Wow. I've been working in this area for 2 months and been wanting to try this on the way home but never hungry. It was my last day so I was trying it regardless! Honestly the menu is so big and I'm a foodie so I wanted to try so much! Hard decision. Hercules burger it was with no tomato. Delicious! Food was ok. Nothing special. Had the felafel and was kind of flavorless. My husbands gyro was dry and overcooked. Had to ask for a rag to clean off our table. Would have just chosen another one but they all had food on them. Trash all over the floor. The ketchup bottle was so nasty I just skipped it. Even the napkin dispenser and walls were dirty. We were the only ones in there and the employees were just sitting around talking while we ate. Either the manager needs to light a fire under their employees or the health department does. I went here for lunch this afternoon. Literally the biggest menu I have ever seen which can be a good thing. I ordered the tuna melts with Swiss cheese and they made it pretty quickly. First and last visit, won't spend that much on subpar service and food at this place. We've always driven by and was really looking forward to trying it. I hadn't had my number called for take out, and I noticed as I walked to the counter that the people that ordered behind me were already eating. The girl at the counter (that was also working the drive thru) looked lost and was rude. She is bad for their business. My food was sitting on the counter getting cold when I had to come and ask for it. It took 3 of them to figure out if that was even my order but there was no one else in the place without food. They hadn't made the smoothie we ordered, I had to ask for it. When I finally got the drink it looked and tasted awful. When we opened the food the burger had tomato that I specifically asked to not include was on it and had a limp gross piece of lettuce. Not tasty mostly bun. I was immediately drawn to the chicken kebab plate, so that's what I ordered, but they had a nice selection of burgers, breakfast food, burritos and Greek food (gyros and kebabs). The food was sooo good. It felt like I was eating homemade Greek food not your standardized restaurant Greek food you'd find at a chain restaurant or fast food place. The meal came with soup or salad, two skewers of chicken and rice. The meat was well seasoned and not too dry, which often happens with white meat chicken grilled on a skewer. The rice was really flavorful and perfectly cooked. Even my fiancé kept mentioning how good the rice smelled. He got a double cheese burger that was a nice size. It lad a larger sesame seed bun. It came with French fries and those were tasty. At the end, he wanted baklava and talked me into buying a tray. I'm not usually a fan of baklava but one of the staff told me she doesn't usually like sweets but enjoys Yanni's baklava. I tried one and it was very good. Perfectly soft and moist, flavorful but not too sweet. You can tell that these recipes are homemade. It's all in the taste of the food. I would highly recommend Yanni's.
