These guys are both humble, extremely eligible, willing to discuss your vehicle's issues to whatever extent is necessary for you to understand what is happening and how they intend to address the issue. And if they're not the best resource to address your car's issue (some things are best left to dealerships with access to factory diagnostic and repair tools), they will tell you. I do maintenance on my pickup myself, but I bring out 2018 Volvo XC90 to these guys exclusively. My wife has brought all of her cars here for 20+ years. They are honest, fair, and have very reasonable rates that won't drain your bank account like a dealership will. I assure you we've saved thousands of dollars by bringing our cars to these guys over the years and have never once received anything but exemplary, correct care. I went back to the shop 3 times over the course of ~9 months, each time discovering some issues and replacing the pad/disk (this is where i felt good about the shop, everyone welcomed me back and did the diagnose and replacement for free). I end up relacing the two front pad/disk with another brand (zimmerman? that's what i heard) and resolved all issues. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I have to leave my honest and true experience which exhausts me over the last year (imagine every time you back out of your garage and hearing this "click" sound from your brake system, with a baby in a car. If so, I understand why the organization is so well run -- he's knowledgeable and caring. I've taken my car in for general servicing and for an "emergency" battery replacement. The process is seamless. They give you a verbal estimate based on the initial assessment. Some time later you get a txt message (or email) with any changes based on a more detailed analysis. This allows you to approve any extra charges. You can also get updates through this system if things are taking longer than expected. If you need to drop off before 8am opening, there's a dropbox for your car keys. If you can't get there before they close at 5pm, they'll keep it overnight for you. Unless there's a compelling reason to take it to the dealer, I recommend Allied.

It turned out that the sidewall was punctured and not fixable, but they ordered the same tire and put on the spare for me (no charge). I came back in a few hours and it got done.
