Salt & Straw staff let me know over the phone they had a pint the cheesecake with salted yuzu from their June 2026 Chef Series. From what I last remember, their entrance changed to include an ornamental ice cream cone-like light fixture - a nice touch for the ice cream store ambiance. 5/5 Cheesecake w salted Yuzu is dreamy, creamy, citrusy, (white) chocolatey

Rich, creamy, delicious ice cream at One Paseo. Definitely a special treat. When I visited today, I found an extensive selection of flavors from which I choose a scoop of Strawberry Pretzel salad (fantastic! Made with plenty of actual strawberries) and one of Raspberry Princess Cake (a yummy vegan ice cream flavored with a squirrel of sweetened pureed raspberries, pistachio flavor ice cream, and bits of cake--a bit sweeter than I like, but a good flavor combo). Cheerful service, and plenty more flavors to try. Menu changes periodically, so it's best to check either on line or in person. Dieters beware! $9 for 2 scoops, $7 for a single.

Came here again today! My fave ice cream shop. They have new limited edition flavors. One of them was the strawberry tres leches - CHEFS KISS! It paired perfectly with my favorite coffee and love nuts. I had one scoop of each in a large waffle cone. I also bought and brought home one pint of each. Ughh love!!! it wasn't too busy today and service was fast. Always good vibes at salt and straw!

I haven't been a big fan of Salt & Straw elsewhere, but I'm glad we tried the one at One Paseo. This is a charming shop with very good service. I enjoyed two scoops ($9) for my ice cream cup from "The Berries Series" special: Strawberry Pretzel Salad (4/5), which could have used more pretzel, and Goat Cheese Marionberry Habanero (5/5), which had a kick. There are no tables in the shop, but there are some shared tables outside the shop in a lightly wooded area. Very nice

My niece and sister kept telling me how much I needed to try Salt & straw. We had to run errands and this location was the closest one to us at the time. I have never been to this area and it was quite a cute place. We went there fairly late, so all the stores were already closed. I think we had about 10 minutes before closing. The staff was attentive and friendly. They have such unique flavors: Strawberry Honey Balsamic with Black Pepper Pear and Blue Cheese Arbequina Olive Oil Honey Lavender Some of the ones I expected to not like but did and vice versa. We all got 2 scoops/2 flavors: 1. Arbequina Olive Oil - I was very surprised that I loved this so much. It was rich, yet creamy, it is something that sounds like it might not taste good, but it was so delicious. 5/5 2. Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons- I think this is the best seller. My oh My oh MY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a huge fan of ice cream and I can say right now this is my favorite flavor of all time. Creamy, sweet and salty, just divine. I would give this a 10/5. LOL My niece got: 1.Arbequina Olive Oil - My niece also loved this flavor 5/5 2.Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake- I think they even liked this one more than the Olive Oil one. 5/5 My sister got: 1.Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake- My sister is NOT a fan at all of white chocolate, but she noted this one was incredibly good. 5/5 2.Chocolate Gooey Brownie- My sister said this was delicious, chocolate flavor but not too sweet. 4.5/5 I will definitely be visiting this chain. I have seen other flavors that I can't wait to try! Staff was super friendly and patient despite them about to close for the night. Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5

We were in the area, and this place had good reviews, and we had never heard of it, so we wanted to try it. It was definitely a good choice! When we walked in, there was a moderately long line, but it gave us time to look at the menu, which was full of unique flavors that we had never seen before, with many savory, exotic flavors. They do accept samples, which I asked for quite a few of since I wanted to try the flavors. I ended up getting an olive oil flavor and a lemon wild berry flavor, which were recommended by the girl serving us ice cream, who was very nice and answered all of our questions. This ice cream is probably some of the best I've ever had, and it was served in these unique waffle bowls that looked very cool. All of the ice cream flavors tasted really great. Just as we got our ice cream and paid, as we were walking out, there was a huge line, so this must have been a popular spot, but it's definitely well worth it. And it's in a very nice place with outdoor seating available.

Usually love Salt & Straw and we're regulars who stop in often to try their latest flavors. This visit was a real letdown, though -- not because of the ice cream, but because of the customer service. After recently signing up for the rewards app, I was excited to redeem a free waffle cone for a limited-time Salted Caramel Brownie cone, along with my usual order of a "'ice cream flight" and an additional pint. The staff tried (twice) to apply the reward -- via QR code and by looking up my account with my telephone number-- but the system wouldn't take it. Instead of honoring it, I was simply told, "Sorry, it's not working," and was charged $1.65 for the cone anyway. It's not about the money; it's about the principle. For such a small charge (caused by THEIR system), I expected a bit more flexibility and care. Extremely disappointing experience from a place we usually adore.

We came in for a treat after lunch. There wasn't a line so we got to try a few flavors before we decided on what we wanted. I liked Jasmine milk tea. The strawberry honey balsamic with black pepper was interestingly good. I like it that they have many limited editions whenever we visit.

My friend and I stopped by for ice cream after lunch and decided on the lavender honey and salted caramel. Both flavors were yummy! We also got some water and sparkling water to wash down all the sweets. They have some tables with umbrellas outside which is nice to enjoy the sweet treats on a sunny day. Service was friendly and we were able to sample some flavors before we made our choices.

This Salt and Straw is located right in the middle of the One Paseo shopping center which makes it a perfect place to grab dessert after dinner. I came after having dinner at one of the nearby restaurants and I had a coupon on the app for a free upgrade to a double scoop. I love that you can sample so many different flavors before making your decision. The guy helping me and my husband out let us try so many different flavors. He was also really helpful letting me get a double scoop by giving me two cups so I could separate them vs paying for two single scoops. We tried a bunch of their seasonal flavors but we always end up getting their classics. The seasonal flavors can be a little odd and sometimes I'm not a fan of how the flavors work out. We got the chocolate gooey brownie and the coffee and love nuts. I love the coffee ice cream as it's perfectly sweet with little bits of crunchy nuts mixed in. The brownie was good too with large pieces of brownie but I'll never get tired of the coffee. Salt and Straw is so great because they have ice cream options that are vegan and/ gluten free and they have all the information available so you can check for allergens. There's always something for everyone and it's such a yummy dessert! I'd recommend getting their app and signing up for rewards because they have a lot of coupons!

After eating dinner, we walked around One Paseo and of course, had to stop by Salt and Straw. I tried a couple of their seasonal flavors but decided to have the chocolate gooey brownie. It's a classic flavor of theirs and definitely one of my favorites.

Vegan mint chip and vegan seasonal the great cookie swap flavors
    Diane Y.

The staff are friendly and ready to help you sample. They also have a split scoop option which is a little more than a single but smaller than a double. The holiday menu has a great vegan option and in general delicious flavor-The Great Cookie Swap I paired it with the classic vegan mint chip. They were perfect together. The Salt & Straw in One Paseo overlooks a decorated area. We went at night and there were lights and some "snow".

    Kids cup $6 very small

Good ice cream but $6 for a kids cup they gave us two spoonfuls of ice cream. That's it.

Had very low expectations for the gelato to begin with seeing as the colors were extremely unnatural and the way it was heaped was a clear indication to me that it is not legitimate gelato and unfortunately, I was proven very right. I got the strawberry so that my toddler could have a few few bites and it was so unnatural and weird tasting that she didn't even want any... And if that doesn't say something! My husband got the coffee flavor and he literally took three bites and threw it away as well.
