We ordered a mini lamb wrap, mini chicken wrap, rose tamarind drink and mint lemonade. The lamb was gristly and dry, so I preferred the chicken wrap, but was disappointed to find that it featured only chicken (well-seasoned and juicy) and did not have any tomatoes, cucumbers, or other vegetables like the lamb wrap did. The chicken wrap was only chicken and lavash. Perhaps it was an oversight on the staff's part, even though the restaurant was not busy during a Friday lunch. And it also still took some time to get our orders out even though we were the only ones in line and there were only two other parties eating there. Maybe there were tons of to-go orders they had to fulfill? I'll be sure to check out the Santa Clara location as well in the future, but for this luncheon, we had to temper our disappointment by going around the corner to get some Gregory's.

They accommodated a last minute reschedule - which, let's be honest, in today's day and age is like finding a gold mine. Second. Did I mention food that is served in heaven? A group of five of us went to dinner and we ordered almost every vegetarian dish on the menu. The olives (which came out juicy and warm), the trio of dips and the flatbread (that melted us all), that charred lettuce with a rich nutty dressing, the burrata with kiwis, oh and oh, that cauliflower. Be still, my beating heart. That food, which clearly was meant for gods and accidentally made it to our table. The shakshouka and the couscous entrees following closely behind in rich glory with that delectable cornbread that showed up straight from the oven. I am not exaggerating, dear reader, each bite of food was a gastronomic delight. We wrapped the evening with a date cake that came topped with a rich vanilla ice cream and toasted pecans and the subtle competition of the warm cake and the cold ice cream on our palates made for a perfect culmination to our dinner. And third. The person mixing the drinks back at the bar knows his business well. The mocktails and the cocktails were brilliantly refreshing. The tamarinds and the citrus looking out from the glasses wide eyed, ready to amaze. Good food is one of the few untainted pleasures of humanity. And Aziza served us heaps of it. Do yourself a favor and go savor the flavors Aziza has to offer. You shall not be disappointed.

Love the presentation and the taste. I wasn't sure I would like it from the description but it was Excellent - burrata with kiwi salad. 5 stars. Love the presentation and flavor combo. Perfect with the served rustic bread slide - charred prawns 3 stars for prawns and 5 stars for the sauce. The prawns is a bit overcooked but the sauce really made up for it. We soaked it all up with our left over bread slice - mussels. Good flavor 4 stars. Although quite small and pricey. It was like $24 for 6 mussels. Sauce though was really good. Feels like a charred oyster recipe applied to mussels just too pricey - beef tartare. It was served on top of cooked cabbage it seems. This was just okay We finished with a yuzu custard. Divine. Perfect palate cleanser. Our server also was good to recommend we stay with the small plate if we are not too hungry. So glad we did as we still didn't finish.

The 5 course is the perfect share for 2 and I highly recommend the shrimp kabab though my friends all say the lamb is the best. The atmosphere is so fun and the belly dancing is so much fun they really incorporate the audience. Everything is perfectly cooked and honestly some of the best Moroccan food I've had. Go here!!! The negative reviews are seriously missing out. The service doesn't have the same flow as other restaurants, but that's by design, they want you to relax and enjoy your time there if you want things done more quickly you just have to ask and they are happy and quick to accommodate. This is an experience not a race to get everything at once.

The whole space felt so authentic and immersive. I found $18 parking a little down the street at a nearby hotel (as long as you leave before midnight), which worked out perfectly. We ordered a few things to share--the hummus was really good, and the salad with lemon was super fresh and light. The kebabs were also delicious, though I didn't eat too many since I was in a nice dress and the tables were more Moroccan-style--low with bowls rather than full tables--so it wasn't the easiest to cut the meat. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with groups of people and even private rooms around the space. I was surprised it wasn't more crowded, but my friend stayed later and said it picked up as the night went on--they even had karaoke at one point! There was also a belly dancer, which added to the vibe, though I think having a more professional performer who connects better with the music would really elevate the experience. The hookah was a nice touch too--they give you your own tip so you're not sharing, and even though I don't normally do hookah, it just felt right for the setting. Overall, the food was great, the ambience was beautiful, and the crowd was good energy. I'd highly recommend this spot for a group event, a social night out, or even a fun date--it's definitely an experience you won't forget!

She was very skilled. Beautiful young woman, balancing a sword, doing all kinds of dances in different costumes, she put a great effort in it. Balancing a whole chandelier of burning real candles on her head. And interacting in a very nice way with the Guests. They happen to be a group of young women celebrating graduation. Carpets and cushions everywhere, dim lights and curtained ceilings with beautiful light fixtures. Too bad we can't have hookah smoke anymore. You get to choose among different options for different courses, but mostly everybody gets the same thing except for the main protein. Because I'm pescatarian, The Wife graciously agreed to a veggie bastilla, instead of chicken. We expected the same thing, just without chicken; so egg and nuts. Nope - neither were present. But there was a lot of carrots. There was also a carrot salad, and carrots on the side of my main dish. The salad course was superb. The aforementioned carrot salad, plus a cucumber salad, and an amazing eggplant salad that I kept scooping up in my pita. I had the Moroccan seafood platter, with shrimp and scallops, both very well cooked. The Wife had the chicken kabob, and was very happy. At the end, we had baklava with stylishly poured mint tea. The show is almost as important as the meal. Speaking of which, we were there for the belly dancer Jennifer, and she was excellent. She started with a lit skirt, then came back twice, once with a curved sword on her head and another just alone. Beautiful and friendly, dancing briefly with a gentleman from one party, and for a while with a younger girl from another large family. So sweet.
