So today I decided to go back for those kabob tacos!!! I am very happy that I did. They were great the meat is nice and juicy. The chilies and pickled veggies went very well with it. I just wish that it came with rice. I love the rice here. So for those of you who are looking for new places and aren't paranoid of going to places inside small strip malls then this is the place for great food and customer service.

Delicious shawarmas and pizzas, I have ordered food from here twice and the business owner is always kind and the food is delicious. I will definitely keep going back.

Enjoyed the Mediterranean meal again today. Falafel was especially delicious. Support this local business!

Stopped in the other day and it wasn't busy because it was about 2pm. I had seen a board outside with a falafel plate special for $10 and I ordered that. The man at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The space was clean (and equipped for covid). I found parking easily though it is a small lot so maybe depends on the time of day what ease of parking. My food was very tasty and made fresh while I waited (falafel was still hot when I got home too). The falafel had great seasoning, hummus was delicious, salad dressing was tangy and fresh. I would 100% return to Yalla!

    The bee sting pizza

Definitely recommend it. We got the chicken shawarma and the bee sting pizza and shared. I can't believe that pizza is only $10. The dough was delicious and had a side dip to dunk the crunchy crust into.

    Lulu kabob

Decided to try this place and ordered the Butcher Pizza and Lulah kabob plate. The pizza was good, the kabob I find it a little dry and also the rice was kind of mushy it did not taste like Basmati rice. I would go back for the pizza.

Coffee was bitter - much better places to go to if you're looking for delish coffee. And overpriced! Won't be going back.

The Caesar salad was probably one of the best Caesar salads I've had. It was light, crisp, and refreshing without feeling overly heavy. We also had the crudo, which was excellent, and the burrata with tomatoes and crispy bread -- so simple but so good. Everyone at the table was loving it. But the pizzas were definitely a highlight for me. I love the square shape and that thick, crispy dough. And the chili oil they give you on the side is SO good. Such a great little touch and definitely something I kept going back to. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a really nice patio and a lovely indoor space. The staff was friendly, they have a great wine list, and we had a delicious Blanc de Blancs sparkling that paired perfectly with dinner. Overall, De La Nonna is just a great restaurant for a relaxed dinner with good food, good wine, and good company. I'm glad I got to come back because I definitely appreciated it even more this time around.

There are tables too with covered shade. Inside there is a bar and tables to sit also. Service was good. Prices reasonable. Place was clean. Thumbs up!

Since it was hot, we opted for indoor. The noise level was really loud, thanks to a large chatty party. In hindsight, outdoors wouldn't provided a better environment for conversation. We came during Dine LA and tried their dinner menu. They were busy so service was bit slower than usual. We first got some drinks which we finished before our entrees arrived. We started with the Insalata Mista. The lemon honey dressing for this salad was delicious. That was my favorite of the evening. We also got the squash blossom which had a nice cheese pull. Our mains were the Maccheroni Pasticciati (pasta) and Spicy Salame Calabrese Tartufato (pizza). The pizza was tasty but it was the pasta that really stood out. It was al dente with the melted cheese charred bits adding a nicer bite. We ended with Pistachio Gelato which was light on the pistachio flavor. We made it just under two hours for the meal. Definitely will come back.

I called the 888 number on thie website at 11:20 or so make sure the orders were received and would be delivered by 11:45am. The lady answered the phone "slice", I confirmed I was calling Braazos she said yes and confirmed all 3 of my orders and their delivery times. 11:45, my 2nd order is delivered, but where is my 1st and 3rd order? 12 noon, I call the restaurant, no answer and the line drops, so call the 888# again, a man answers confirms my orders and says he will call the restaurant. He says their system was down but I'll have my remaining 2 orders in 3-5 min. 12:20, the delivery guy delivers the 3rd order, and only 3 of 5 pizzas from my 1st order. How is that??? Why is my first order not delivered first and why is it not the FULL order? So I call the 888# number AGAIN, and ask for the # to the restaurant as the one I called there was no answer. I also asked the delivery guy to call the restaurant itself. They answer and tell him that it's right. I show him my email order confirmation and he lets them know I'm still missing 2 pizzas. The man who I spoke with before at the 888# is still on the phone. He says it's the delivery guys fault as he got the order wrong. No...he's not the one making and filling the order, he's only delivering them. The delivery guys tells me he has to now go back because they are making my last 2 pizzas. It's 12;34pm at this point. So much for my pizza party at 12! My last 2 pizzas don't arrive until 12:50pm, too hot to eat, with the toppings sliding off of the dough! At this point, I'm annoyed and disgusted with the service. I thank the delivery guy and tell him to let the restaurant know how dissatisfied I am! Thank you Braazos for a HORRIBLE and uterly DISSATISFYING 1st time experience! Thank Domingo (delivery guy) for being kind and understanding...it wasn't your fault! I won't be ordering from them ever! 1st impressions are lasting impressions!
