I found this version a bit sweeter than sour from what I remember from my trip, but it was very tasty! Lomo Saltado (4/5): The steak is slightly over but every other aspect of this dish is perfectly brought together. The fry wedges are nicely crisped and the bottom of the rice absorbed that wonderful saucy flavor from the dish. Ceviche Frutos Del Mar (5/5): This dish has everything. Beautiful umami flavor, several fish, and a stunning presentation! My only ask would be to deshell the shrimp but otherwise perfect. It even comes with some sweet potato! Maduros (4/5): Lovely sweet flavor but I wish it was fried for another 60 seconds of crispiness. Service (5/5): Very attentive servers and delivered on every aspect expected.
