I paid $18.19 for a Caesar salad with 2 hard boiled eggs added and it was disgusting. The hard boiled eggs were also over cooked. I thought they charged me incorrectly cause that price is insane for a Caesar salad, especially one that tasted horrible, so my husband called and asked how much it would be with 2 eggs added and they told him it would be $17.50. I would like to know why I got charged a different amount they would've charge somebody else. read more

I have gone here several times I don't eat meat so I get the chili cheese fries substitute the chili for beans, cilantro, onions and each and every time they do an exceptional job! I don't mind the wait in drive-thru it means they are making my food fresh and that's deeply appreciated! Staff is great, service is great. read more

Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and a breakfast plate , and payed $30. The burrito tasted plain , comes with eggs , hash brown , cheese, and choice of meat . The plate came with 3 eggs , 4 sausage , toast and hash browns . Wife and toddlers shared the plate . Terrible costumer service from managers. I been going there for a while and usually i dont have much to say about customer service since i know it can be hard (worked in fast food service before) but this place. The fact that I had to ask multiple times for condiments and one of the morning managers kept ignoring my request and eye rolling (mind you this was a big order for an office lunch). since when did it become a hassle to give condiments to paying customers? they really need to improve or give costumer service training to the managers. read more

Cant believe all the bad reviews. First time here. Food was nice and fresh. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, and coffee were all really good. Will definitely be back for them. About the pancakes, they were really fresh. But I think they need a new recipe. They were kind of rubbery. If the pancakes had been better I would have given 5 stars. Yellow basket has always been a family favorite for us. I crave their food all the time. They have a nice selection of food and serve breakfast all day. Their restaurants are always clean and quite. You can watch them cook your meal from the pick up or ordering station. They give me old school Sizzler vibes with the restaurant set up and personnel support. I've never had anyone be rude or unpleasant at the Temecula or Menifee locations. read more

Went to the drive-thur just about 20 minutes ago (8:20pm on 7/17/22). One lone car I front as I approached the window, who was pulling away. ZERO people inside ordering/eating. For the next 15 minutes I had to wait for my food (2-burgers and fries). I wondered and tried asking what was taking so long only to be ignored, no one apologized for making me wait this long and just closed the window on me as I spoke!!! I usually try to give local restaurants my business. But, after tonight this location will not get my business! Train your staff on customer service and ensure to check-in if they are going to have to wait a bit longer than normal. That alone would've made the wait ok!!!! read more

Very basic American food. Not bad, but not great either. Not worth it though. The fried zucchini was the best part; but my biscuits & gravy came out lukewarm & pretty plain. It didn't even have sausage/meat in it, which - that's the best part of gravy, right?! My bottle of concentrate OJ was almost $4, & our total tab for two, including two drinks & a zucchini was nearly $30 ($27 something to be exact). Overpriced for what it was. Hey Yellow Basket; if you read this, try steaming the pastram; heck even just warming it up in the microwave before handing it to the customer. Better yet, save the "cook" some time and DON'T have him wrap it in foil, THEN wrap THAT in butcher paper, making sure he fan-folds the edges of said butcher paper, then place THAT into another unnecessary bag. Your "cook" shouldn't have to perform origami when wrapping a sam'ich. read more

Yellow Basket is sooo good! I've been here twice in the past month and it is easily my favorite breakfast spot. Everything I've tried is so tasty. I have tried the pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage, french fries, eggs, and ham. Everything is a 10/10! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I paid $34 for our breakfast including drinks. The price is very reasonable to me and you get lots of food for the price. We went to the Yellow Basket on Saturday night for dinner. It was good but I thought a little pricey. I had a patty melt on rye. It was tasty and cheesy. The burger was a bit thin but it was a good sandwich. My partner had the mushroom avocado cheese burger. She liked it. It was really messy though. We shared fries. The fries were good. We will definitely go to the Yellow Basket again. Next time I want to try the tuna melt. The only thing I didn't like were the skimpy little stale tasting pickles. I got three little round pickles on my plate. They should offer a few tasty crunchy kosher dill spears. The food is good though. read more

Ordered the steak and eggs $16.55 ( had some good flavor), kids pancake, egg, bacon and sausage and kids Cheeseburger with fries $8.85. Prices have gone up significantly since the last time I have been here. Portions have downsized as well. Not too happy they only provided plastic forks and knives. Made it very challenging to cut our steak. Food was served on plastic plates and drinks in to go cups. Service was okay. Was greeted by an arrogant person.... gave him a coupon and he stood there wanting the cash for rest when the original owners would deduct the coupon and then ask you for the remaining amount....after he deduced the coupon like a smart ass he opens the window to tell me the remainder and I told him he got my money then it took him forever to give the remainder back....
