He is exceptionally bright, knows his craft and very honest in dealing with his customers. He does not try to upsell you on buying new products or additional service. Our AC was not blowing cold air two days ago when the weather was reaching over 100 degrees. I reached out to John the next day and he promised to do the service call first thing the next day. I told John that maybe our AC needed refrigerant because it was not blowing cold air, but John caution me that it could be something else besides refrigerant. He was right, it was a blown fuse after his diagnostic investigations. He also help discovered that we had some air flow blockage and that turns out we had a very dirty air filter. He gave us a new air filter to change the old one out. Overall, I am very impressed with John's technical expertise on HVAC and I trust his judgement and recommendations. I will use his service again whenever I have problems with my HVAC unit.
