Unfortunately, my last two experiences with Lea have been disappointing. I work full-time, so the only appointments I can typically make are at 6:00 PM. During my first appointment with Lea, I could tell she seemed frustrated with the design I chose, likely because it was more time-consuming and would keep her there later. To her credit, she did a decent job on the set, and I tipped her $15. However, throughout the appointment, several coworkers kept coming over to look at what she was doing and talk amongst themselves. Maybe it wasn't intentional, but it felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. My most recent appointment on 8/27 was much worse. I called early that morning to book a pedicure, soak-off, and new Gel-X set for 6:00 PM. During my pedicure, I asked for French tips on my toes. The technician asked whether I wanted regular polish or gel. Wanting to avoid keeping anyone late, I chose regular polish. Later, another technician stepped in to do the French tips because my original technician wasn't comfortable doing them. When I looked down, I noticed they had only painted the white tips with no base color underneath. When I asked why, I was told that a base color is only included with gel French tip pedicures. No one explained that beforehand, and had I known, I absolutely would have chosen gel. It has only been four days since the appointment, and the white polish is already chipped. I paid $45 for a French tip pedicure that already looks worn out and unfinished. As for my Gel-X set, I paid $135 and was once again unhappy with the results. The design looks nothing like the inspiration photo I showed Lea. Similar to my first appointment, she seemed annoyed throughout the service, and coworkers repeatedly stopped by to watch and comment on her work. The final result looks rushed and does not reflect what I requested. In total, I spent $185 and left with a pedicure that chipped within days and a nail set that doesn't resemble the design I paid for. I'm disappointed because I've been a loyal customer since the salon opened and have always recommended this place to others. At this point, I would appreciate a complimentary redo of my pedicure and either a partial refund or a redo of my Gel-X set with a different technician. I truly loved this salon, but after these last two experiences, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

Others were too busy for walk ins and still others were not inviting. And then I decide to go back to this place. Glad I did! Lisa( I believe) did my gel manicure!
