I've been using Solution for a bit over a year now. They are a great little company. I've been using them to do regular maintenance on my hvac units. Recently our evaporative coil went out. The home warranty company we used is trash and wouldn't pay for the fix, but rather gave me a bit of cash in lieu of the fix. I called out solution, they gave me the rundown and gave me a quote for a new system. I spoke with them about if I could find a new old stock coil that used the older refrigerant if they'd install it. They said yes, but they'd not warranty that part, which I was fine with. The new part came in, Mike stopped by, looked it over and said it'd work. We set up a date to do the install and they got me up and running again perfectly for a quarter of the cost of a whole new system. read more

We had them install a brand new swamp cooler. It stopped working after only a few uses. We could not get ahold of them to come out and service the unit. We called, emailed, chatted their chatbot on the website, and received no response. We finally called a second company to come out and look at the swamp cooler. They informed us the unit was installed incorrectly. The motor burnt out because of the faulty installation. This voided our warranty. Now we are paying a separate company $1000 to replace the motor. ** Feb 3, 2025: The work was done in October. Solution Air has been double paid by myself and my home warranty company (the fault was on my home warranty company who didn't realize "modifications" were covered by my policy and so I had to pay $650 to Solution Air to have them do the work. When First American Home Warranty realized their mistake, they also paid the $650 to Solution Air and Solution Air was supposed to reimburse me my money). Solution Air has been double paid for work they did back in October. I am still waiting to get my money back 5 months later. It's now February, and Solution Air won't return phone calls, emails, nor have they successfully sent the check for $650 to my address. Both myself and First American Home Warranty continue to reach out to them weekly to get them to respond and issue the check. Donna, the woman who answers phones, does not return your messages. If you go to the address for their business, good luck trying to find it, because it doesn't exist. This company is incredibly difficult to work with. They will take your money and not return it when they are supposed to. I wish I had never had to do business with Solution Air but unfortunately they were the one contractor that my home warranty company used, so I was stuck with this mess. Once I get my money back, I'll update this review. ** Feb 24, 2025 After continued calls and emails from both myself and First American Home Warranty, Solution Air finally reimbursed my $650 - but not without a couple lies. Beware of this company. I attached the last email Donna sent me on January 17 and a picture of the check dated Feb 3. How can Solution Air send out a check January 17 as Donna says in her email when the check is dated over two weeks later and the envelope that the check came in is postmarked by USPS as Feb 8? Donna, don't tell people you're going to do something and then not do it for 18 days. You held onto money that was not yours for months and you barely responded to my calls or emails. Misled, Ignored, and Disrespected - My Costly Lesson with Solution Air I went with Solution Air because of their BBB rating--huge mistake. They demanded full payment on an $11,000 job that wasn't finished, warning my tenants not to run the AC (or to grab a bucket in case it leaked). This "temporary fix" dragged on for weeks, disrupting our tenants' lives--including a young woman who works overnight shifts and had to sacrifice sleep while waiting on a technician who sat in his truck smoking and talking on the phone. When he finally did come up, he surveyed the job and left - stating that he could not complete it. Despite repeated requests for a resolution, they ignored me. Their scheduling is a one-way street--you adapt to them, not the other way around. They misrepresented the completion of work, disrespected our time, and showed zero customer empathy. My appt was made within a week of my request. I received multiple text messages confirming my appt, providing me with a picture of my service provider and reminding me of my appt. My service provider was Michael, he was very polite and friendly. He arrived at the agreed upon time, was very thorough in his information/explanations and allowed time for me to ask questions. He was very patient when I asked to have some information repeated or needed additional explanations. The cost of $85 I thought was very reasonable and I was able to use my Visa card to pay for todays services. I will definitely be calling them in November for the fall services. 2 stars because at least they didn't waste my time but I think they should remove "emergency services" from their services list. My home warranty company assigned me Solution Air to work on my broken AC. I called them on sunday. Closed, call went to VM. No call back. I called again monday morning after a crappy night with over 90 degrees inside my house. Turns out their soonest availability would be august 11th. Almost 3 weeks with a broken AC. In Vegas' summer, 105-110 degrees every day. I wonder what does qualify as an "emergency" for Solution Air. Their recommendation was to call my home warranty and ask them to assign me a different company. They are definitely eager for business huh? They didn't even try to accomodate or giving me a solution other than "call your home warranty and get a different company". I understand this is the busiest time for AC companies, and it's great that they have a lot of work employing local people but if they are not able to truly provide emergency services, it would be a good idea not to advertise that. Or at least to contact home warranty companies to let them know they are unable to take more service calls. read more

My mothers AC went out so I called Solution Air. Mike and Donna were very helpful in getting my mother's repair scheduled and done as soon as possible. Not only did Mike complete the service quickly he also made sure to keep my mother informed of the the needed fixes, her options, and progress along the way. Donna went above and beyond working with my mothers insurance company to help keep her cost as low as possible. I appreciate Solution Air for caring about their customers and providing great service at affordable pricing. The company was referred to me by American home shield warranty And I have to say it was an incredibly pleasant experience They came out and charged my system and it held for a while but there was a leak they found it ordered the part It arrived in about 8 to 10 days when they put it in it is more efficient and runs cooler than it ever has It's just a really great crew! strongly recommend them read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Home warranty used them to put a new unit on my house, they intentionally sabotaged the unit by putting the wrong freon in it & charging the system 5lbs over the max it could handle, just so they could milk more money from the home warranty company to come back out & fix it after it took a shit. Unit went out in 1 month because of their sabotage & they don't care & want to take their sweet ass time to come fix what they caused, & they think it's funny they're leaving a house with no a/c when there's an 8 months pregnant woman & 5 animals living there & it is well past 100° outside. Please beware of this company. One star is too many. Solution air was called by my home warranty company. The first two days they failed to show up to four appointments and when they did they had to order a part. Once they got the part they failed to show up to five appointments over a period of three additional days. My tenant along with her two young children were forced to be without air conditioning , 105 degrees out for five days. Their fix lasted five days And the unit failed as it was 107 out. I called them as well as my home warranty and was told they could not come out for a week at least. The weather in Las Vegas is over 100 degrees out. My warranty company and myself are finding someone new to repair the unit which solution air was paid to repair. Please beware of this company. read more

So I have insurance and some one just came out from a different company and fix my A.C so my insurance company referred air solutions llc so they came fix my docks tells me that some thing is wrong with my A.C. it not blowing hard enough that he could fix it .mind me now a technician just came out day or two before him and fixed all the electrical everything was runing good except for the leak in the docks so Mike is his name tell me that he's gonna go a take care of that so I don't no noting about A.C and my husband is super busy because he does tattoo so he has to draw a client's tattoo out so I'm handling everything and all I no as this guys show up very respectable plays with my dogs and kids and he Jack's up my A.C mind me I have a 10 month old now the lady at the office tells me I have to wait hello I have a 10month old in Nevada my husband has clients to tattoo you guys touch something that you said you new what you were do and broke it so sad how people can be read more

Solution Air LLC was contracted by my Home Warranty company to fix my broken A/C unit. I left numerous voicemails, email and messages on their website to contact me ASAP as it's currently 110° F daily in Las Vegas. A representative called me late evening around 7pm to advise they were too busy and couldn't get out until after mid July and today is June 22nd. I asked do you want us to have no AC for almost a month and inquired about their alleged 24/7 emergency service they advertise on their website. She advised the technicIan's work 6am until late night so the issue is the company doesn't hire enough AC technicians to serve their customer base properly. How any of that is my issue or concern is beyond me but clearly this company isn't run properly and they left us in a lurch without AC to find another company. I definitely would not recommend this company unless you and your family can survive in the 100° plus heat without AC for a month. Very unprofessional attitude and employees lacking customer service skill set. read more
