Earlier that morning I test drove a 2023 Tri Glide Ultra at Caliente Harley-Davidson. The 2023 was a better deal for me so I bought that trike. Today I get a notice from Eaglemark Savings saying that my request for the loan on the 2020 Tri Glide was denied because I just took out a loan on a 2023 TG. Who asked them to submit a loan in my name for something I wasn't going to buy. Maybe it was an honest mistake, an administration error, who knows, but it sure seems shady to me.

They hired new people and they are supervised by him. Now, I didn't know this when I went there with my baby, but I trusted the SM. Come to find out i put too much faith in him and this shop. They screwed me over by not doing my Fork tubes replacement. A year later with only 35-40 miles on the tubes itself. I took it to a different shop because they were leaking again when the shop opened them up and did the work they told me that my fork seals were never done the oil was dirty and that my bushings were bad. I called and requested for the owner to call me so we can talk this out.... I haven't received my call yet. They have lost my business period. And while a lot of HD dealership are closing... I pray this will be one too. Stay away from this dealership, You been warned.. They are really not to be trusted with something we put our lives on and ride when we can....

He also recommended an alignment based solely on the look of my tires. I asked the technician if he could at least test my alignment to know for sure. Come to find out that I didn't need an alignment I told Albert that I didn't trust him and he stressed that he was "a Christian," which means absolutely nothing to me. If you gotta tell someone that you're something it usually means that you're not. At the end of my transaction, Albert gave me a white doll that says, "Jesus loves me." Completely inappropriate. What happened to the other guys who worked in the Express lane?!?!

Said the drained and cleaned tank. Asked them to start it. They said just buy carb cleaner and spray on filter to start. I was dumb and took it home. I did what they said and now carb and petcock was leaking. Took it back after paying $900 for nothing so figured they would address the issues they caused. Nope. They charged another $400 and said carb needs rebuilt for $500. I ordered a rebuild kit from Amazon for $12. In an hour it was done. Runs like a champ. This place is horrible and I wish for a zero star rating. Giving them one star is a travesty
