Service was not exactly adequate Lighting was dim as well. Seats were hard as heck wood and mighty uncomfortable The food was--overall, mehhh First the potato skins were minuscule, Lilliputian and almost not even big enough to be considered bite sized The Caesar salad was...hmmmm, Ho-hum with fresh and crisp greens, ample if not generous Parmesan and tasty albeit stingy portion chicken. I tried the steak tacos and this was a fumble. Bland steak, miserly portions and soggy soft shell. The raviolis were a tad undercooked but really tasty. The sauce had a hair too much red wine but the taste as still very good and the portion rather admirable. I'd order it again. The Apple blossom desert was amazing. Dough was slightly and pleasantly sweet and the apple was caramelized and tender. So.... Food was a solid 3-4 The service a gentleman's C in or 3 The comfort and ambiance a 2

Went for brunch and we very very happy. Loved the decor - the tiled floors, the lighting wood finishes, lots of welcoming ambiance. We had the crab cake Benedict and the Brussels sprouts pizza. The pizza was fantastic. The dough wast well cooked, the ratio of sprouts and cheese and pancetta was spot on. We enjoyed our brunch. A lot of reviews mentioned bad service - our server was nice but not super nice. Once things go busier I could see why the complaints could happen. However, our experience was good.

Here's the skinny on Rye grill and bar. Definitely more of a social scene than known for its food. We waited a long time for a table and sat at the bar which was great. Good service. Food was fine, everything came out cold. Very loud atmosphere. Would be curious if it wasn't during the holidays if it would be a little bit quieter. I couldn't even hear conversation. Definitely more of a bar scene. Not sure I would visit again.

This was sadly one of the worst experiences. Server was as dead as fish as my seafood. Dead pan face. When I asked about a Reisling she said "the wines are listed!" Oh well. This room is noisy, but the patrons are spoiled Westchester residents who bring two and three kids to a restaurant and let them scream! If you want to hear children screaming because their parents are the real spoiled brats, go to The Rye grill! Food was okay. Meatballs were good. Paella was not Paella! It was cioppino at best. $120 two people, no drinks.

I love exploring towns all over Westchester and Rye is definitely one of my favorites. Besides being super walkable, the restaurants never disappoint. Rye Grill and Bar has one of the best menus, especially for brunch. I recently dined here for my cousin's bridal shower and the service was amazing. Order the pecan crusted salmon, it is delicious! The servers were nothing but attentive, our glasses were always full. Will be back!

Once again visiting Westchester for Thanksgiving and once again trying one of the local restaurants on Thanksgiving Eve. This time, we came to Rye Grill & Bar. They set us up in a large private room on the second floor. It was a spacious and comfortable setting, big enough to give the kids space to run around and quiet enough to let the adults hear each other talk. Our server quickly took our drink orders, then we settled in and perused the classic American menu. For appetizers we had chicken wings, potato skins, and meatballs. All of them were great, but the real standouts were the entrees. I had a blackened monkfish special. It was truly a gem of a dish. The monkfish was nice and light. It paired beautifully with the mango salsa, sautéed spinach and jasmine rice. If they can reliably source the fish, I'd recommend that they make it a permanent part of the menu. Overall I highly recommend Rye Grill & Bar. 5/5

This delightful restaurant was a great find. It's nestled next to the train station but you won't find it noisy in any way. The food menu has lots of options and they ranged from steak to pizza. The service is excellent too. The only thing lacking is a lackluster dessert menu.

Beautiful restaurant with lots of charm. Lots of parking nearby as well. Chicken wings were tasty with a slight kick. Filet was cooked well and had good flavor. I liked the cookie skillet for dessert. Service was attentive and helpful. Prices were fair for the area. Was nice for a work dinner, or a special occasion. The patio looked beautiful to sit at on a nice day.

Tacos were not great (meat was very chewy like it still had the sliver skin). The pizza tasted like frozen pizza.

A special thank you to Fabio, the manager, who was truly exceptional. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, was attentive throughout our visit, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Stephanie, the hostess, was also wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and greeted us with a warm smile that made us feel right at home. It feels like somewhere you can have a nice dinner and still actually relax. The service was excellent. Everyone was attentive and welcoming without hovering, and the meal moved at a comfortable pace. We started with the Il Toscano, and the chicken liver mousse was probably my favorite part. It was rich and smooth, and the Pecorino, olives, salami, and pickled artichokes balanced it out really well. We also had the Gamberi, Vongole e Fagioli with shrimp, clams, and butter beans. I wasn't sure what to expect from the beans with seafood, but it worked. It was savory, comforting, and really good with the bread. The carbonara was rich, flavorful, and filling. The portions overall were much bigger than I expected. We shared everything between two people and still left with leftovers. We also tried the Until Sunset and another zero-proof cocktail that was similar. Both were really good and actually tasted like cocktails, not just juice in a nice glass. Overall, great food, generous portions, really good service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Karaoke was in full swing and the hosts are very talented. We made reservations but it was not packed this particular Thursday evening. It was very hot so we stayed indoors but I would have liked very much to sit outside. They have a nice location. Everyone was veyr nice, from hostess to bussers; our server was very attentive. We started off with some drinks, and their jerk spring rolls and codfish fritters. Everything was really good. Hubby had their lomo saltado. He said it was OK but the rice was dry and it wasn't served as it should be, with the sauté on top of the French fries. I had the ribeye with mac & cheese and cabbage slaw. The steak temp was perfect, as was the mac. The slaw was bland - I wish I ordered a different side. My kiddo had their chicken fingers w/French fries, and liked it. My MIL had their pollo a la brasa, and enjoyed it as well. We surprised hubby with a happy birthday red velvet slice and headed out. Service was great and it was a vibe with the live music. After our meal, we walked around Hudson Park nearby and enjoyed a very chill day. I would definitely come back.

The ambiance and aesthetics definitely lived up to the hype, and our waitress was kind, attentive, and did her best throughout the night. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill because of the wait. We arrived and were seated around 7:45 PM, but we didn't receive our food until about 9:15 PM. We ordered a Caesar salad, oxtail spring rolls, lomo, and jerk chicken. After waiting for what felt like forever, our waitress explained that our order had been given to the wrong table. While I appreciated her honesty, it was frustrating that it took so long for the mistake to be noticed and corrected. As for the food, I'd give it a 3.5/10. It had potential, but overall it just missed the mark for me. After such a long wait, I expected much better. We were only offered 15% off the bill, which didn't really feel like adequate compensation for a 90-minute wait caused by the restaurant's mistake. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it wasn't a good one. I'd seen this restaurant all over social media and had high expectations, but my experience didn't live up to the hype.
