They strive to sell as many new HVAC units as possible by fraudulently telling you your current unit is beyond repair and must be replaced. Then they incorrectly install your new until, leaving you at risk for an electrical fire. They also install it in such a way that it will quickly suffer damage from condensation that they should have installed buffers to protect it from. Then, six months later, they begin telling you about the rust damage (from what they fail to do during installation) and suggest costly steps you need to take to repair the damage. You will begin dreading their twice yearly visits because they will try to convince you each time that there is another $5,000 part replacement or modification that you must have if you don't want to have to replace the entire unit very soon. It's a nightmare so don't put yourself through it.

I…read morehad a leak in my ceiling and called an HVAC company to come out as I thought it was the furnace but they diagnosed it as a clogged dryer vent (and not something they work upon). I messaged Innovative Air Flow about the issue and they replied within 10 minutes and they sent a two-man team out within hours. The vent was cleaned from the outside in and they were done within 35 minutes. The vent was clogged up with a LARGE amount of damp or wet lint. They did recommend that we replace the entire run of the vent as it had likely never been cleaned since our home was built in 2000. The estimate was $1500 for the replacement run. We'll have to wait to do that one, but I know who we'll be going with for our future need. There is only one caveat though: they only take cash or check. I wish I had know before, as my service was $140 and I only had 2 $100 bills and had to scrounge the entire house to find a $10. (Thankfully they were SUPER kind and adjusted the service rate!) Once again, great company with quick response times and efficient and kind employees!

Not only that, they were great! David was early to our appointment window and walked through the house with me to note all the vents. He was considerate and very nice to work with. With our newborn, he warned us of the noise and worked around us and the baby. He worked efficiently and quickly to get it all done - definitely no waiting around for us! He was straight forward about everything. The biggest compliment I can give is that after he left, my mother-in-law commented, "THAT is how you should do business." We will be using these guys again whenever we need another cleaning or have a furnace issue.
