The management needs to step up their game when training the servers, set them up for success. Our most recent visit we arrived right at opening (12 PM) for lunch. We were the only 2 seated at that time. Our table was in the back and right next to us were 3 employees who were rolling silverware in napkins. We heard their entire conversation about their weekend long before we were even greeted. They need some direction on professionalism and that comes directly from their leadership. I then contacted Toast, the platform used for the order, and was told they could not issue the refund and that I needed to contact the restaurant. I called Dough again, explained the situation, and offered to send a photo. I made it clear that I was not trying to get free food. I simply wanted the correct order. After being placed on hold, I was told that the melted cheese on the pizza was the burrata and that this was how they prepare it. I am including a photo because I have never seen burrata served this way on a pizza. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was incredibly disappointing. I was passed back and forth, offered no reasonable delivery replacement or refund, and ultimately told that the pizza was correct despite what was delivered.
