Came here with the kiddos on a sunny day here in SD Winter time. We all wanted something light and refreshing so opted for Yogurtland. We love their mini sample cups and we got to try a few different flavors before finalizing our selection. Classic vanilla and chocolate. Always those kiddos favorites. Plus the toppings bar is what will get you. These kids pile on so many toppings I feel that I'm paying more in weight of toppings than actual frozen yogurt. Haha. Overall good experience here. We really enjoyed this Yogurtland spot. It came with a lot of flavors that kids like, and I will highlight specifically from my kids, the rocket pop and the lemon which they make into a swirl but other than that, it's your usual toppings that you have at a yogurt land that really show its true colors Located in the flower Hill shopping complex you get a lot of options for food and shopping, but it stands out about this yogurt land that they have great customer service and there's a lot of topping options as you can tell in my pictures. The place of all pretty clean and I would say that there is a place to get water and even yogurt to go so if you're looking for that yogurt hit come by. read more

I've been going to this Yogurtland location for at least the past 10 years, and it has definitely improved. The place inside is clean and tidy. The interior has been recently updated with new seating. They offer a variety of flavors, including new, regular, and seasonal options. Colorful serving spoons change throughout the year. It's a toppings galore, and I appreciate the variety of berries and fruit, not just sweets. Overall, it has been a hit with our family for years. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer gift cards for sale. read more

What a wonderful find at this mall! I've never wanted or needed to stop in but the staff here is sooooo welcoming . It's amazing how they offer so many little sample cups to try out their many flavors . Elle was the cashier and she encouraged me to try as many of the flavors I wanted . There was no pressure to buy or upsell - which made me wanna buy because I felt so comfortable! I'm on a keto diet so they have a signature low sugar coffee yogurt that was pretty yummy. You can pretty much combine any flavor to your hearts desire and then add a variety of toppings. I fell in love with their fudge drizzle (served warm!). It's charged by oz (0.79c) and they even show you the tare size (LOVE the honesty!). I was able to get the perfect size portion for my cheat dessert of the day. This location is awful; I'm sorry. Management is majorly lacking. The Yogurtland protocols of cleanliness, recipe consistency, and toppings station orderliness is in NO WAY to standard. Came to this location for the first time since they closed the one in Encinitas. They don't close until 9pm- we got there a little after 8. The guy working there had started shutting down some of the froyo, so they didn't have even the basic tart flavor. When we asked about it, he just said he was closing up. I'm pretty sure if you don't close until 9, you shouldn't be putting the chairs into the tables closing everything up so soon when customers are still coming in. read more

We came in as a friend group and one of my friends had an allergy, so she offered to cut him some fresh strawberries because everyone else got yogurt and were eating. Later, a little girl came in by herself and she couldn't reach the lever, so the cashier lady helped the kid get her yogurt. Awesome experience thank you so much! read more

This location is, by far, the dirties one I have ever been to. We visited on Saturday at around 4:30, there was no one in the store and the guy behind the counter was just fixing himself a yogurt. Every single yogurt station and the toppings bar were dirty. Toppings were mixed with each other and the sample cups were just put in a container for everyone to get their hand in there and pick their own (never had I seen this done before and I don't think it's very hygienic). My kids are big fans of yogurtland and we have been to many locations in San Diego and LA, but will not be visiting this one again. read more

Date of visit: July 7, 2018 After a bit of a late night dinner at Milton's, I remembered I had a coupon from the San Diego County Fair for the first three ounces of frozen yogurt free at this particular Yogurtland location. Hot day + warm summer evening = dessert time! I got my flavor - pistachio - filled my cup to my liking, and chose my toppings... and here's where I was first surprised. Normally at the Yogurtland locations I frequent, there's usually fruity, sweet, and nutty options available on the topping bar; here the only toppings available were the fruit, candy, cookie, and sweet ones. Maybe it was due to the late hour, I don't know - ultimately I settled for cheesecake bites, mochi, lychee, and a rolled filled cookie wafer. I'm always impressed at how clean Yogurtland locations tend to be, and this one is no exception. I was a bit taken back by the water fountain not being fruit infused, and the somewhat surly attitude of the cashier who rang up my order. I am in shock. I don't understand how the owner see this as a good business model. Or maybe they are already rich so they don't care. Either way it's a problem. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Yogurtland has always been my favorite, specially this location. I am probably one of their biggest customers. Yet, since January they shut down 3 machines starting an hour and a half before they close. And they already close early for a dessert place (9pm). Today I went in at 7:30 to find that they had an extremely limited number of flavors. No basic flavors i.e. chocolate or vanilla. They had about 5 available and all very random flavors (all fruit flavors). So we just left. Thought it was just a blip so I kept giving it chances but I guess not. This is very disappointing and a horrible business model. Change your hours to 7:30 or have your workers stay an hour after closing like most service industry institutions. The 2 stars is because the staff is amazing. But I went in for ice cream. read more

I will never go back to this Yogurtland. I have been here before and had a great experience. Today my daughter and I went in and were glared at by the employee, Pamela, when I asked for tasting cups. She gave us exactly 2. We have always sampled most of the flavors before we choose ( I always have a hard time deciding). I asked Pamela if I could have more sample cups. She replied "No" in a loud voice. We finally made our choices and went to checkout. I had to ask Pamela why she was rude to me as soon as I entered the store. She replied loudly that we had taken too long deciding and many have come in to sample then left without buying. This was obviously not true in our case. I replied to her if she continued with being extremely rude she would lose customers. She said she had plenty of good customers. She also told us she is the manager. If this is the manager, I will NEVER step into this shop again. I have never been treated so horribly. read more

Date 3/13/2022 I love peanut butter! And I always go for ice cream/gelato/froyo that are PB flavored. So it's no surprise I got the Peanut Butter Chocolate Froyo. But the Orange Blossom White Peach I decided to try on a whim was mind blowing!!! I mean the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor pales in comparison. I don't know how long this seasonal flavor would be available . But my LO and I are already planning our next visit to Yogurtland to get our fix of this deliciousness . We wanted to get out of the house so came here for Froyo after dinner. I'm so glad we did because this place is super cute and delish! The two girls working were so nice and gave us extra little sampler cups. I looooved the cheesecake and chocolate froyo! My dad loved the tart froyo, but I thought it was too intense.
