If I could pick 0 stars I would. I came to yogurtland at 6:44pm on 9/16/20 and the registers were supposedly closed. When we arrived we just heard noises screaming with loud music in the back. It seemed like the just wanted an excuse to not work. Maybe they were taking their lunch but there was two people working and if anything lunches should be at separate times in order to not closed the store. Very disappointed and very bad customer service. Hire new people because this is unacceptable for employees to not be working. read more

Love the yogurt land flavors. I got red velvet cake, plain, pistachio, and strawberry flavor. For toppings this place has so many options from fruits to nuts to kids gummies etc. they also have caramel station. Good service, cleanliness was just ok, trash was full and overflowing, place was extremely busy on a hot day, limited seating but crowd moves fast so it works out. Parking lot is big and easy to find parking. Would definitely recommend this place read more

Arrived at 9:45pm. Sign on door stated they close at 10pm. Went inside only to be informed they were closed. Asked about the sign and was told they close at 9:45 so they can leave at 10. That is pretty lame. read more

We love going to yogurt-land, but this particular location is such a put off. We took our kids for ice cream. My son had to go to the restroom. The door was closed so I went to the cashier to check. Eric at the front desk said, "I will have to open the door and I can't leave the counter because there is long queue of customers that I have to take care of." As it was kind of an emergency I requested him and that my 4years old really has go so if he could either open or give me the keys, but he was very adamant and said that he can't leave the counter and suggested that I should make my 4years old wait. It is such l an absurd comment to make. It would have literally taken him 30 seconds to go and open the door and I am pretty sure customers wouldn't have stopped him either! Never going back there!!! read more

Searched for yogurt in the vicinity and found this Yogurtland. Seems to have just opened. Great selection and big toppings bar. Very nice staff as well. It's close to my favorite lunch spot, so I'll be back for sure. read more

Yogurtland in general is my favorite froyo chain. This specific location is just as good as the best Yogurtlands that I have visited. They are clean, attentive, and the selection of flavors and toppings is extensive. Now, there is a rewards card. I'm going to be using that card at this location a lot! read more

Cheesecake bites from Friday night 8/16 had an odd taste. Did anyone else notice that? I spat them out. I like coming here because they have chopped almonds and chocolate syrup which some other locations I've been to do not have. I've had the cheesecake bites before so I know what they usually taste like. Disappointed. read more

Yogurts okay but service is awful! We had to wait 5 minutes, at a soft serve place, to get the gummy bear toppings. Which, in fact, are the only good toppings at this location. Besides that, when we asked for the candy refill, the worker was rude and unaccommodating. After we got our yogurt, we were just talking and having a good old time when the worker rudely asks me to put my feet down from my chair. I understand that I should've put my feet down, but he asked in a rude and disrespectful way. Service here is awful, do not recommend! read more

I love this concept. 6-10 flavors of frozen yogurt, all the toppings anyone could ever want and charged by weight. Even a full cup with tons of toppings will only cost you $4-$7 or so. go and create your own flavor adventure read more

This yogurt land is terrible - their yogurt dispensers are in complete mess, their hand sanitizer is broken, bathrooms are permanently locked, out of at least 4 flavors with no signs and on asking the give 2 sample cups. One of the most terribly maintained yogurt lands out there - complete garbage. read more

Still a five star establishment. They got a new staff, the girl was sweet, friendly and helpful. Two new flavors were being added recently as part of the Mario campaign. It is a fun place to hang out, especially with kids. Two thumbs up! read more

If you like mean people, look no further than this yogurt place. I went in with my 4 year old daughter and it was my birthday. We were the only customers there, still horrible service. I carry their Yogartland card around in my wallet no more. I don't see the benefit of having their card if I get no discount or anything free on your birthday. Don't get me wrong, their yogurt is decent. That's why I give them one star, for decent yogurt. I have been here before and received good service, but I can get yogurt elsewhere from now on. read more

The machines were filthy and dripping everywhere. The only dairy free flavor worth eating was watermelon. The location in Cupertino is much better as it offers many dairy free options. The associate just disappeared and nowhere to be seen to even use the restroom. read more

Very very poor customer service. Whenever I went there in last couple of months the girl at the counter was not at all courteous and helpful. She was goofing around with her friends who came to meet her behind the counter. Last time I went there were closed an hour before there closing time. Today when I went I called them to make sure they were open and got confirmation that they close at 8 pm . When I reached their at 7:25 she made a big face and started taking all the condiment inside. When I told her that can you please wait as we are feeling yogurt and we would like to use some of them. Her reply was it's closed you can't take them. And when I said the store is still open and you have customer who is still buying yogurt and it's not even close to 8 o clock. When I was talking to the lady another guy comes behind the counter and try to act smart telling me that this all condiments are closes at 7:30 and it's all cleaned. They had shut down all the yogurt Machine so nothing was coming out and they were just watching us they we are still waiting or leaving the place. I had to again ask them that no yogurt coming and please see why it's not working and he did something and then both of them talk something and turned on the machine. Finally we got the yogurt and we paid money after another issue. As soon as we left the store they started laughing hard and made fun of us . I would never go this shop again to get yogurt where customers are not respected well and because they are not working right way. read more

Maybe I need to retry this shop, but the one time I stopped in for yogurt all I got was a series of icy, tasteless frozen globs. I am used to creamy, delicious yogurt. This just resembled grainy ice. Ugh! read more

My family and I go to Yogurtland almost every week. We love their new flavors, their yummy toppings, and their clean and comfortable store. Also, because we visit Yogurtland frequently, being a rewards member is extremely helpful. We save a lot of money by being a rewards member. I would highly recommend Yogurtland for a sweet and yummy treat. read more

i like this location much better than the cupertino location. it is less crowded and easier to find parking. they do have less toppings here but the good ones are here though like all the nuts and good fruits and treats. best of all, there is a self serving water dispenser, which is great to have on a hot day. having all the water you want is the primary reason we go here instead of the cupertino location read more

Love this place! Much more affordable than Miyo and other nearby self-service yogurt places, especially if you take into account Yogurtland's rewards program to get free yogurt and the awesome two-for-one rainy day special! Great flavors, too- loved the mint they had on St. Patrick's Day, and even the vanilla is really good. read more
