The restaurant reminded me of a sports bar. Very low lighting but comfortable. The food was good, and reasonably priced. However, the pizza was room temperature along with my calamari. The Korean beef was salty. The staff is wonderful going out of their way to provide customer service. Thus, the four stars. I would probably visit again but will definitely return my dish if it's not hot. It wasn't that busy so, staff in back of the house is not putting food under the warm light or it was prepared quickly and wait staff waited too long to bring to table. Service: There seem to have been a mix up between service and the kitchen which impacted our visit. To start it took a while for a server to come to the table. Then for drinks we got a mango mojito and passion fruit mojito. It took about 15mins to get our drinks. Once we got them they got the mango correct but the passion fruit was served as a plain mojito after waiting so long and not seeing a server we just decided to keep the plain. Then our appetizer took a long time which may have been a mishap as we seen a staff member circuling the place with nachos in his hand looking for what table to bring them too and he couldnt find which so brought them back to the kitchen. Then for meals they brought out the wrong dishes to our table first. Got confused again then finally later the waitress brought our correct food. Food: For appetizers we got the chicken nachos. This wasn't our fave it was ok but was of poor quality and the chicken was like a microwavable processed rubbery meat. For mains we got the Nashville Chicken and pancakes which was delicious the chicken was nice and juicy and the pancakes was delicious and had a cinnamon flavor. & we got the lobster garlic noodles with shrimp. I love this place, but unfortunately today was not a good day. I was there having drinks and some food, the person next to me spilled a drink all over me, my shirt and pants. The manger came over and saw me cleaning myself up he never asked if I was ok , I asked for something to please clean myself he gave me paper towels, which messed up my pants. He was never worried that I got a drink spilled on me , but he went right away and got the guy the spilled the drink, a new drink. I think manager should be in-service on customer service. This place is a good time with a great beer and food selection. You can get flights of anything so sampling to find your favorites is easy. Ok Yard House. You have never disappointed me, and yea, you are literally my weakness. I can never, ever, and I mean never, say no to good brew and good food. I've been to this location two times already in two weeks, yea, that just tells you how much I love this place and both times, the experiences were just superb! I mean who doesn't like good beer with good food?! And on top, the service was great as well! We had Sam and Zoey as our wait staff and they were both excellent. Both extremely friendly and just checked on us to make sure we were ok. The ambiance is also very relaxed. We had a bunch of food here already and I can say some are better than the others. I gotta say I love the garlic lobster noddle here. Just perfectly seasoned and garlicky just like how I like it. It's also topped with the perfect amount of lobster meat and shrimp. Let me start by saying, I'm generally not a fan of chain restaurants, but Yard House is definitely an exception to that. We went with a party of 8 and they had no issue getting us seated quickly, which was a huge plus. At first we were a bit overwhelmed with the drink and food selections but everyone quickly settled on their meal. Then while waiting for our meals we saw the table next to us get a hot pretzel, so we ordered one to share and it was amazing. Comes with mustard and a cheese dip. 2 of us had the Pepperjack Burger, which was absolutely outstanding, one had a steak with mashed potatoes, incredible, one had an Ahi Tuna meal that they loved, then there was a noodle special, a cheesesteak and last a plate of nachos with chicken. Everything was delicious with the nachos offering a shock factor because it was for a young lady and the plate was probably half her body weight. We came here for drinks and snacks on a Sunday late afternoon. It's a great spot if you want to grab a few beers and watch sports. They have a number of screens surrounding the place. The food is OK, their beer selection is fantastic. Ask your waiter about getting a custom flight -- you get to select 4 beers off the menu in your flight. For food we tried the wings and poke nachos. However, this was quite the opposite experience. The house beers were awful and generally watered down. The bartender was the most unfriendly person I have ever seen, and could have cared less to be at work, in the service industry, or to be taking our order that day. Maybe she was just having a bad day - we've all been there. We ordered the chicken wings which were decent at best, with minimal sauce I'm biggest mistake. Was ordering the most popular dish on the menu and another young photos - the poke nachos. A plate full of flat nachos, side-by-side drizzled with some spicy mayo, and God knows what kind of fish and strips of dry seaweed on top were quickly sent back due to the fishy smell. I was told to try this place out by a lot of friends. Sure enough, it didn't disappoint. Every single worker was friendly and polite. They have little tablets on each computer where you can look at the menu but also see the pictures of each item and how it is supposed to be served. The truffle fries were amazing, I am not a big plain French fry gal so usually pick at a few and leave the rest on the plate. I finished all of these! The seasoning of the truffle and Parmesan were great. As for the burger, it was lacking seasoning on the meat. The bbq sauce was yummy and the burger was cooked just like I asked for, medium rare, but it just tasted bland. As if they slapped an unseasoned piece of meat on the bun and called it a day. Also for the price, the burger was missing toppings. It was $15 for just bbq sauce and a slice of cheddar cheese, whenever I go to other places with burgers at that price, you get frizzled onions, tomatoes... other things on top. This is the first time I went to this place, and I loved it! The waitress that waited out table was friendly and quick. Though some of our drinks and appetizers did not come out quickly, I think that was not her fault. One of my friends ordered the spicy jambalaya pasta, which tasted good but the shrimp was very salty (though I think that is sort of expected for jambalaya). For me, I ordered the Steak Bowl, and I enjoyed it immensely. Used to go to the Yard House in Palisades Mall all the time in the past, and now since this is in Willowbrook mall, I just had to come visit and check this place out. It was a bit confusing at first finding the main entrance, as the GPS said entrance was in the back (which obviously is was not, entrance is right next door to Dave and Busters entrance). Once in, there was good amounts of groups sitting around, so it gives a good look for being open about a week and a half. Had a sweet hostess guide us to our table, who was still learning her way around herself, and once seated she gave a small rundown, and told us our server would be with us soon, and she was. The server, whose name may be Kaitlyn or Caitlyn (sorry for the misspelling, if you see this!) was great! Quick, efficient, sweet, and brought my friend and I more water without us aaking, which was MUCH appreciated! My friend and I just got some appetizers and drinks, since we couldn't make our minds up for a meal, we got the Wisconsin Cheese curds as well as guacamole and chips. Between the two, the cheese curds were the best, as they were nice and crunchy, where as the guacamole and chips were meh. The chips tasted better than the guacamole. To drink my friend ordered herself sangria and she said it was very good, and I had a magic margarita, and just as a different server said it wasn't that magical, as it is supposed tochange colors,(which kind of bummed me out, in terms of her attitude, even if she meant well to give a heads up) and the drink in itself was okay. This is the second time I've been to the Yard House and I can say that this is a solid place to eat in Wayne. First, I ordered the traditional wings in the BBQ Whiskey and the Buffalo Sauce (6&6). The wings were amazing! The sauces were great and the wings were crispy and tender. They were perfect. For a drink, I ordered the Black Orchid. It was excellent. It was a very smooth martini with excellent flavor. I would highly recommend. For an entree, I krdered the Carne Asada Tacos "Vampire Style." This was the weakness of the experience. The carne asada was akin to leftover ground beef. The meat was dry and not too flavorful. The "vampire style" made the taco more durable, but also made it quite tough. I would not order them again. Fortunately, there is a lot on the menu I would rather order. For dessert, I went with the bread pudding. It did not look like the picture. It seemed to be less crusted and cooked as it appeared in the picture. I'd classify it as "mid." I'd try the cheesecake brulee next time. Overall, 4/5. Solid waitstaff, great drinks and wings, and a good menu. The tacos weren't too great, but there is alot else there that is. I would go here again, but wouldn't order the tacos. read more

Let me start by saying I love yard house, and go often. This experience was pretty bad though and worth mentioning. I ordered a Truly. Which is on tap. I wanted a pub glass, which is the larger serving. I ordered it with out ice. I was served my drink in a rocks double glass. When I questioned it, I was told when ordered without ice that this was the appropriate glass. However, the serving size of beer (which is also a draft drink) is not changed based on whether or not you order it with ice. I told my server I wanted the appropriate serving that I was being charged for. He sent the manager (Maureen) who also happened to be bartending today. She told me that based on the fact that I was not taking ice she would be changing the serving size but charging me for the larger drink. I informed her that I frequent yard house often (there are 2 in my area) and no one has ever done this before. She shrugged her shoulders and told me this was the way it is. So beer drinkers would get the appropriate drink size for their draft drinks, but my truly draft size would be altered because I wasn't taking it with ice.
