My son started getting congested, and sneezing after lock down, and started to wonder if it was indoor air quality that was bothering him. I called vector control for some other reason and she mentioned to get the air ducts cleaned. I found anpa on yelp, and decided to call them. Andres was really wonderful. He nearly spent 2 hours at the initial visit, educated us and pin pointed some key problems that needed to be fixed. I have met some really horrible and untrustworthy duct cleaners and after meeting them, Andres was like a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend them. They seem honest and thorough, he never guilted us to use them. I feel grateful they came and gave us a quote and checked out our ducts. We wanted to work with them, and made an appointment, they came on time and did a great job. I was so relieved to notice that my son was no longer congested after the cleaning. That same day, at night he usually gets congested but that night he was normal. He so far has not been congested but sneezes a little but it's much better than it was before. Once every thing was measured, I received a quote and made arrangements for next day install. Arrived on time and did install neat. Cleaned up after himself and tested the vent for proper airflow. Excellent fast service. My daughter's air conditioner broke down in the middle of a heat wave and Andres was sent out within a couple hours to diagnose. They found the issue and were able to get the part and repair the unit in short time at a very reasonable rate. I spoke with Pamela on the phone as I needed dryer maintenance because my dryer wasn't working properly. Andres came out the next day to give me a free estimate. I seriously couldn't have asked for a nicer, more respectful technician. He spent time checking everything out and explained in full detail what needed to be done. He even took video/pictures of the completed work. The price was very reasonable and I'm so happy to support an honest family business. He even evaluated my other dryer in our studio for free and told me the vents looked fine and didn't not need maintenance yet. My A/C unit stopped working and blowing hot air. We were worried it was gone and needed to be replaced. I was referred to call Anpa Air Solutions. They picked up right away, Pam scheduled me for a few days from my call. They gave me a time and even confirmed the estimated arrival of the tech to my home. Andres showed up on time and got to work right away. He was respectful of my time and home while going in and out of the house with shoe covers. He was very professional and explained everything step by step. He was able to repair my 28 year old unit and recharged the Freon on the spot. Upon inspection he noticed my cooling intake was not insulated and was also able to cover it to get cooler air to the system more efficiently. He also cleaned the outside unit and tested each component. He went above and beyond when he cleaned the grates of the outside unit of dirt and debris. When we looked at the unit inside he noticed it was not in the proper position and made sure it was angled correctly to help drain any condensation. There was a crack in my unit and he suggested exactly the type of units for my house when I was ready to get a new unit but said repairs done would get my A/C working again. I'm so thankful that my A/C is working again thanks to Andres! Andres and Pamela from ANPA have been life savers. It had been triple digits and our A/C stopped cooling. I did my own research as we usually do , and found that the capacitor might be the issue . Now we have a townhouse with challenging placement of the unit which needed climbing 3 floors up onto the roof.one of our neighborhood groups recommended ANPA . Pamela was very helpful sending someone the same day. When Andres arrived he was very professional and helpful main reasons listed below 1. Professional attire , even shoe covers . 2. Same day service , Pamela squeezed us in busy schedule not once but twice. 3. Immediate detection of the issue and when we thought it might be too much work and offered to come back since it was end of day, Andres felt that the house was too hot and we needed cooling and fixed the issue same day. 4. After fixing we noticed that it was not getting cooler than 73/74 and called back . Andres and Pamela were on top of the problem and offered to come back free of charge and Andres even diagnosed and offered to fix immediately or wait. Honestly he did not try to sell any services 5. (which any company would usually do), instead he offered to refill the refrigerant later (since it is cooling for now but not faster and lesser than 74 )and at cheaper price. 6. Very cost effective and honest. They even have maintenance packages . I will update the review again after few months or when they come back to refill the refrigerant as suggested by Andres. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. They will be my goto for HVAC issues and maintenance. read more

I desperately needed someone to fix our ac and I called a few places but I decided to go with Anpa because the woman I spoke to on the phone was friendlier than the other people I spoke to when I was calling around. She found a way to squeeze us in and sent a technician named Andres to come out and run some diagnostics. He was very helpful and professional . Overall it was great customer service and reasonable pricing. I love that they're a family business and they don't try to charge you more for things you don't need like some businesses do. I want to say that I am very pleased and satisfied with ANPA AIR SOLUTION. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who has trouble with their air conditioning system and/or yearly check up and maintenance. I called several other companies throughout the CCC after my AC unit stopped working on Thursday and none of them were available until July!!
