My husband purchased a service package with Blue Apple, which was then bought out by YES. We asked for a quote to replace the garbage disposal and air gap after a tenant messed these items up in our rental in Henderson. They refused to give a quote over the phone, when they came out they gave him a quote with no details. Because it was a Saturday and we were traveling from out of state he reluctantly agreed to the price. After the work was done I questioned the detail of the cost and was told they charged $488 for the garbage disposal (we brought a new garbage disposal, so this did not include parts) and $365 for the Air Gap. What a scam. Will never work with them again. He also asked the HVAC to come check the furnace while we were there (this is included with the service plan already purchased). While the tech was out he tried to sell my husband on an electric filter system for $1,200!! The house was built in 2020. Most HORRIBLE company ever. Not only did they rip me off, but they also illegally parked in my condo parking lot while they were doing the work, which almost got ME fined by my HOA. They also filled out the paperwork for my permit incorrectly, and when I called to discuss this, I was told they were going to fix this error and they never did. On top of that, I somehow got signed up for their service plan, which I didn't even want. I was just going to let it expire (because I will never let this company near my home again) but they started HARASSING me with phone calls trying to get me to do a tune up. If I wanted a tune up appointment, I'd call and make one! I'm not kidding that I sometimes got 3+ calls and voicemails from these people DAILY. At one point I had to delete 10+ voicemails in a row from them. Worse, I called to cancel my service plan early just to make this stop, and then the PHONE CALLS STILL CONTINUED! Absolute madness. A gentleman came out to quote a replacement tank for a 75gallon water heater. He quoted $4500 +. When I mentioned I had Home Depot (they contract Delta plumbing) quote the same size tank, equivalent warranty, at $2868 he proceeded to tell me that the price was impossible. I told him I had the estimate and the model number and he arrogantly told me I was wrong. I told him I didn't appreciate him insinuating I was incompetent and he looks at me firm and with strong tone states "let's not get off on the wrong foot." We had YES out to reair an air condition that they had installed less than a year prior. The didn't charge for theparts, but the amount they charged for labor was enough to support a small country for 10 years. As art of the rpair we signed up for an annual check of our system because that saved us money on the repair. It's been a year and they will NOT take NO for an answer. At firt we just declined the calls, block them after the 3rd call. Thye keep calling, leaving message at all tie of the day and night including a couple of messages at 2 and 3 am. I have made many calls to request that they take our number off of their robo call list, and no luck. We have used Yes! before for plumbing, and though there were a few issues, Yes! always fixed their mistakes. So I decided to give them a call for our HVAC system not blowing any heat. They said it would be 79$ to look it over and see what needed fixing. Okay, great! I don't even remember the name of the guy who came out, but I remember how his questions and statements made me feel like he was trying to pull a con on me or something. When he finished looking at everything, he informed me that 1. there were parts missing from our HVAC, 2. We had a terrible leaking refrigerant problem, and we would not be able to last more than a few more weeks, and 3. It would cost $2,400.00 just to OPEN it to look inside and find out what the problem was, NOT for the cost of any repair, and that I should be prepared that even doing that might not be enough for them to fix the issue. Something did -not- seem right, but the heater was blowing hot again. He said he put a pound of refrigerant free of charge, but that it would just leak out and 'I'll be seeing you again in a few weeks" like some prophetic doomsday salesman. In under an hour, the house had dropped a degree and was blowing lukewarm air. At the two hour mark, I turned off my HVAC and called for him to call me back. Again, he talked about how I must have a bunch of huge leaks up there. Again, I did not have faith in what he was telling me, because my husband had been up there the day before as well as a month prior, and he never saw any leakage or oily residue like this guy told us we would find. I decided to get a second opinion, and I am SO glad I did. Would you all like to know WHY I lost refrigerant so fast? Because he DID NOT PUT THE CAP BACK ON. Yeah. He left it off and let it leak everywhere. I also found out that he only added the refrigerant so he could get it to run it's 4 cycle before another shut off of the heat. My second opinions not only completely fixed the issue (it was not refrigerant leakage), but I also bought a year of their Service and Maintenance offer. And after ALL THAT... the cost was less than $600.00 to repair. I called the next day to ask to speak to someone (because I want my 79 dollars back for fake diagnosis and pseudo-sabotage), and was told they could only pass my info on, and someone would be calling me. Yeah. No one called. Yes!, I want my 79 dollar fee refunded. And you need to fire that swindler -yesterday-. And if he represents the rest of you, then I hope everyone reads my review and runs in the other direction. You will never get our business again. read more

The hot water outlet valve broke while I was doing routine maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. I'd like to consider myself a handy-guy but I decided to call a plumber to repair the broken valve. Yes! came out promptly to fix the broken valve, for the diagnostic rate of $49, which the dispatcher stated "may be applied to the cost of the repair, but would be at the discretion of the tech." The tech was accompanied by a salesman who notified me that he didn't have the parts on their truck despite later saying that valves are parts that frequently break over time. Then he stated that the valves were only available in a full set, and I would need to purchase the full set, not just the one broken part to fix the issue. Further, he charged me for not only the parts, but the full labor and install of the parts that I didn't need! If SVU detectives really want to prevent people from getting raped, they would do something about these guys. The parts cost $120 (for the full set) and I had to pay over $900 to fix one broken water valve that took him one hour to repair. Stay away from these guys unless you have way too much money in your pocket and no where else to blow your cash. These guys are flakes. They came out via Lowes to give me an estimate on the installation of a 40 gal. gas water heater in my garage. The cost of the heater at Lowe's is $799 with a (12) year warranty. They want to charge me $2200 for the heater and installation! That's $1400 labor and for a new pan, two water lines and a gas line!!! It may take (2) hours at the most to install the heater. That's $600-$700/hr. In labor!! Minus New parts which may cost $100! Yes was my second estimate for a complete AC and heating system replacement. Richard got here 1st and actually got my air running, the company that came yesterday said my compressor was shot. Within 10 minutes of being here Richard had my AC running but did say the compressor was not working well and would need to be replaced soon. David came over for a full replacement estimate and we negotiated a fair price and they had a crew here within a hour and completed the job in apx 3.5 hours, an hour faster than I was told. The crew left one little spot damaged in the drywall in the stairwell but they will send a guy to fix it as stated at the estimate meeting. They cleaned up great and were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end! I had an HVAC system installed by them through Home Depot last December. Initially all seemed good but as it got hotter, it became clear that my unit is faulty as the air conditioner cannot maintain temperature. They've been to my home several times for this issue and each time they try a different fix. They promised me a replacement unit two days ago, but backed out of that today saying they needed more attempts to fix the unit first. It's now 87 degrees inside my house and the compressor outside has failed. They initially told me they would not respond until next Tuesday (5 days) because they don't service Pahrump Friday through Monday so I had to get Home Depot involved to get them back out today. I am a disabled veteran and rely on my air conditioner in the summer heat. Sure would be nice if my $12k+ system actually worked as advertised and as promised. Lowes refereed me to this company. My water heater tank was corroded, leaking, and I needed an assessment if this was repairable. Mark and Jason were patient, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. They were slightly early to our planned window but the company called and let me know and relayed to them. They presented 3 options to: replace the water heater tank $2600, water heater tank and pump $4450, and to replace the tank with a tankless system $10050 allegedly with an applied Lowes military discount! Despite the professionalism, the sticker shock is properly outrageous, especially considering other options, had I taken the time. I definitely feel taken advantage of. I get these can be/are labor and skill intensive jobs but this is ridiculous. They removed the tank in one afternoon (I couldn't make it to be there earlier ornit could have been same day) and installed the the tankless the next day. They left the water softener off but came back after I called for them to get it back on the next day. read more

My system was getting on the verge of 10 years old, and after the tech only spent 20 min looking over my system and quoted me a ridiculous price and said it needed to be replaced because of the age. I got a second opinion from Fetch-A-Tech, and the technician was out at my property for almost 2 hours, after spending the time to show me the parts that were failing, and gave me options to repair my unit as well as replacement, customer service is everything and so is transparency. WARNING!! DO NOT USE!! After just having an inspection done on a condo we bought for my mother the heat wasn't working right after moving in. We had YES Air conditioning and plumbing come out and quote $2,900 for a list of things wrong with not only the heater, but the Air conditioning unit as well. Didn't seem right since we just had an inspection, so we called Desire Temperature from a referral from our real estate agent. Turns out the line just needed to be bleed from sitting so long and a wire was disconnected. After reviewing YES's yelp page, I'm convinced they removed the wire after reading other cases like that. If I could rate in the negative I would. My story; Had a gas water heater not heating water even though the tank was on. Had "Yes" come out to tell me what's wrong and maybe repair the damage. When he arrived I told him the symptoms and what I thought. All he did was look (not even touch) the tank and say " you will need a new tank". When I asked if it was the dip tube all he did was show me how much to repair that. Naturally I refused his suggestions (and just as well) because when the second company came the guy did everything including crawl by under the house where he discovered a leak. They said they had never seen a heat pump water heater and had no duty to read the instructions prior to submitting their bid. I am a lay person. They are the licensed experts. I asked yes air conditioning and service people to come out to my house to do a semi-annual service on my AC. After turning on the AC and looking around the house he discovered that my air filter was about 10 ft in the air and asked me if I had difficulty changing it for which I replied yes. He then told me that he would glad to change the air filter every 6 months at no charge. And here's the bait and switch. He would only change the filter if I purchased a contract upwards of $200 for annual service. Not completely honest upfront. After spending about 10 minutes on this job and saying everything was okay I received an invoice in the email for $119. It's interesting that they charged that much money as a several other companies of similar quality in Las Vegas that either will do an inspection for free ( in order to establish a business relationship), or some companies charge $ 20 or $25 for that same service. ......... From my experience with this company they overcharge but under deliver. If you choose to use them I hope you experience is better but do get several quotes before you hire them. read more

I really need to send out a warning that use this company to be very very careful when they inform you that you need a major repair. I was recently experiencing problems with my furnace in my Silverado Ranch home. The furnace would keep kicking off after running for a minute or so and then not turn on at all. I called Yes and they sent a repair man out. He seemed very nice and went into my attic. After between 5-10 minutes up there he comes downstairs and tells me that I have "major issues". He started rattling off all of these problems (heat exchanger etc. etc.) and tells me that it would cost more to repair the furnace than to replace it. He then miraculously immediately pulls out a brochure to tell me that I need a brand new "5 ton unit" for the price of $8900. While I was of course beyond skeptical. I told him I would think about it. He told me that the furnace wouldn't work and that it likely would never turn on again but lucky for me,they were offering "no interest for two years, can come back today to have it installed and it will be installed by the end of the day etc. etc. etc." He then wanted a 79 "service fee" (for literally showing up for 10 minutes and conducting a sales pitch. I paid him and he left (was literally out my door within 15 minutes of when he showed up). Well, long story short, I called another furnace person. They showed up and went in the attic and "cleaned the flame sensor". This took about 20 minutes all in and the furnace has been running perfectly since. So the moral of this story is before you use Yes plumbing and heating and they tell you you need some type of expensive repair, absolutely get a second opinion. I could literally have been taken for $8909. as it is I was taking for the $79 service fee when he did absolutely nothing but try to Belk me out of $8900 I actually cringe when I think about this "Technician" (actually high pressure salesman) taking advantage some senior that doesn't know better.
