason! At the end we got charged an extra $200 for the things we had already did, cleaned the RV dumped the water and returned it with the exact same amount of gas we picked it up with. In that case we should have left it dirty not dumped the water and returned it with no gas. This place is shady! There Office smelled like weed also! read more

First of all when we picked up the entire office smelt like weed. Drive our RV home to realize the storage key was broken. My husband tried to call to tell them the situation and they told him they would call back in 5 minutes and 30 minutes later... no phone call back. (Mind you we were supposed to leave an hour ago at this point) my husband then calls them back for some foreign lady that barely speaks broken English and you can hardly understand her, proceeds to tell my husband to call the 800 number so they can make him a new key. Wait she wants a new key made when all our luggage and 2 kids and friends are waiting on us to leave for a vacation??? No i think not! Instead of letting me talk and explain the situation she kept trying to talk over me, not that i could understand her anyways, but what horrible customer service and what a way to ruin our family camping trip. This place is dirty, smells like weed and they don't speak English so if this is your type of place then try it out. My husband I are new to the area and on thanksgiving week our car decides to take a dump. Started to look for car rentals stumbled across Xpress rental. and I most definitely will rent a car with xpress rental again. Made my car rental experience so simple fast and easy. There super adorable,Rosa was so nice and helpful great costumers service! They accepte Debit/ credit card payments, and they give you great cars that don't break down, or have any problems. I rented a black Nissan 2019 for a week total super nice, and clean cars. So cheap on gas filled up the tank with $30 and lasted me all week ! In total $525.17 with $100 back for my deposit. So in reality everything was 7 days $425.17 with 200 miles a day, and I had to get insurance $15 because my insurance didn't cover but that was included with the $425.17 which I think is awesome ! And if you need a extension just call and let them know you don't have to go back in. And if you pass the miles the it's just 39 cents a mile charged. read more

Poor service. Booked 15 ft truck & appliance dolly (extra $, but was needed) $29.95. Get ther. No1 is at the counter. Bright comes frm the back dark room out of nowhere, says can I help. Bright continues to say "we dnt have the appliance dolly" I said. I paid extra 4 it. He said I will not charge ur take the regular dolly. Doesnt do the overview walk around the truck. I dnt care. But when we open truck doors, yhe appliance dolly is there. Clearly he never checked truck when it came back, bcuz the barf on the floor wher I had to get in was fresh frm the night b4. This is totally. unprofessional office. When I brought back keys Monday, they should be open at 8am, I had to wait until 820am 4 an employee to show up and honk at me to move. LOL. Very bad experience with this place. My husband was gonna park when the owner of this place opens her door almost hitting my car, and she has the nerve to tell us to watch it. She told us to leave her place that she wasn't going to rent us a car. This lady has bad customer service she doesn't know how to talk to people very disrespectful. Xpress has the best options available in car rental. We used them for a trip to Las Vegas in November 2012. We were looking around and other rentals didnt have mini vans nor were they as affordable. For a short term notice they were excellent. They only have new clean cars. For a 3 day Vegas trip for a toyota mini van was about $250. We needed a 15-passenger van for a family vacation this month. Through a friend of mine who highly recommended this company, my dad contacted Lucas and got a great deal. Had previously booked a car rental from Hertz, the day of our scheduled pick up, Hertz informs us that they are completely overbooked. We did not receive a courtesy call or even an email indicating that they would not be able to honor our reservation. They did "add" us to a list,  but did not guarantee anything.  We then called another Hertz, only to be told they had a few cars available,  but could not rent them for less than $75 a day. At that rate our trip was going to cost way too much. So we scramble around to call all the car rental places we can find.  Its a couple of days before new years, and everyone is booked. This is where Xpress auto rental comes into the picture. We call them up, they are super friendly and willing to answer all our questions. They do have cars for rent and not for a ridiculous price like Hertz had. When we get to Xpress auto, Lucas is super friendly and helpful. We get our car rental in a matter of minutes.  Will we be going back to Hertz? No way, they didnt even bother calling us after they had added us to their stupid list. Yay. Xpress Auto saved the day! After being disappointed that my "go to" car rental place had moved to Culver City, I had to search for a new place ASAP and I only had 3 days to do it. I was stressing because I needed the rental for New Years Eve/Day to travel to the mountains. I searched on Google and thru the yellow pages to find somewhere cheap, but reliable.. I ended up calling Budget, Avis, Enterprise, Thrifty Dollar rental all wanted $350 + in security deposit plus the rental fee to put down.. Now I do understand their purpose, but I clearly could not afford to even charge on my card. I finally found Xpress Auto and called right away. Julian assured me that he will definitely have cars available and quoted me a great deal for a mid size car. The best part was that the securitt deposit was only $100.00. Woohoo! I wad sold. My total charge was $243.. for two days and my deposit would be returned to me upon returning the vehicle. Lucas was friendly and helpful when I booked the reservation and picking up and dropping off was a breeze with Hector. The staff was great and I will not hesitate to do business with them again!
