I payed and tipped them, my son accidentally dropped his on the floor and we got such dirty looks from the employee it made my 6 year old feel terrible. Accidents happen people. The frozen yogurt here is very good, lots of different flavors and toppings: fruit; strawberries kiwi, pineapple,cherries, leche. Most of the candy toppings are for kids, but I like the mini Reese's peanut butter cups. It's better to get here around four if you want to avoid the screaming kids...haha They charge you by the ounce. .49 cents. They also offer you sample cups as you enter. I would be more taken with this place if they had more than one sugar free option. Sometimes, not even that. With as many people folowing a low card, high protein life style, and there are a lot of us, you would think that with as many as 16 flavors possible at a time, they would be able to have more sugar free flavors working. After reading some of the positive reviews on Yelp, my family and I decided to give this place a try. As a general rule I typically stay away from yogurt shops. Between the chemical treats and dirty conditions I manage to avoid these kind of places at all costs. After hearing Yogurtland was different, I decided to keep an open mind and give it a shot. We stopped by last evening about a half hour prior to closing time. After a day's worth of patrons it was shocking to see a near spotless joint. The yogurt machine and topping bar were also neat and well attended to. During our 20 minute stay, we saw several employees clean and straighten up. They had various flavors available, including three that are listed as fan favorites on their website. Toppings included various candy, baked treats, and fresh fruit. They also had a fresh whipped cream dispenser at the check out. Being gluten free, it was really great to see each yogurt flavor labeled with allergy information. I wish they would extend this labeling to their toppings, although I guess it's pretty much self explanatory. Calories per ounce are also listed. The cashier was super friendly, and set us up with their free reward card program. A great explanation of how to earn free ounces, and birthday rewards via their app was also explained. The dining room is small. Probably with seating capacity up to 15. They had free fresh fruit infused water available. Outdoor seating was also available. Overall my family and I had a great experience, and absolutely loved their yogurt! It's great to see a shop focusing on fresh and "real" ingredients! read more

Big fan of frozen yogurt and it's nice to have another option in town. They offer gluten free and dairy free options. Self Serve sold by weight. Always greeted by friendly staff and offered a tasting cup. Fresh fruit toppings and sweet and crunchy toppings. I wish they listed all ingredients on their flavor panels above the machines. Two smallish servings was just under $5 so I think the price may be a bit more than some other options in Petaluma. Located in the Target shopping center. read more

After visiting the dentist across the way and being told I needed to return for a filling, I did the only thing a level headed adult would do.. Went for frozen yogurt and loaded up on candy. I had never been to this company or location before but it was close so I gave it a try. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in and made sure all of my questions were answered. The entire store was clean and all of the yogurt flavors were operational. There sure is nothing worse than getting excited for that root beer float flavor and then realizing its out of mix. I used to come to this location often but havent been in quite a while and let me tell you...it is NOTHING like it used to be. I am pretty shocked and completely disappointed by my recent visit. I walk in TWENTY FIVE minutes before closing and they have maybe 5 flavors going out of the typical 16. They took out over half of the toppings (all of the fruit, all of the candy bars, whipped cream etc) which left little options. When we went to pay the rude cashier, he said nothing to us except yeah (when i asked him if i could give him my rewards number since he didn't do his job and ask) and the total. It seems as if they were trying to go home early and just basically said screw everyone else. Such a terrible way to treat your paying customers. I am absolutely disgusted with the complete lack of customer service. Engage your employees and keep them happy and maybe they will care about your paying customers that give you the opportunity to be business owners. read more

I am generally suspicious of frozen yogurt places and thought this would be another run of the mill, sad, chemically manufactured yogurt experience. (We have a Yogurt Time by my domicile and I never go there because it is not good.) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the yogurt was quite good and the store looked very clean. They have a ton of toppings to choose from. I had the strawberry and added fresh strawberries and banana. The strawberries were really sweet and perfect as well. They also add realy fruit, peanut butter, etc to their yogurt and live cultures as well. I wish there was one of these closer to me! read more

Yipee skippy! At last there's taro flavor here in Sonoma County. I know you rotate your flavors regularly. This is my second visit and when I first visited the first time, had no taro on the menu. Whenever I visit my go to places in Santa Rosa (Yogurt Farms, Yogurt Time etc) and ask if they know taro. All of them are clueless of what taro is. You have to describe it yada yada yada. Can you ever go wrong with Yogurtland? The yogurt was fantastic, the place was clean and there seemed to be a lot of fresh fruit (not fruit that looked like it had been sitting out a few days). By far my favorite of all frozen yogurt places. They're very aware of customers entering and always offer samples. I have never been in where I wasn't greeted and offered sample cups. The flavors tend to change pretty often and they rotate favorites so if your favorite flavor wasn't available there's a good chance it'll come back around. The frozen yogurt is self serve and is sold by weight. They always nail the flavors, in my opinion. From Toasted Coconut to Flan and from Dragon Fruit to Sumatran coffee, the flavors are pretty spot on. I have yet to be disappointed. Their toppings bar is stocked with just about anything you could want on yogurt from cookie dough bites to kiwi. The toppings are always full and the staff will even give out a sample if you want to try something from the topping bar. If you sign up for the reward program or cut out the coupons from those annoying mailers, you get 3 free oz pretty often. A top notch yogurt store. I work with kids and when yogurt land opened they were over the moon with this place. I knew I would have to try it for myself. Kids aren't usually my main source for food recommendations but they know their froyo! The first turn on for this business is the handful of sample cups they hand you as you enter the store. Yes, nearly enough to sample every flavor! And if you want, you can ask for more so you can sample them all! You can even sample the toppings! There are flavors for everyone, ranging from tart, fruit, to red velvet and traditional chocolate and vanilla. Weigh in and pay before you dig in and enjoy! Don't leave before pouring a cup of strawberry water to wash it all down with. No joke, it's delicious!!! read more

Since moving to Petaluma this has been our go-to spot for froyo. I wouldn't say it's the best I've had but it's close to our house. There are always two or three flavors that intrigue me. Each flavor I've tried has been mighty tasty. I think my biggest pet peeve is how packed it always is. I think it's because it's such a tiny shop. I've been here two times so far, and this place hasn't disappointed. The first time, they had a Nilla Wafer fro-yo flavor that I now crave... too bad it was a seasonal thing. Today, they had toasted coconut fro-yo, and root beer float fro-yo, and both were delicious. This place has a good variety of ever-changing flavors, as well as good toppings - and a whip cream dispenser machine! My only wish is for the toppings to be diced smaller - the cheesecake and brownie pieces are too big, and I prefer my toppings to be diced small, so I can scoop up toppings and fro-yo at the same time. I can't complain though, I added a Nilla wafer cookie and Nutter Butter cookie to today's cup, and they were a nice side to munch on. The drive from Marin *is* worth it, even with the variety of fro-yo places we have there. read more

Go here at least a few times a month and it's always great. The interior is very clean and well stocked. They always have the toppings nice and full, the area clean and tidy and always have plenty of cups and water available. They quickly clean the dining room and do a really good job being fast at the register which is something I appreciate when I am there on a work break. Their employees have a good attitude and are always nice, one in particular, Darius always is willing to help and takes pride in keeping the area clean and stocked. While I see that other reviews are varied, I have never had anything less than a great experience here. read more

Delicious frozen yogurt! When I went they had a cheesecake flavor and a red velvet cake batter flavor that were both to die for. This shop is kept nice and clean. Thank you for finally putting a yogurtland in Sonoma county! I've been waiting for years. I've been going to the ones in SoCal and in Berkeley. I got the coconut yogurt which was non dairy and low fat. For toppings I had kiwi, strawberries, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla cookie and waffle stick. I'm not one that fills my cup to the rim so I like to do it half way plus I was full from lunch. I do hope they'll bring one to Santa Rosa or Sebastopol in the future. read more

So, I have been here several times and every time it's the same. Messy messy messy and topping bar gross. There are way too many kids coughing and sneezing and touching everything while in line for the register. The yogurt is decent, but they praise themselves for natural ingredients, yet they still have carrageenan in all of their yogurts, which is a thickener that causes inflammation in humans. Most larger companies are getting rid of this ingredient and advertising it as they do so. Lets improve ingredients and improve the toppings bar. read more
