Props to our waitress Christina! She made our night possible even though we were being difficult. My girlfriend and I were letting up with a larger party but we were running late. We really wanted to make it to the Late Night Happy Hour but maybe we took the "Late Night" a little too seriously. As soon as we made it there, Christina informed us that the kitchen was already in the process of closing up, but we asked her if it was okay to order something really quick. Thankfully she let us order, so I thank you Christina, for doing whatever you had to do in the back to convince them to make our dinner possible. The [Mac + Cheese]^2 was delicious! My girlfriend is a sucker for M&C so my as soon as she saw that menu item, it was as if the money was already in the Yard House cash register. Seriously love the poke nachos and frachos (chicken nachos replaced with fries instead of chips). The food is always consistent and such a great deal during happy hour. They also give you a pretty big portion. Tried their boneless wings which are pretty bad haha. Will not be ordering very dry chicken again. Fried Mac and cheese was just okay. Mozzarella stick shaped Mac and cheese dipped in marinara. Cheese sauce was pretty dry but something cool to try. Will be coming back for those poke nachos and to try their pizzas. read more

I've been to this location many times and it's usually always enjoyable. However this time not so much. We went to dinner with some friends and they got one order wrong. They stated they would comp the meal. He got the meal and no more than 2 bites into it he found a NAIL!! Like a nail you would use to hang a picture or build something! It was rusty and bent! I wish we got a picture of it but the waiter was standing right by table when it happened and was quick to take the nail away before anyone could get a picture! I think 3 stars will suffice. For a place to sell 16oz steaks, you think it's would be amazing. The price wasn't bad at all I guess, under $50 for a steak that size, mashed potatoes and a choice of veggies BUT for a steak to have THAT MUCH FAT, not just around the edges but in the middle of the steak in more than one place, it was just a bit disappointing. The potatoes were really good though. May give them one more try but I'm not totally sure yet. read more

Let me just start off by saying that I absolutely LOVE that they have all their nutrition facts online. Normally most chain restaurants have it but the fact that this place has it is truly a blessing. Every time I come here with friends, I track my food beforehand and I always end up getting something $20+ because of my healthy lifestyle. This includes the pork loins and the fish. All of the steak dishes are a little on the fattier side so I tend to stay away from those. For the most part, the food is amazing. The staff is never rude and always pulls through (especially when I go through 6 glasses of water every time I'm here and they manage to fill it up every time without me having to ask them). The music is great, never too dull. If you can, try to schedule your Yard House trips during their happy hours (3PM-5PM & 10PM-closing) because it'll make your trip affordable and worth the trip. There's never any wait and the dishes are cheap with big portions. My only issue here is that the regular food is expensive and there's no healthy items on the happy hour menu. read more

Appetizer came out with main dish. Avocado toast hardly had avocado & was very greasy. Ahi crunchy salad was also greasy (used to be very good). My drink of choice was water & was never refilled. This is one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to! Ashleigh, Alyssa, and Jasmine are my go to top choices for servers. As busy as it gets, the service is always wonderful, fast, and on point. I have gone as a vegetarian and gone as an omnivore... so this is like 1+ years of countless weekly visits Vegan gardin wings: 5/5 get them tossed in firecracker sauce, dip them in buffalo and ranch. FREAKING BOMB Calamari: 5/5 their cocktail sauce is so tasty! Buffalo boneless wings: 3/5 meh... it's not the worst or best wings I've ever had. I'd order again though! Do NOT order the beef Korean bbq tacos! They are the absolutely worse! No flavor. No sauce. Hardly no meat. The rice was glued together as if they added crazy glue and the beans were canned. The cheese that topped the beans was the best part. I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund but I couldn't get passed how bad it was. Save your cash! Just did a to-go order and my dad I stayed to have a drink at the bar while waiting. Our bartender was pretty good. However, the kitchen clearly forgot about my sandwich and we had to wait an extra 20 min while the rest of our food sat in a bag getting cold and our drinks were long gone. It would have been nice to be given a free drink while waiting- we even would've paid for a round if we knew it would take so long. The food is terrible. If you're coming for beer and football, great. If you want to eat, go somewhere else. I thought the first time was a fluke, but this place is seriously awful. My fried Chicken was moist, but the flavor consisted only of salt. An abundance of salt, and no other flavor. My husband's pork loin was horrifically overcooked and hard to chew. There was, again, no flavor to the meat itself, only flavor in the sauce smeared on top. The mashed potatoes were good. The truffle fries were great, it's the only thing they have going for them. They even messed up my mojito. It tasted of stale lime and way too much artificial flavor. I couldn't drink it. I had 2 glasses of water and went to Taco Bell afterward. We came here yesterday for my friends retirement party. It was a great time and the staff was very attentive and friendly but I'm writing my review because of the sweet manager who saw me carrying my very big car seat to my table and he offered to carry it to my table for me. Then as I was leaving he offered to carry it to my car because it was just me and my grandma and my son is a little heavy chunky monkey making the car seat very heavy haha! So he carried the car seat to our car and I just thought it was the sweetest gesture in the world! Thank you! One thing I would like to request however is a changing table in the bathroom. The large stall was locked due to being out of order so I'm not sure if the table is in there but there aren't any counter tops in the bathroom so I had to change my sons diaper on my lap while sitting on the toilet and he is a wiggle worm making it difficult. Leaving one star because you can't leave anything less. Usually I go here and it's great but I went here today, and was told there would be a wait. No problem, we waited and when we got the text that the table was ready we walked over. Upon arrival, I notified the hostess that less than 10 minutes (6 to be exact), we got a text saying we were removed from the waitlist. Almost, immediately without looking up, she said that they texted us 15 minutes prior which was not true. When I tired to show her the time stamp on the text, she immediately cut us off and rudely replied that they had texted us earlier, and that she could add us back to the waitlist. What seemed to be the manager was also standing right there and did not say a thing, allowing her to become progressively more rude. I've been to this location a ton of times and every time it's been non-problematic but today was a different story. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she was a trainee but to be spoken to like that was astonishing in no good way. Will never ever be visiting that location again. read more

I used to work at Yard House years ago and I decided to come back because of the large beer selection which didn't disappoint but also some of the menu items. Camy was our bartender and also recommended the the jambalaya with rice which was spot on, never take it off the menu. I'll always return for the memories. Worst experience I've ever had last night. The hostess was extremely rude to my party. We were told we would receive a text when the table would be ready last night (a Saturday night). We walked back to our cars to wait for the text. After a long wait the text came and we walked back to the restaurant. The hostess said they gave our table away because we took 6 minutes. They said they only hold our table for 5 minutes. The hostess said they would put us back on the list again.... and we were told to go outside and wait to clear up the lobby (in the cold with my 3 year old daughter). We finally got a table and we're not acknowledged by the waitress for over 10 minutes. The waitress was nice but every time another staff member brought out food/drinks/etc they were so rude! We had a large party. The front host was rude from the get. Quoted 2 hour wait. It was less that was nice. They acted like they didn't need the business. Server was nice but service wasn't good. My drink spilled as they were passing the food. They ignored it I had to ask for napkins. The food didn't come out together and my sister didn't get hers for a good 10 minutes.
