Not sure if it was just this night but they are seriously lacking in flavor options. Out of probably around 20 different yogurt stations, only about 6 were active. Others just had blanks above them and non functional. Their topping station was pretty good and full. Everything looked pretty fresh. Bonus for being open late, until 10. Plenty of parking. Place always coming up new flavors and promo advertising. The shakes are also a must since not all YLs have the machine to mix. This place is in a busy complex full of food choices but parking is still manageable located across CSUF. I like that this place is always clean and always a nice setup of great flavors and clean stations full of toppings. When you want yogurt this is a spot to eat at or take on the go. read more

Just your typical yogurt place. Nothing special. This location was pretty packed for a cold Monday night. Every location has the standard toppings and yogurt flavors. I tend to stick to the original tart because it's a classic and you can never go wrong with original tart. This location didn't have granola which is one of the toppings I love putting in my yogurt. SUPER bummed! Their fruits were okay, pretty fresh but they were also low on a lot of their toppings. Lameeeee. Anywho...Service was pretty quick for a busy night. Haven't had frozen yogurt in awhile , this definitely hit the spot! I just wish their yogurt had more of a tartness like Pinkberry does! read more

Well, this is probably the last time I will visit this franchised Yogurtland. It has been going downhill over the last couple of years and I think it has hit rock bottom. First, of all places that should have chocolate sprinkles a yogurt or ice cream shop should. For some reason, I'm guessing cost, they took them away. For me personally, this is strike one. Then, all the usual mainstay flavors are gone leaving only chocolate and vanilla. I do appreciate creativity but what is now coming out of these machines is far from it. Strike two. Now, obviously to cut cost and increase profits, the spoons have been degraded and will only fit your mouth if you are an infant with no teeth. When we asked for the the old style spoons, we were told they have received many complaints, not surprising. Strike three. I truly hope the owner and franchise reads this and perhaps makes the necessary adjustments to keep this once good place what it used to be. This will be reviewed by tens of thousands of people so it would be wise to stop looking at your profit margines and take care of the people who feed it. Young working girls are awesome, especially Sarai but the place is falling apart. The front door is dangerous, it squeaks. It's very difficult to even open it and high risk of a kid getting injured Behind the counter, the cabinet doors are missing, It's horrible. So bummed right now! Walked into Yogurtland tonight at approx 10:43 (they close at 11PM) to get my favorite yogurt. Staff was friendly & greeted me quickly. I ordered my usual- Mango & Tart swirl!! I was a bit preoccupied with my phone for a sec while she was serving, but looked up just in time to see the girl in the blue shirt (definitely the employee in charge at the time) topping off my cup, with what can only be described as PURE LIQUID! Literally LIQUID. The swirl couldn't even sustain its shape for a full second before quickly dissolving into a pastel puddle of sugar and milk. "Oh no! It's super liquidy!" I said quiet obviously, more so hoping that she wasn't paying much attention to what she was serving me... but to my disbelief she did in fact see what she was serving me, & was happy to let me pay $8 on inedible frozen yogurt mix. Her response was underwhelming to say the least: "well we *are* closing soon, & its been a hot day." Disappointed, I asked if all the flavors were equally melted, to which I got the sassy response of, "well I *guess* I could try a different one if you *want* me to." Ugh. The whole interaction was beginning to leave a sour taste in my mouth instead of the sweet, fruity flavor of my beloved Mango Tart. I decided not to bother her any further, as I know there are 10 other frozen yogurt/ice cream shops in a 2 mile vicinity of this location. As I exited the store she was less than 2 steps behind me and quickly locked the door as soon as it swung shut. (Exactly 10:47PM) Look, I work in the restaurant industry, and I get how frustrating it can be to have people come in right before closing time, BUT store hours are store hours for a reason. Especially when you're talking about a chain as well known as Yogurtland. When you're website, door & yelp page say your open until 11PM, then you need to stay open and ready to serve customers until 11PM. Don't say that you're open until 11PM but switch off your yogurt machines at 10PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT so that the only thing you serve in your shop is completely inedible when a paying customer comes in...and worst of all, don't try to push off a subpar product to a paying customer because of your own laziness, then act ANNOYED when you're confronted. Overall, I know this might sound dramatic to some, but I feel disrespected. I rather have her honestly tell me the machines were off, maybe because it was a slow night and they are closing early, or whatever the reason may have been than trying to trick me into buying something that she knew was unacceptable to serve, by hoping that I would be too distracted to notice. It just feels like bad business to treat your dedicated customers in such a way, especially in a town with so much competition. *END RANT* read more

I am always a fan of yogurtland, but this particular location always takes a super long time to get your yogurt! Yes, you get whatever flavors you want with your choice of toppings, but when it is time to check out, it just takes a super long time. All you have to do is weigh and pay right? I have no idea why it takes so long! Maybe the person is new! Anyways, I checked-in to the place and I got an extra 15% off. They person didn't know how to incorporate the 15% off, and then I paid with a gift card and he didn't know if you can use the gift card on my yogurt. It's like money! Of course you can! Everyone knows what Yogurtland is about. This location is in a little shopping center and is kind of tucked away. Whenever I've been to this Yogurtland, it seems to be dirty and disorganized and I always feel way too rushed to get out (even when there's no other customers). There is always half-filled topping containers and frozen yogurt all over the trays at the bottom of the machines. Almost every occasion has resulted in there being multiple of the best flavors being out as well. Big fan of Yogurtland, just not this exact location. read more

I loved vanilla wafer yogurt with Ghirardelli chocolate chips + Graham cracker crumbs. I also recommend blood orange but you can skip chocolate twilight. I tried the Nilla wafer topping too but it seemed bitter. My boyfriend liked that the interior isn't air-conditioned. Parking is easy if you choose one of those 20-minute spaces. This Yogurtland specifically is convenient for since I live so close! They have a handful of creamy flavors, I wish they had more tarty flavors. I wish they would stop switching out Taro for random flavors. Everyone loves taro! The staff is great! Always greeting me whenever I walk in & asking if I want sample cups. If there was one thing they could probably improve on is probably cleaning the toppings area more often. Stealing money. Dishonest scales. Went to checkout, set my first cup down, and it was 7.4 oz. I was about to put the next one down and noticed the scale had 1.3 oz on it already. I asked the worker who said to not worry about it bc it doesn't work. I hit the zero button and put the same cup back on and asked him to redo it. It then read 6.1 oz. You might not think it's a big deal but that's an 18% increase stolen. The worst part is the lying which makes it sound like this is a normal practice for them. read more

Gave two stars because they have a decent selection but when you advertise happy hour for a 16oz cup then charge for a 32oz cup that is wrong. Overcharging and I bet they do this for lots of customers. Make sure to get a receipt and check it so you are ripped off as well. read more

every time I come here, the chocolate yogurt comes out half frozen. i'm not sure if the temperature isn't set right but the yogurt is melting right as it's coming down. I don't have an issue with any other yogurtland that I go to so this one might just not have the temperature on correct. super bummed read more

We went to celebrate the 1st week of school and instead hurried & paid. Only to go home and throw away $23 worth. The place was so dirty. The floors were sticky, the topping did not look fresh or very cold...we watched the employee dumping half empty toppings into more tins and putting them back out. It was disgusting. Then a homeless man came in talked to the two employees who ignored him...then he proceeded to serve himself yogurt and scoop toppings and then leave...it was disgusting. He had no shoes and was covered with crusty scabs. The employees kept working behind the counter and didn't go out and start cleaning anything! They should Have at a minimum wiped everything downs and change out the spoons...I can't even deal with how bad this place is. HUGE waist of money! And we can't Un-see how gross the place was. In fact, each time I have busted (not literally) through the door (mostly in the afternoons after work) for samples and full on yogurt cups, they've met my needs! Rather disappointed to read the 1 star reviews. Place is usually clean for me, the Yogurtland All-Stars behind the counter are normal and ring me up in a snap. Though one girl might have been confused this last time around, when I already opted to "Use It Now!" on my Yelp App, in order to take advantage of the 20% check in offer. Think she may be used to pressing it or supervising the customer in the process of doing it. Either way, 20% off with every check in is a dream come true. What other Yogurtland locations offer this, the Anaheim one on Euclid & Crescent doesn't. My favorite, Salted Caramel Pecan - OhMyLord! I cannot even speak on the IMMENSEffect this has in my mouth, as it glides it's way into my stomach. I bow down to this flavor. Candy Clouds, Peanut Butter Cookies, S'mores, New York Cheesecake and Banana Nut Bread are fave flaves as well. Let's hope I never get to the point of 1 starring this Yogurtland! read more
