Yogiyo's probably the only small business in the Colonies that has been there from the start and hasn't gone out of business for good reason. They have great, and rotating, flavors such as Horchata, Vietnamese Coffee, various sorbets, froyos, and gelatos with all the different types of toppings you could think of. They charge by weight so you could have as little toppings of ten different types or just a ton of, colorful, mochi (my go-to). They also have $5 fill up Thursdays. What a steal! read more

Amazing team with Payton and Robin. They are extremely conscientious of allergies and Payton remembers all of her customers' allergies. Robin rewashed the blender to make sure it was nut free. They are awesome and so is the boba!!! read more

I didn't have a bad experience at this place at all, we actually came to meet my in-laws and I enjoyed my visit. The toppings were well organized and the flavors were delicious. But there is really nothing special about this place that puts it over the top of other frozen yogurts spots that I have had in the past. Getting self-serve yogurt was not at the top of my to-do list, especially during COVID times. I was very pessimistic about trying this place, but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. My son enjoys coming here for a treat. I also enjoy the Taro and Cotton Candy frozen yogurt... great flavor separately BUT we tried them together and it was even better. What's funny is, my son likes their color changing spoon. It's the small things in life that makes a child happy and this will have me coming back The place is clean, and that goes for their restroom too. Always get a friendly greeting and a smile from the girls (yogurtstas) who work here. The place is always clean and well lit. The yogurt flavors change frequently giving the palette a new experience. They have a very good selection of toppings and add on items that includes various candies, fruits, nuts and berries. Tasty! read more

This place is awesome. The staff was super friendly and offered us tasting cups, as it was our first time. I decided on the coconut & also the original tart. My bf decided on the Oreo cookie flavor. Ok... soooooo! I recently wanted a boba drink but didn't want to wait an hour for that drink soooooo I looked up boba and remembered that Yogiyo has a few boba drinks. I don't know what the drink is called but it has almonds in it and it's magical!!!! Soooo freaking good. I'm having daily cravings for the dang drink. I'll update once I find the name. Exceptionally clean and all toppings are individually packaged. Employees are always wiping down countertops and machines. The Dole Whip froyo is our favorite! Just like the one served at Disneyland. My kids love the coloring changing spoons. Highly recommend. read more

Rad froyo shop with all the fixings! This is a great option for frozen yogurt in North Upland. Located in a shopping center with PetSmart, Starbucks and Ono Hawaiian BBQ, there is plenty of parking. It is similar to Yogurtland in many ways, but has some additional menu items such as smoothies, boba and more. I have never tried these items here but it is nice to see them offered. They have sugar free and vegan options (coconut milk froyo). They provide sample cups, tons of toppings like fresh fruit, candy, mochi, brownies, and whatever your heart desires. Occasionally, you may not see something on display but if you ask an employee they may have it available (like peanut butter cups or butterfinger, etc). Everything is clean and tidy. This place got an upgrade since they became under new ownership. Countertops and machines are always kept clean and customer service is very friendly. They also slightly remodeled and have better drinks and boba. The best thing about the remodel: the angel wing mural! Perfect for those instagram photos! Most importantly, the yogurt tastes great and they rotate their flavors frequently. They offer a lot of toppings too, so much they don't have enough space to put out. My little autistic guy forgot to grab a portion of m&m's and threw a big fit, the gal who rang us up was about to charge us .25 cents for it after we had already left and came back but she didn't. Great place! Flavors are amazing! Their taro is absolutely stunning! From what the employees told us tonight (@920 pm 2/4) they are dog friendly bc a a huge aggressive boxer was in store (owner didn't take responsibility not employees fault), when I asked the employee she said they are dog friendly! So good to know and they sell pet yogurt too from what she said! Either way great place! read more

I would have to say... NO. We got the plain tart and pistachio flavor. I LOVE frozen yogurt 3 stars for the plain yogurt .. I mean it's plain, how can you go wrong? 1 star for the pistachio yogurt... it was so terrible. I made a very surprised face when I tasted it. I did liked the fact it was self-serve. I wanna get how much I want, what flavor I want and any combo I want. Big wup, wanna fight about it ? Anyhow, 40 cents an ounce, so came down to $4 something (it's shared). Yogurt was delicious like usual but how can you be out of whipped cream ... again. Didn't even get the nice response when I asked but rather a cold "no." The employee on top of that was very rude and strict. Seriously you have to be 10 oz exactly or more to get a stamp ... really? Can't even be close to the oz count? read more

Overall flavors were kinda boring. Too many tart flavors as well. Topping selection was solid though but what's up with the extremely wasteful way they have us adding them? How many of those little plastic cups get discarded each day I wonder. My kids and I love to come here after school for a yummy treat. The staff is always nice and helpful. We are greeted when we walk in and offered mini cups for sampling. The yogurt stations are always clean with delicious flavors. The toppings counter is also clean with lots of choices. Prices are good and If you "check in" you get a 20% off coupon!! There was so much mix of the taro that it, sunk to the bottom of my cup, which I've never experienced before drinking taro milk tea. Also, the store just looks pretty dingy and unkept. I think I was hopeful that maybe the appearance of the store wouldn't indicate the quality of the product, but unfortunately, they were a match.

They're a slight see-through chrome and it's so unique, I definitely thought that was cool! My partner had the milk tea and said he would have liked a little bit more of a tea flavor but I really liked my mango sago. Perfect amount of sweetness and tapioca. The small lemon tart was interesting, I think the lemon tasted different than I expected but I did appreciate the crunch factor layered on top. The mochi scones they serve are actually so good! Scones are usually brittle, but this mochi scone they have is really delicious, you can taste the strawberry in every bite and it doesn't taste artificial! The mochi is so good and they warm it for you and it's just soft, fluffy and melty, I would honestly come back to buy a few of these. I also ate it the next day and after microwaving it for a few seconds, it was just as fresh as the day before! I also ordered the mango panna cotta which was awesome, it's higher in price but they give you a huge portion of the dessert! There was plenty of panna cotta and the layer of mango jello that sits on top in combination with the plentiful, super big, juicy mangos topping, this dessert was a winner in my book! Overall I had a really wonderful experience at Boba cha with the staff and food, I'd definitely come back to try other drinks and get some of them scones.

Service was friendly and fast, and the shop is clean and cute. Definitely one of the better boba spots in the area -- I'll be coming back!

Went into Yogiyo a few days ago with a group of friends, i love it there. The yogurt is always good with a great choice of toppings. The girls working there were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. however, there was an older asian woman who im assuming was the manager working and she seemed very unfriendly. Not even a smile or a hello from her. being the owner, i was shocked to see that she had terrible customer service skills. maybe her employees should teach her a thing or two of how to act while on the job. and maybe she shouldnt work in an environment where the "younger crowd" hangs out. if she wants to be rude, she should go back to painting nails and let the rest of her staff run her business. read more

Went here a couple of times, but each time, the froyo couldn't contain its structure and just... slid out and melted immediately. It wasn't even frozen at this point. Other than that, they have a really good selection of flavors that other places don't have. I will come again, but hopefully, the froyo actually stays up. I got boba one night as well, but the boba was definitely not fresh. The drink was good though! I simply won't be getting their tapioca pearls lmao. Overall, decent experience. I very much enjoy going to this location for a little summer treat. It's extremely clean (which is hard to keep up since the smaller children have difficulty getting their toppings on without flicking some product into other bins or onto the counters), the staff is always extremely aware and happy to help, and I like the fact that I can get a small taster cup and try the flavors before having to buy them. Their range of flavors is good, there is a little something for everyone, and I would highly recommend stopping by. read more

This place is great and they do a great job at keeping everything clean during coronavirus. They provide gloves or you can use hand sanitizing stations set up at the start and end of the yogurt line, and toppings are individually packed so multiple people don't have to touch the same serving spoon.
