Ben and Brad were my movers. They were very efficient and stayed on point the entire time no wasted time. They ask permission before taking a break for lunch and a five minute smoke break which I felt was not an issue because of their efficiency. They treated my items as though they were theirs and were friendly and comfortable to communicate with during the day. The worked longer than originally expected but stayed and finished the job. Moving is already stressful enough, and this company made the entire situation even more frustrating, exhausting, and disappointing. Using Xtreme Movers was the best moving experience my wife and I ever had. To start with, Ben Ortiz the owner and Scott his 2nd man were waiting for us when we got to our new Las Vegas home that we moved to from Los Angeles. They were extremely friendly and pleasant when we first arrived with the truck. Then the unloading and assembling began. Ben and Scott did not stop working the entire time until every item was off the 26 foot truck and into the house. They never complained or had an issue with anything. Throughout the process they were professional, extremely careful with both not damaging any walls or any of the items. Nothing that we asked for was ever a problem. As a matter of fact, one of the heaviest armoires was taken upstairs due to a mistake by us. Once we discovered we asked them to take the wrong item upstairs, they had no problem whatsoever, taking the armoire back down and taking the correct one upstairs. They help fold five dozen furniture blankets that had to be returned with the truck. They both thanked us for giving them the opportunity to provide the service, and I cannot say enough, how much they helped my wife, and I reduce the stress of moving into a new house by being so courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anybody I know that needs to move. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We signed a contract with Xtreme for 550, of course they immediately start trying to gouge us. They lied about trucks being stuck and drivers raising rates until I canceled the contract. After I canceled they refused to remove my load from the load board so other companies could bid on my load. They also refused to refund my deposit. They are liars and shiesters and beyond dishonest game players. I also believe they are operating from overseas and are not in Vegas. They may have an office in Vegas but they con men that run this piss poor excuse for a business are not in the US. read more

Hired 4 men for 2 days. I already had 2 Uhaul trucks lined up but on the second day, the owner tried to scam me into paying an extra $100 to cover his expenses for another truck and so that he could pick up his employees from the opposite side of town to go to work. Threatened to not complete the job if I didn't pay more. They damaged a 12" chunk of a wall and then blocked all of my calls to remedy. I do not recommend this company if you have standards and want honesty. Plus, Moving Help, the company that referred me to Xtreme also refused to take responsibility even though I had paid extra insurance for damages caused by the movers. Moving companies are one of the shadiest groups of people, so beware. read more

We have used Ben and his team for multiple moves and just recently needed our storage emptied. It was only a few days notice, however a team of two guys was available to move the storage contents and a bed to our new house. Calling and conversing about the availability was easy and quick. So this guy from another company had this company XTREME MOVERS contact me to help me move which at the time I was unaware that i was speaking to a whole different company. I believed when they sent someone else for a job it's all through the same company so XTREME MOVERS I believe his name is BEN Contacted me like 20 minutes before my 4 o'clock appointment to say that they were having someone else come help me move which I thought was within the same company still but come to find out they sent someone from a whole different company so I started with one company and ended up with three so the person that finally comes to my house stole money out of my wallet didn't even complete putting my bed together which I inserted a picture I contacted XTREME MOVERS Thinking at the time this is all the same company from the first person I contacted I told XTREME MOVERS what happened since they Were the ones That sent this guy to my house & I didn't receive any help I was blocked from contacting them I asked what company this man that they sent to my house & They act like they didn't know ALL OF A SUDDEN. My wife and I are new to the area. I work in California and wanted a full service company so she didn't have to worry about the move since i would be gone working. We trusted this company after confirming June 1st a move for June 23. June 23 they were no shows and my wife is over there alone trying to find help last minute. The response from the owner was very unprofessional and he blocked her phone number. He claimed we did not book with him but we have text messages confirming the booking. My husband was already driving a moving truck from out of state when we finally decided to go ahead and hire movers to help unload the truck. We ran into issues with HOA and the moving truck so we had to find people that would do it the same day and in the evening when he would arrive. I knew It was going to be difficult to find movers last minute, but to find evening help would take a miracle. Thank goodness Ben called me back after leaving a message. We needed some very heavy wood furniture moved around the house the first time and the second time was to move a fridge and to help mount a mirror on a dresser . Both occasions Ben was on time and very helpful , I don't know how two men moved our heavy wood furniture but they figured it out and were careful with our nice things . If I could give a minus star review I would. Was told on moving day that their truck had broken down and they had a mechanic on their way to fix it. 3 hours later I had still not been updated. I understand that these things happen, however I found the Boss to be highly unprofessional and honestly did not feel that he cared at all. They moved our upstairs 2 bedroom condo to another upstairs 2 bedroom condo. Bobby & Tom worked hard for 5 hours straight in the heat. They never took a break or complained about anything. I asked if he had any availability to move my small office and he quickly scheduled the move for two hours out, which really surprised me because everyone else I had called gave me a wait time of at least a week. We hired Xtreme Movers based on their reviews from MovingHelp.com. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Prior to arrival I informed their office that we lived in a third floor apartment on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot. I let them know we wanted to leave town immediately following loading the truck. I was told that if I went with 3 movers it wouldn't take over 2 hours. First off the arrived 38 minutes late, but put on the paperwork a start time of 10:30. When I ask where the third mover was they said he was a no show. It took them 5 hours and 15 minutes, yet I was told they had to charge for the next entire hour (so 6 hours). The movers sent drop a stand going down the steps and NEVER once apologized or said anything had happened. We explained that we were moving across the country and that everything in the truck needed packed well, but the tie straps we provided were not attached properly so had boxes fall and items broken. Including an family heirloom, which was repeatedly stated to the movers how fragile it was. When we contacted the owner Ben, he was shocked and invested further that 4 other people complained about this same mover and said he would send us a check for half the cost we paid, but after two weeks he never sent a check and will no longer accept our calls. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID hiring these movers!! read more

I am 59 yr old lady that got ripped off by this company and their "so called professional movers" yesterday Saturday the 19th. I paid for 2 hours, took these 2 5 hours??? I had 1 bed, 5 dressers and miscellaneous boxes. I only lived in a 900 do ft apt!!! The big guy had to leave to go do a UA, or he would go to jail for 2 days?!? And the smaller guy, it was his first move!!! I had to py $180.00 cash on top of the $118.00!!! They. Thought no water, I gave them 25.00 to go get some fast food and drinks!!! WTH...
