I did like the first two therapists and felt I was on the right track with sports massage, but I had the best connection with Vincent. My back felt looser the second I stood up, and the relief held for a week or two rather than days. A few practical things to know: tell them exactly how much pressure you want before they start, you'll hear other people's sessions through the curtains, and bring cash.
