Finally tried Yestoday's dessert! I ordered the Acai bowl - it comes with banana and granola but I added strawberries, nutella and coconut flakes! Definitely hit the spot! So so delicious, refreshing and not overly sweet! Everything was so balanced! The service was great and the employee took her time and best effort to make the bowl packed and organized! The store is super clean, organized and you can tell that the employee cares about the space! I will definitely come back again for more! Its a decent spot for dessert. They have a fairly wide range of options ranging from gelato to bubble tea to waffles, etc. Most of the items are in the $7-$10 range. We tried the gelato because the flavors looked interesting. I did enjoy the coconut gelato, but I like anything coconut. This is my new go- to ice cream place now. The Ube was grainy with real ube texture, flavorful and not too sweet. We stopped by after going to Blaze a couple of doors down since my friend and I were both in the mood for something sweet after eating lunch and we love ourselves some boba. We thought the stuffed animal displays were super cute. The boba is pretty standard, not our favorite by any means but not bad. The service was not friendly which was pretty noticeable in contrast with Blaze where we were just at. If I'm in the area, I would possibly make my way back in for the desserts since this place is a "dessert bar" but would skip on the boba. read more

The staff was super friendly. It used to be Red Mango but with a new rebranding and name it was such a positive experience. There are tons of different options and as a person that loves non-caffeinated drinks, I was happy. Besides like 2 drinks, all were caffeine free! I ordered the chai and vanilla flavors and was pretty good. They had paper straws which of course is environmentally friendly but SUCKED to initially pierce the plastic cover on the cup. So I initially came here a week ago for boba tea. The young lady was so kind, and I saw they had gelato. I asked to try 3 different kinds and was so impressed but didn't want to be greedy so, I bought my boba tea and decided I'd come back another day for gelato...fast forward a few days later, I come in and purchase gelato with another worker who seemed helpful at the time. I thought it was so good that I came back AGAIN with a friend 2 days later! This time we are greeted by the owner and the second worker I experienced. My friend asked to try 2 flavors, and they were hesitant (mind you I already purchased my gelato and was waiting for her to figure out which flavor my friend liked to add that to the purchase). My friend and I sensed the hesitation and asked what's wrong? The young worker mumbled under her breath at the request and the owner jumped in and said "we only allow people to try 1 flavor, because some people try a bunch of flavors and never buy." I responded saying, "Well I'm already buying, but even if I wasn't, how do you expect someone to know what they want if they can't try it?" Additionally, I continued, "I've never been to a frozen treat shop that doesn't let you try the flavors." To which he said, "None of the owners in Manhattan let you try things." I said, "This is Clark, New Jersey and that seems like terrible business practice." I was so annoyed and embarrassed with my friend. Yes, we are Black and they are Asian. Idk if that plays a part in this exchange but I'm stating it for context. I'd given them my business 3x in the past week and even if I didn't, that level of rudeness in customer service is just absurd. I WILL LIKELY NEVER COME BACK. They made the best bubble waffle. I tried bubble waffles in Hong Kong, LA and Hawaii, but none of them was as crispy and fresh. The best thing was that my husband who has acid reflux can eat the entire waffle, whereas in other places, he can only eat 1/8, because they tended to be greasy and buttery. The cashier was such blatantly rude to my friends and I while we were all deciding what to order.
