Worst yogurt land I've been to , we had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom which is fine but when my mom went up to the cashier she said she wouldn't open the bathroom until we paid , like girl are you fucking serious, I had to hold my pee in until she decided to open it if I get a uti then what is Yogurtland going to pay for my dr appointment, like get a grip It's not that serious why can't people just use the bathroom for free without having to wait to buy something. read more

I arrived at Yogurtland an hour before it was due to close last night, and the young lady working there was very friendly and helpful. She had already begun cleaning up the machines, but she kindly offered to put the machine back in place for us if we needed the flavor she was working on. I noticed that she was working alone, and I even complimented her at the register, thanking her for doing such a great job at keeping the store spotless. She explained to us that she starts her duties a bit earlier because she only has 15 minutes to close up after she closes the door. After reading some of the reviews, I don't think many people are aware that the employees have to start cleaning an hour or two before closing in order to have time to do everything. People need to be more mindful before coming in and complaining. However, I must say that her positive energy and the way she treated us was also a huge factor in our pleasant experience. read more

Omg, customer service was excellent, ice cream was phenomenal. Tons and tons of options. They even have fall flavors which is my favorite. They follow CDC covid guidelines, staff was wearing mark. I go to this location pretty often and I've encountered the same employee each time. She doesn't greet us, rolls her eyes upon us entering the facility, huffs and puffs if we mention we have a coupon, has such an awful attitude to everyone who comes in. She never has a name tag so I don't know who she is but it's always the same girl in the afternoon. Today she was cleaning the machines when we walked in and it was clear she was spraying the machines directly which I know you're not supposed to do. There is no frozen yogurt like Yogurtland ... and I have been to a few Yogurtlands. This one is extra friendly and scrum-didly-yumcious! So I was buying from this store today 02/21/2019 around 2:45 pm and so The cashier asked me for my ID when I'm about to pay and I said I didn't bring coz my husband just picked me up from work and I came from our school field trip bringing a back pack with me and I forgot my ID is in my purse which I usually use everyday. and she said rudely. Oh we need it. So I told her Jamba Juice didn't asked me for ID, I was just buying a minute ago. So rude cashier needs to be trained for customer service . So Tomorrow I will go back and let her see 1,000 IDs that I have . By the way under the law, You may be surprised to find out that merchants are not always required to ask for your ID when you make a purchase with your credit card. While it's perfectly okay for a merchant to ask for your ID, you can refuse to provide it and they have no right to refuse the use of your credit card for the purchase of your merchandise. I came in tonight at 8pm, short wait time outside but that didn't matter because I was excited to have Yogurtland since it's been so long!! When we were inside the lady pouring the yogurt had NO GLOVES and was touching the inside rim of my cup and everyone else's. I couldn't get her name because she had no name tag. She would pour the yogurts then stack them on the top of the glass for the toppings to be put on. When I was asking for my toppings she pushed more cups on top and one cup of the yogurt landed in the toppings.. I still very much enjoy Yogurtland and understand the new changes that have to be implemented due to the current pandemic however, the employees need to take these into consideration and follow the proper procedures gloves is a basic practice when handling any type of food. read more

I was helped by Lisa who was more then glad to assist me with any questions I had and had some suggestions on what combinations of flavors tasted good together as well as what toppings went good with my selection. This place is always a hit or miss, depending the time you go. If you go closer to closing time liKe even 30 min or an hour before they have stuff put away and some flavors don't "work" because they take off some metal that makes it a swirl. The tables outside are locked. And they seem mad if you walk in before closing time. They must not get paid enough that they want to rush out of there. read more

I just want to commend these girls for holding their composure with a couple and their child who threw a temper tantrum both inside and outside the store, making my experience VERY displeasing. The customers dropped their frozen yogurt outside making a huge mess. One of them came in and asked for a replacement and to have the girls go clean up. When one of the girls told her the policy, where she unfortunately had to but a new fro-yo, this Karen like customer started harassing the young woman for "accurate" information about the the manager, the phone number and what not. When I was inside getting my fro-yo, these people were hogging the fro-yo stations because their child wanted to play with the machines. They wouldn't move even when I said "excuse me" when I was waiting to get some toppings. It's nice to relax inside especially if it is unbelievably hot outside. Bathroom is nice and clean without any vandalism or anything which is nice. The topping is clean and stocked whenever u come in they make sure it doesn't look funky or feel sticky when ur there it's a cool little spot and I got no complaints. read more

I like Yogurtland...when they have my favorite summertime flavors. Mango, peach, berry, etc. are hard to find during the rest of the year. Otherwise, I like the consistency of the yogurt. I was very dissatisfied with the service. My daughter got a little bit of Chocolate Twilight and a brownie. She ate the brownie and said the yogurt was bad. I tried it and it taste like spoiled milk with chocolate. I let the Yogurtland employee know it taste really bad and she just responded that it is dark chocolate and it is supposed to be like that and apologized to my daughter without any further investigation or action. read more

I don't review much because having kids doesn't allow for it. Ironically the reason I'm writing this review is because of my son Dave. He really enjoyed it because everyone was so friendly and helped him with his yogurt and topping selections. This particular store stands out because of how community oriented they are. That is actually how I found out about them. They work with schools (including my son's) on fundraisers. Will definitely be back. read more

Can't get anything without washing my hands, to start with change that policy, after requesting the key to wash my hands before getting my yogurt I felt like I was not welcome to the place anymore, no bill over 100$ I get it, i took my card and even before I hand my card heard where is your id?
