It was done in a very timely manner although there was a couple people in front of us and having two vehicle smog checks done we were in and out within an hour. NOW... never in my life getting a smog check has the place done any type of other Inspection. At first I was grateful. Then I was told that I would immediately need work on my motor mounts. I was told that for just over $1500 they would take care of this for me. They marked this as "urgent" on my paperwork and explained it as such. When I got back into my vehicle, I realize there was not a noise to be heard and generally with motor mounts, you hear some type of rattle or something inside of the cab. I took my vehicle immediately for a second opinion, and they advised there was absolutely nothing wrong with my motor mounts! I AM NOT ONLY DISGUSTED, BUT SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN PERFECT AUTO. I WILL NEVER EVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED HERE NOR WILL I BE BACK EVEN FOR A SIMPLE SMOG CHECK! SHAME ON YOU!

When they called with diagnostic they said I had radiator leak and didn't discuss the issue I came in for. I didn't feel comfortable with this diagnosis bcs I have had no issues, not even minor for this diagnosis, and wanted a second opinion. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I went to drive away, and I had four warning signals on my vehicle, a rattling and a huge coolant leak under my jeep non of which that I had at all before I took the vehicle in. The car broke down and wouldn't start again so I had AAA tow it to a new shop that had to fix the radiator crack they definitely created and denied and tried to charge $1500 for, and then once it was repaired we're able to diagnose and also repaired the air intake issue that I had taken my Jeep in for originally that was a very minor issue to fix. They tried to scam me and deny any liability for the issues they created. DO NOT give them your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

The representative met us at the door when we arrived, and even though their online system was really giving her a hard time, she was incredibly kind and understanding of the stress of losing transportation. They had to go to another location to get it, and it was changed in the amount of time it took us to get some lunch around the corner.
