My favorite yogurtland I've visited. This store is always very clean and the staff is always willing to help out if you need it! They have a nice size patio and many tables to sit inside! The staff maintains the topping area well organized and free of crumbs and they are never out of my favorite flavors! Jasmine, the owner, is so sweet too! It was Venetta behind the counter. She was nothing but friendly and informative. Now, that is great customer service. I had to make the time to write this review, because I was really happy with the service. I can for once say, this yogurt spot does have yogurt spilling everywhere! I hate walking into a yogurt spot with stuff all over the floor from kids and yogurt spillings all over the countertops. I dont know if its just me, but I am disgusted with that stuff... So, I walked into this location and it was spotless!! They really have their staff wiping and cleaning up every few minutes. In addition to the cleanliness the staff was pretty cool. They greeted us when we walked in and they made sure we were taken care of. There were actually people behind the counter. (YES! I have walked into a yogurt spot with NO employees behind the counter and had to wait for service!) So, this spot def. had good service and that should be pointed out. Good job! Anyways, the yogurt was fine and the toppings were good. CLEAN! Which I love =) All the toppings were neatly separated and not mixed into each other (like the rest of them ARE!!!) I'm def. happy with the service and appearance of this location. I'll def be back with my family and friends and would certainly recommend this spot! See you soon!! Also... I took our family to this location on a Friday night and the toppings bar was a mess! The topping bar looked like it had not been maintained the whole day. We ended up skipping on any toppings instead. Note to manager: Please make this a priority to maintain the toppings bar clean and presentable like other yogurland franchise do. read more

Great place to go to get a delicious frozen treat on a hot day! It's clean inside, has a good variety of delicious flavors to choose from, and plenty of toppings. Everyone is really nice, and welcoming! Venetta helped me on my most recent visit, and she was very courteous to me and my child. My child asked if we could go back today! Gross. Don't come here. It is dirty and the employees here look like they hate you for coming. You're better off at the cerritos locations for sure....and even the lakewood one. Also, this place has gotten expensive compared to before. I paid almost $4 for way too little of "yogurt". Usually for that amount it would only cost me $2 something !!! Today I woke up and received an email , they were giving out FREE YOGURT!!!! I don't know any pace that has done this. The owner here is name Jazmine. There is about one hundred people in line, she is even giving out raffle tickets to receive $25 gift card. They have good customer service. I will most definitely will come again. Yogurtland has always been of my favorite places to grab frozen yogurt, and when I heard a location in Paramount was opening, I was super excited. Giving a 2 stars rating however, for service. My boyfriend and I went today, I got some frozen yogurt and he got Jamba Juice, which is next door to Yogurtland. We decided to sit outside to enjoy our desserts since the weather was nice and cool. It was about 8:50pm when I noticed one of the workers from Yogurtland began moving the empty tables around that were located outside, where we were. Sort of putting them altogether as what seems to be a routine each night (Seen this happen before). What I didn't like, is when she came up to us telling us to switch to another table because she had to move ours as well. If you don't close until 9:30pm, why are you telling people to move from your tables? Maybe she was preparing for closing, but there were still people purchasing yogurt when this happened. So maybe these people wanted to sit outside as well. My opinion, I think tables should be moved when store is officially closed and customers have left. Not when business is still open. This has happened more than once to me, and although the workers do not ask rudely, I think the gesture itself is disrespectful to customers. If all tables had been empty, then by all means move them, but they weren't. Please do your clean-up/closing routine when you've officially closed, not otherwise. read more

I have two little girls and you can imagine i've been to many many yogurt spots, but this Yogurland (Paramount) has to be the best for cleanness and friendliness of their staff. The topping bar is my girls favorite place to visit and i gotta say, its always maintained very well with no crumbs or mess. I wont be back. The serving area stunk like fish so bad it turned me off and I didn't even want the froyo anymore. They didnt have strawberry which is insane. This location is always pleasant. The store is clean, the staff is welcoming and engaging, and are always willing to answer my questions and make suggestions. I had no idea Yogurtland did any special events but when the employee found I was a teacher in the area, they informed me about the fundraising options they offer so we ended up booking one with this location.
