So I am really mad right now because of this place. Let me tell you why. So we got here at 9:30pm and got yogurt (there is nothing to complain about the yogurt except for the fact that they had no more vanilla and people where really mad) and then went to check out. We asked for a stamp card and they said they were out and didn't know when they would be getting more in. And also, I really needed water and they had already put it away for the night. Then I needed to go to the bathroom and they said someone was probably cleaning it right now I might have to wait. So I waited s few minutes and went to see if it was free and they had put a sign at the door saying "sorry restroom out of order please do not use". I know the restroom was not out of order. They just did not want any one to get it dirty again. I work in the food Industry so that makes me really upset. read more

Good yogurt flavors, fresh fruit, and awesome toppings. Love the Mochi and Green Tea yogurt.

My all time favorite is the plain one with Lychee topping, but tried several new flavors too and they were delicious. Went to this location several times and had good experience. Friendly staff. I used my discount coupon too. read more

The workers weren't friendly. They hung out in the back. The restroom was dark. The main light socket was missing the bulb and the only light working in the restroom was on top of the mirror. Yogurt was good though. read more

Driving back from Riverside and stopped by this Yogurtland. The store is very clean and machines and toppings are well organized. The service is very friendly. My kids love Yogurtland and can eat them for everyday. It is good to have a healthier alternative at this part of town. read more

Went here a few weeks ago and I was impressed with the large selection and fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I'm not a big frozen yogurt fan but I would definitely come back with all the choices of toppings. This was my first time at a yogurt land and I really liked the experience. I will be back! We arrived at this store @ 9:25 PM and had to question whether or not they were open. The lights were off and all the chairs were up on the tables. I googled the hours and saw that they don't close until 10:00 PM so I opened the door to inquire whether or not they were open and the person sweeping signaled me to come in. We got our yogurt, which was extremely melted (I think they were shutting the machines down). The only topping I ever "have to have" is almonds, which were not out! I asked the girl if they had almonds and whipped cream and she said "no, just what's out!" I know they have whipped cream because we were just there 2 nights ago! The customer service was terrible and the store was not inviting at all! It's sad that employees would rather close up 30+ minutes early than provide services to their paying customers. Doesn't even deserve one star, but I had to give them one star to write this review. Worse yogurt place in the history of yogurt in Corona. Please go anywhere, but here. I tried placing a private order for my son's baseball team & the owner was the most rude and mean man I have ever tried to speak to on the phone. He wanted me to come down at 7:30pm on a Sunday night to pay for my order of $50.00 when I place the order early Sat. morning and nothing was said. I called him back to explain I will be there, & gave him my number etc. & he was so rude. Go to any yogurt place in the world then this one. He was awful, and clearly shouldn't be selling yogurt let alone dealing with people. read more

Horrible service!!! They are always changing their hours so I have gone and they were closed. They don't post their flavors often on the app and when I have seen them they run out because they don't refill them. They try to cheat you out of your rewards as well. Go to Tyler much nicer! read more

Yogurtland is yogurtland so there's nothing really to say about that...I'm writing about the customer service. Yelp has the wrong hours listed so when we came by they had already been closed for at least 30 minutes. The manager let us know and as we were leaving another couple came up. We were starting to drive away but he felt bad and let the other couple in so he chased after us to let us in too! He had to put the knobs back on the yogurts we wanted and bring spoons out and the cash register drawer back up...there's no way I would've done that. A+ for service. read more

Generally Yogurtlands have nice, friendly, courteous employees, however this place was the opposite. I bought 2 large cups and paid for them. A second later I added "LITERALLY" two flacks of shredded coconut and the cashier made it a point to bring it up to me. She said boldly with her angry face; "NEXT TIME ADD YOUR COCONUT PRIOR TO PAYING." Really? How much did two literal flakes of coconut actually cost? This place has "NO CLASS" and doesn't deserve AMERICAN business! read more

Last night my family of 5 went to Yogurtland to use a gift card and rewards points. All of their electronic systems were down so the employee was on the phone with the owner desperately trying to figure out what to do with the guests ahead of us. 10 minutes later, with half melted yogurt, the employee asks us to pay in cash. We didn't have any plus we intended to use the gift card. The owner asked to speak to me on the phone and wanted me to just leave him my credit card number and gift card so that he could just "enter it all later" when his system was back up. What a ridiculous request. Needless to say, we were uncomfortable with that and I told him as much. I asked him if he just wanted me to waste the yogurt since his system couldn't take my payment. He said yes. So, instead we left and spent our money at tutti fruitti across the street. What a terrible business man and horrible customer service! read more

a solid frozen yogurt place. there are a few bugs that aren't really nice, nothing to compare with tutti frutti right across the street. sometimes they won't have some flavors that should be in a frozen yogurt place, or would either put out some flavors that shouldn't even be a flavor. read more
