I scheduled an appointment for myself and my sisters on a Saturday and we were pretty well taken care of. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for all the chairs to be prepared. The staff is handling COVID sanitation really well. Everything was super clean and I felt safe. The staff sanitized everything and used new equipment for each client. The staff also made sure everyone had on masks and was distant as possible. They have every other pedicure chair open which is really accommodating to the guidelines to keep everyone safe. I saw Tracy and she's amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and did great work on my mani/pedi. I got a gel mani and basic pedi for $63 which is pretty good. The inside is really modern and clean. I've gone to this salon for about a year now and I'm really disappointed with how much the service has gone down. I requested an appointment for acrylics with gel sealer (originally $35) at 7:15. I showed up at 7:00 and I didn't get started on until 7:45. On top of that, I was charged $48 for the total. I was told that I had been given a gel polish with gel sealer, even though that wasn't what I asked for. I wasn't offered a discount for my wait either. I understand Valentine's Day is busy, but the nail tech should pay attention to the service they're supposed to provide, and it was too late for me to let her know once I saw that she was applying gel polish. read more

Had a great experience here today. The owner, Tony, took three of us, including my six-year-old daughter, as walk-ins. The staff were professional, did a great job, and Tony was so kind to my daughter - even put her favorite Netflix movie on the big screen to watch during her polish change. Well I'm going to start off by saying this salon has great customer service I went in wanting a no chip manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great the lady who did the service was on point. Now this is were it goes downhill. While still in the chair finishing up my pedi another lady comes over to start my mani. I really don't like when they do this but I went ahead. She starting filing like she was playing a violin ,mind you I'm still in the chair so there is no way for her to be looking at my nails straight on to see the horrible job she's doing . When I looked at them everyone of my nails had a different shape.By now I'm extremely upset they brought over another lady who tried to fix them but the damage had been done and to be honest she wasn't any better. Maybe if the first Lady wasn't being so pushy with trying to get me to try dip powder over no chip she wouldn't have ruined my nails. I ended up just leaving never getting the service I came for and wishing I never came to nail nightmare. This salon has great customer service but skill level is a NOOOO!!!!!!!!! I will never return . And the next time Tony Ly or any master nail tech has a class on the art of natural nails TAKE it!! You guys lack skill in long natural nails. I am here right now getting a manicure and pedicure. All I can say is that they are doing everything right in terms of sanitation. Liners in the pedicure bowls which is a must. Not everyone uses them but you will decrease your risk of infection. I will update my review after they are done. BTW they also offer, wine, tea, water etc... nice touch. Only come here if you wanna spend 3 hours getting a pedicure and a dip! Pedicure took an hour and a half, anywhere else it would take 30 minutes. I left after my pedicure because I saw that it took them an hour and a half to do another clients dip while I was getting my pedicure. 3 hours? I would've lost my mind! Also they have about 40 manicure stations and 30 pedicure stations. At noon on a Saturday there were 3 staff members and 3-4 clients. Really confused by all the raving reviews on here. I was greeted with an offer of complimentary water, tea, or wine and was introduced to Tina for my pedicure and no chip manicure. My pedicure included a moisturizing mask and a hot stone massage. I also had a no chip French manicure. Tina took the time to make sure she removed any excess polish and filed all rough edges. This was the best mani/pedi I've received in a long, long time.
