We started with yoga, with great focus in breathing techniques. The yoga nidra came after and can I say, it was, for myself, intense. I have never donenany type of meditating, and by the end of the session, I was silently crying. It helped release so much needed stress and anxiety that I have been holding onto. They don't take anything too seriously like other yoga places do, great vibes, the laughs in the room make everyone feel more comfortable, they give you nice frozen wash cloths after hot yoga that have different essential oils in them.. The entire business is clean, there's always a worker at the desk to check people in, they have a beautiful Christmas tree out, plants, store merch, coffee, tea, water, and even a shower in the bathroom. We have seriously enjoyed our time so much that we're gonna be buying the monthly membership and become regulars for real! They are very big on listening to your own body - taking a drink of water and coming down onto your mat when you need to rest. I love that because it makes you feel way less self conscious when you end up needing to take a rest. I wasn't expecting such a good experience (not sure why) but I'm very very grateful for this place. My favorite part was the temperature. It was hot enough that I was getting a good sweat, but not so hot that I felt like I was gonna pass or couldn't push myself or do challenging poses. I was tired of feeling like I wasn't working out as hard at the really hot Studios because I was too focused on not passing out or overheating. This was perfect!
