Based on reviews, I selected DACC to repair my truck after it was involved in a very minor parking lot accident. In the past, I have normally used chain shops. While I received satisfactory work from them, they NEVER finished my vehicle when promised. Working with DACC was a different experience. The service was personalized and professional. When I called to arrange a time to pick up my vehicle (on the day they promised when I dropped it off) Angel suggested I pick it up in the afternoon instead of the morning so he could detail it. I assumed by "detail" he meant they would drive it through a car wash and do a half-assed vacuum job. You cannot imagine my shock when I saw my truck! It looks better than when I drove it off the showroom floor. The work was the highest quality and when Angel said he would detail it, he meant detail in the comprehensive sense of the term. I paid $200 a year ago to have it detailed. DACC's detail far exceeded that job. There was not a speck of dust or dirt inside or outside of the truck when I picked it up. It has never looked this good. Dealership Autoplex Collision Center is the place to have your body work done. While I hope to never need body work again, if I do need work I will not consider any other body shop. read more

Someone backed into me and drove off and left my bumper in shambles. I heard great things about this place and will never take a vehicle anywhere else after my experience. Antonio & Angel were extremely professional while also being more than accommodating. Misty was a huge help as well and provided great communication regarding when the parts were received and when I'd be able to pick up my fixed vehicle. My experience with DACC was not a good one. My car was involved in an accident in February 2022. It was towed to the center by the recommendation of the tow truck driver ( I was not driving the car at the time of the accident). My initial dealings were what I expected. It took about six months for my car to be repaired. Number one, I had to call every single month, just to get an update. There was not a single call initiated by DACC. I was told that parts were on backorder, which I understand given the current supply issues we face. When I finally got my car back, which was involved in a front end collision, I drove it straight home and it was parked. Two days later the windshield cracked and then started splintering. When I called DACC, I was told it was likely hit by a rock on the road . . which is plausible but I do not recall that happening. I had the windshield replaced and they guy told me that where the crack began it was likely fractured in the crash and sitting out in the driveway the heat caused it to crack and then splinter and a rock hitting that low was not very likely. When I initially called about the windshield, I also told them the spray nozzle for the windshield wiper fluid was not working on the drivers side. I was instructed to have someone just make sure the connection was good from the tube to the nozzle if that didn't fix it to bring the car back in. The gentleman that replaced my windshield pointed out that there was no spray nozzle at all. He also popped the hood and pointed out that there were numerous clips that were missing that should be holding down certain panels. Finally, the cover to the motor, which is basically cosmetic, was also missing. So I called the center and spoke to Antonio. He said the motor cover was on back order, immediately, without hesitation. I asked him why I was not informed of this when I picked up the vehicle and he didn't have an answer. I then told him about the clips and the spray nozzle. He said I could bring it back in and he would take care of it but he needed to make sure he had the nozzle in stock and he never mentioned the motor cover. He said he would call me back in 20 minutes . . . this was on Tuesday. He did not call back so I called him on Thursday morning and he said he was waiting on it to be delivered by the dealership and he would call me when it arrived. I told him I had a busy work day and asked if he had any time estimate and he said it was scheduled for mid morning delivery, so likely by 11am. I never received a call from him. I called back on Friday and he was unavailable to talk but the nice lady who answered the phone said she would have him call me as soon as possible. I never received a call. It has now been a week since my last phone call and I still have not heard a word. I did, however, stop at the dealership yesterday and bought the spray nozzle myself for $22 and few clips and they are now installed. While the motor cover was not in stock, they said they could have it the next day for me. The windshield is questionable to me since I literally drove the car home and it sat in my drive way. The missing items are concerning. My initial call after I picked up the car, I asked for an itemized receipt showing all the items repaired/replaced and was told it would be emailed to me. It never was. It just seems to me that they got the payment from the insurance company and my deductible, and they were done with me, regardless of the missing parts. The poor customer service and lack of concern is honestly the most disappointing thing to me. If you cannot get the part at least call and let me know but the fact I was able to walk in and get one within 10 minutes tells me there is just a lack of standard care on DACC's part. The fact the immediate response to the other item was "it is on backorder" when I can get one within 24 hours is just a blatant lie. I will never take another car back to their establishment nor would I ever recommend their services to anyone. read more

DACC is the only body shop I'll take my vehicles to! The owner and entire team are the most helpful and professional group of people you'll ever meet. When I took my wife's SUV there for some body work, they politely informed me that they did not think they would be able to get the work done in time for us to drive her SUV on our family vacation to California. We had resigned ourselves to a much less comfortable trip in my pickup. However, they were able to surprise us by getting it done ahead of time, allowing us to make the long road trip in my wife's much roomier SUV. Since then, they have done an excellent job repairing hail damage, and even helped me snap the top cap back onto my tailgate when I stopped by on my lunch break. They are amazing here. They do great work. My BMW was in an accident. They made everything quick and easy. They had such a fast turn around time. They even help get in contact with Enterprise to get them to show up at the location. Antonio has great customer service and always gives reassurances as to how good the work is going.
