They just stood there while we awkwardly asked if we could get toppings and we came with a few people who all wanted different toppings. They were making us feel like we were an inconvenience. My father in law went to take the saran wrap off one and she...i kid you not yelled at a grown man. She then proceeded to tell him he couldn't do that...but can't we scoop our own toppings?!? This YL location is popular for school events it seems. During a handful of my visits, I find it stacked with parents and students from the local schools. I can appreciate a business supporting our youth and doing their part. I eat with my pinky out here. I have nothing more to say about this location other than their machines work, they have all the safe and favorite flavors society is likely seeking, and the staff get the job done.. It is unfortunate to read that other customers have experienced less than stellar service.. I have never asked for sample cups, never felt the push back others seem to get. read more

We used to love this place. I used to take my kids to this yogurt shop once a week to enjoy tasty frozen Yogurt. No more, I had not been there in a while until last week. My wife and I went there. The moment we entered, it felt like entering a bakery. The place was very warm. I assume the owner had turned off the A/C to save money. Our experience didn't end there. Every flavor of yogurt that we picked was partially melted. They used to offer cold water, no more. Now you either have to pay for a cold bottled water, or settle for a small amount of warm tap water given to you not in a water cup but in a small yogurt cup. We were willing to forgive all that if we were going to eat delicious frozen yogurt as used to. Not so, every flavor tasted terrible. All we could taste was nothing but sugar. All sounds too familiar. When the greed kicks in by eliminating what they consider unnecessary expenses, they dig the hole that they are in deeper. I don't feel sorry for this business. If you want a good frozen Yogurt experience skip this place. They don't deserve your money and move on. read more

We had a berry Laufey Day ! What a perfect location to visit on a super hot summer day. Located in Canyon Village Plaza in north Anaheim, it is easily the cleanest Yogurtland & friendliest staff we've ever visited. All the dispensers were clean and drip free. The toppings were plentiful, fresh, and delicious. They had a Laufey promotion & listening her beautiful music playing in the background while we enjoyed our dessert was just heaven. My daughter and I stopped by this Yogurtland after school, excited for a little treat. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. When we walked in, the store was completely empty--no staff in sight to answer questions or help. My daughter was unsure about trying a sorbet flavor because she was worried it might be too sour, but since there was no one around to ask for a sample cup, she just gave up and chose something else. After we finally got our yogurt and toppings, a middle-aged lady suddenly appeared from the back to ring us up. My daughter still really wanted to try that sorbet flavor, so she politely asked for one sample cup. The middle-aged lady responded very rudely, saying they "don't offer sample cups at checkout." I explained that we couldn't find anyone earlier, and my daughter just wanted to make sure she actually liked that one flavor--but the attitude didn't change. The yogurt itself was fine, but the lack of customer service and the rude interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. Hoping management can improve staffing and customer care, because this visit definitely didn't live up to Yogurtland's usual experience and this really upset my 6 year old daughter. read more

We all work hard for our money and should spend it in organizations that value our in person sales. My husband and I went into this Yogurtland location after a relaxing date night evening together. We were in good moods and ready for some dessert we could take home and wind down with. My husband went about his normal flavor selections complete with all the tasty topping he routinely enjoys. Me on the other hand, I like to take all the new flavors then selectively overload my cup with more than I can possibly eat. However, our host this evening, Hector, seemed less than interested that were even in the store. He cut us off while trying to fulfill what appeared to be DoorDash orders. It was not easy to get his attention to get a taster cup and when I did get his attention....he literally gave me one. Then went back about his business. Normally they give us two, which is enough for my needs. He later told my husband it is the owners store policy that only one taster cup at a time. Two taster cups max can be given to any customer. Really?! These cups are tiny! And Yogurtland is expensive comparatively speaking. I ended up leaving without frozen yogurt. Overall, it cost me less to purchase organic ice cream at Mothers for a similar amount. Made me reconsider all of my future dessert options. Side note....if you choose ice cream from mothers instead, you HAVE to try the Emerald Isle Whiskey flavor ice cream. Smooth, creamy flavor with a hint of Irish Whiskey. It's organic and made from grass fed cows and free range chickens. read more

When I first entered I was surprised by how clean it was. The floors over the yogurt machines were not sticky or dirty with yogurt and topping like other places. They have a variety of great flavors to choose from. I just stick to plain tart. Can't go wrong with the classics. The biggest thing that sold me was the fact that all the topping were neatly separated. I have been to other places where all the topping were mixed and/or all over the counter. This places sure puts pride in their cleanliness. Its really a nice place to chill and eat your yogurt on a hot day. read more

Froyo never disappoints! They had fun flavors from: mint, Oreo, espresso, mango, coffee, Chocolate, peanut butter, and cake batter, etc. the toppings are great as well! Of course we got one large with a bunch of fun toppings! The place was clean and family friendly. Lots of kids and families for a late night dessert! One person behind the counter seemed busy, but my only suggestion: have the tasting cups out rather than having to wait in the line to ask for a cup. read more

Arrived there 6/21 sat at 11a employees inside were chatting and randomly wiping things we thought that this was typical as they were just getting set up but more and more people arrived expecting to enter the establishment at opening time which is posted on their door at 11 AM and also on this yelp page. Despite some customers knocking on the door, they did not let us in, and the doors remained locked. We ended up, leaving to go eat lunch. This is a perfectly "ok" Yogurtland. We came in yesterday to get a "treat" after our little guy was so brave getting a "shot" just down the street. Those things are scary, and even though it was thoroughly admitted that it wasn't that bad, we needed to get a GIANT treat in our kid, stat! I say "giant" because the smallest size cup is so large. It's pretty impossible to get a small yogurt here, especially when the little guy chose 4 flavors. He loaded up with toppings too and happily ate his little hodge podge of sweets. My better half and I shared some cookies and cream with crushed oreo and this brown butter cookie flavor with some crushed reese's peanut butter cups on top. It was a solid choice. Total cost was over $12 which I personally feel is kind of a lot for what we got, but we did get a variety. There is some good seating outside but pretty limited seating inside. This would have been fine if it was a normal warm Southern CA day, but yesterday was weirdly chilly...wish they had more inside seating. We will be back the next time we need a treat in this particular area. read more

The Plain Tart in the photo was unlike the others in my second cup tonight. But the Anaheim staff acknowledged the issue and let me spoon it out, rather than throwing the whole cup away. Can't criticize the yogurt at this location, the cleanliness or the customer service. All is very good in those categories. My only criticism is the price. I didnt see the price per ounce posted and that used to be the norm at Yougurtland. On the last visit, we bought three moderately sized yogurts with one topping each and it rounded out to about $12+ a serving. The yogurt is great, but that just seems a tad bit high. I like the product very much, but I have to be honest and say that the pricing is a bit of a concern. Ultimately though, if that is not a concern, their yogurt is excellent and the location, the toppings, etc, are well kept! read more

Definitely don't come to this yogurtland. There are so many better ice cream places in the area. One of the only reasons to come here is to get to try as many samples as you like. When I asked for a sample cup, the woman was very rude and said she would get it for me. She refused to hand me the cup and was very irritated that I was wanting to do it myself. This is literally the only reason I would go here over all of the way better places nearby. This woman should not work in customer service. I normally go to this yogurt land and have never had a problem before. Just now I went in and one of the workers there was spraying what looked like and smelled like BLEACH! Mind you there was a few ppl in front of me and behind me as well! I should of spoke up and said something but I felt super uncomfortable especially when she was spraying it while I was filling up my yogurt cup. After I left I just threw my yogurt away maybe it was mental but I swore it tasted like chemicals! While this store is clean and conveniently located by us we drive past it an extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Yorba Linda location. This location has no samples and expects you to pay $6-10 for a product you can't try. I'm sure they are playing up the COVID ANGLE but it's 2023 and every business has moved on and returned to normal, except this one. The Yorba Linda location allows you to sample all the products and are very friendly. Also, all of the ice cream shops in the area (Blue Scoop in YL, BR, Rich Farms, as well as the other yogurt shops (Golden Spoon the OG, and in other areas PinkBerry, etc) ALL let you sample unlike this place. :( read more
