Yogurtland never disappoints! The staff here was so nice and welcoming, it honestly made the whole experience better. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and easy to enjoy. I also love how they rotate seasonal flavors; there's always something new and fun to try. Perfect spot for a sweet and healthy ish treat.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with my partner. We tried 4 different flavors. We got the chocolate raspberry truffle, coconut, cookies and cream, and vanilla. My favorite is their coconut one, so refreshing!!! We also got to choose some toppings. Got some cherries, coconut shavings, strawberries, and popping boba. Overall, we had a fun time here!

One of my favorite froyo places!! Clean store and great service. Yogurtland's birthday is Feb 25 Stop by in-store and enjoy a free 8oz Birthday Batter with your purchase

Yogurtland is always a solid choice! What really stands out is the huge variety of toppings -- from fresh fruit to candies and crunchy options, there's something for everyone. You can customize it exactly how you want, which I love. The store was also super clean and well-maintained, which honestly makes a big difference for self-serve places. Everything was neatly stocked and the staff did a great job keeping the area tidy. Perfect spot for a quick dessert or a sweet treat after a meal

Yogurtland's frozen yogurt always hits. Yogurt was very delicious, perfect for a hot day. Service was very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Store is very spacious and clean

Stopped by on a quiet Thursday afternoon around 4 PM -- spotless inside and super well-maintained (always a good sign!). I went with the cheesecake and red velvet flavors. The cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and perfectly tangy -- definitely my favorite of the two. The red velvet was more subtle than I expected, but it added a nice depth when mixed together. Great flavor balance overall, especially with all the fun topping options. Prices lean a bit high for self-serve froyo, but the quality, freshness, and clean atmosphere make it worth the occasional indulgence.

The pink Christmas tree in front is so adorable! How can you not like Christmas time, just the best time to gather with friends. This is an easy spot to meet up With friends. Everyone get a table, fill up and pay for your own froyos topped with all your fixings, and hangout, eat, chat, have a good time. Especially fun for kids who like to come up with (and be very proud of!) their own creations It's so fun to try new flavors that change often. There are seasonal flavors like matcha and guava. Try it before it's gone and will be replaced with new ones. I'm surprised but the Most popular flavor is the plain tart! Did you know?!Which is pretty good. Just a little tart and has a light, pleasant yogurt taste. I didn't expect that so I tried it and I can see what people mean. I also like strawberry, fruity and sweet but not overly sweet. -Pay per oz weighed. The weight of the cup is deducted so NO WORRIES about what size cup you get! Haha I used to wonder about that thinking you'll pay more if you choose the larger size cup--until the staff member clarified so I'm sharing that with you! The cups are so big you can fill as much or as little. I like that there's something for you even if you don't feel like eating too much but still came to hang out with your friends. No one is left out. -Help yourself to Toppings such as: Cap'n Crunch, crushed Oreos, tiny mochi balls, gummy bears, peachio rings, chocolate chips, cookies, yogurtland themed color sprinkles pink, light green, white combo all mixed together that all their stores have (did you know that's a thing?! It's the company color combo! Random trivia). -Catering available: They pack it up carefully for you in large containers for you to set up at your party to serve or let your guests help themselves. Toppings too. -You can buy gift cards for gifting to people to give them a sweet treat. Ask cashier. -online ordering available through food apps. You can get froyo delivered to your door. Just consider special holiday limited hours with any business when you order stuff

As of August 2024, this Yogurtland location has been renovated and we were told it's also under new management. The space was nice and clean with new branded decor. The staff was friendly and introduced the seasonal flavors to us. I always appreciate clean machines and well stocked toppings, and that was the case here. The location is hosting a reopening event on 8/24!

Love this froyo place! They have so many flavors here and you can try out each flavor before you pick which one you want! I also love the amount of toppings they have! The service is pretty self serving, though the people working here are always very nice! It's such a cute little spot for Froyo, definitely pretty big for a froyo shop.

We always ask for a table with chairs because I have back problems and can't sit in their totally worn booths and the host has never had a problem with that request. But yesterday the regular host wasn't there and we were told they were busy and we had to sit at the counter or in a booth because they didn't want to put us the two of us at a table for four (there were two tables available). We waited for nearly ten minutes and when I asked again if we could sit at one of the tables was almost rudely told no, they were busy. So we left and went to Joanie's on California Avenue. They were also busy but immediately seated us and we had a much better lunch. Sometimes it's good to change things up as we'd forgotten how kind and attentive all the of the staff are at Joanie's and how much better the food was. And both of our plates of food came out hot and perfectly cooked which doesn't always happen at the Creamery. I guess we just eat there for the memories. My husband said none of the staff at the Creamery seem happy except for the host so if we don't see him seating the guests, we'll just go to Joanie's.

I wonder if the rest of the cakes have gotten super sweet too? We loved this place due to balanced desserts - deducted one star due to the sweet cake I also deducted another star based on my experience with their croissants. The plain croissant is surprisingly sweet, seemingly due to a sugar glaze or syrup on top (see images) and it tasted old but a plain croissant should be buttery, flaky, and crispy, not coated in something sugary and it wasn't crispy at all. The thing is, a well-made plain croissant should have a natural amber sheen just from the egg wash, and there is no need for sugary syrup, but their croissants have a clear thick glaze that is pooled and caramelized on top, so it felt like eating a sweet bread. I had high hopes given how consistently great their cakes have been, so hopefully it's something they revisit and do better on. Their service history has been great, but as the years have gone by, it's not as friendly or inviting as it used to be (the place has gotten popular over the years, so we have noticed a few things are sliding downhill, so I am curious how this place will be over the next few years). The interior is small (no seating inside, but they do have a few tables outside), we have always taken it to go from here. I am hoping the rest of the cakes aren't sweet, we will try them and will update the review again

Pinkberry is a counter-service frozen yogurt shoppe located on the El Camino Real side of the mall. The small, but clean venue is compact, likely with a maximum occupancy of about thirty persons in the customer area. At peak times, especially during warm days, the compact store can get crowded, which can impact customer comfort and the overall experience, especially with only about two to three tables available for outdoor seating. The menu offers refreshing COLD BREW FRUIT TEAS, fresh fruit smoothies, rotating seasonal flavours of frozen yogurt, and a variety of toppings from cereal to fruit to Nutella. While they have a wide selection of toppings, they stick to a small menu of froyo flavours, one of which is always dairy-free. Classic flavours that are permanent residents are original and chocolate hazelnut. If you are indecisive over which yogurt flavour(s) to choose, the staff will happily provide small samples to taste. When I followed up, instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, the cashier gave me attitude and claimed she "never saw me," which is simply not true. There was zero accountability. I was then told I could either wait another 15 minutes or take an empty cup with low-quality yogurt -- followed by "what do you want me to do about it?"
