Located inside the Crossroads at Pleasant Hill center, there is plenty of parking. To park directly in front, the parking spaces are tight and limited to 12-15 cars. Inside Yogurtland, there are approximately 6 tables that can hold about 3-4 people at each. Chairs are often taken from tables for larger groups so inside seating availability can be limited. There are no tables or chairs for outside seating. As you proceed in, register to the right with the cup station against the left wall. Make your way in and there are about 12 flavors to choose from. All stations were working today minus one (missing a flavor). There were two fruit flavors (peach and mango), a rocket pop flavor, cheesecake and plain tart, along with frosted cookie, Dutch chocolate, Oreo and a few other flavors. The topping station is pretty spacious with at least 20-30 options to choose from ranging from fruit, to boba toppings, coconut and chocolate chips to gummy bears and sour worms. I always do mochi, kiwi fruit, cookie dough balls and mango popping bubbles. The register and cashier are behind the topping station toward the end of the counter. Prices are based on weight, our daughter's is always the most and she never finishes it. This is her go to spot for sweet when we're in the area. Solid experience here at Yogurtland! Service was friendly. They allow you to take maximum 2 sample cups to try their flavors. They did have some unique flavors like salted caramel, pistachio. I didn't really care for some of the nonstandard flavors since it seems they use really strong extract. I like sticking to my tart yogurt. The tart yogurt here was a bit on the icy side. The shop was clean. There is a good amount of seating indoors. Yogurt is 83 cents an ounce. We paid a little over $11 for 15 oz of yogurt. read more

This place is so popular! I went on a Saturday night and there was a pretty constant stream of groups coming in to grab the yogurt. It's clean, all the flavors/machines were functioning and all the toppings were well stocked and clean/fresh. There were some seating as well. There's probably enough space in there for a few more seats along the wall on one side, but not complaining because at the pace of customers coming in, there was plenty of seating. I enjoy the self service a bit more than when the employees swirl it for you, but then you can get careless with the weight of the yogurt. But still, the price you pay for is worth it here. They have an assortment of flavors to choose from as well as toppings. The flavors I had included their strawberry, mango, "firecracker popsicle", and I believe a pineapple. I often read reviews that warn you not to go to a Yogurtland near closing time. But I went in anyway, because I wanted to see what it's like just before closing. I actually had a good experience. Four of the eight machines were down for cleaning. But I was still able to get chocolate/vanilla twist, strawberry/mango, and mango. The wet/fresh toppings were well stocked and looked SO GOOD! I don't usually get toppings, but I took a scoop of lychee jelly, coconut jelly, and some strawberries. I thought the strawberries would be mushy. But no, they were crisp like someone had just sliced them. The fro-yo was thick and icy. Good flavor, but the mango had a slight chalky after taste. Overall, good and cold, very refreshing! The place had the usual Yogurtland greenish color decor. There were a few tables, but the interior was spacious. PRICE: April 2024 price per ounce= 77 cents/oz. (they deduct 0.6 oz for the cup). All the Yogurtlands are about the same price, my recent visits revealed: -Walnut Creek- 77 cents, April '24 -Cupertino- 79 cents, April '24 -Fremont- 72 cents, March '24 Overall, I had a very good experience here, and will return for more. read more

I wanted to give 5 stars but that's if everything was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't order flies with my toppings. If I saw any of the flies touch the ingredients, I would've walked right out. Anyway, I was surprised that every flavor I picked was delicious! The Toasted Coconut was light and refreshing. The cheesecake vanilla tasted like home. I'm not a big fan of yogurt ice cream, but I got hooked the past couple of months. No doubt it's better and healthier anyway than ice cream. They offered the ube flavor and that was pretty awesome! I combined ube and the strawberry along with the tart flavored yogurt and all 3 was amazing together! I was hooked every night so I would come by here to get a few cups for me and my family for dessert. It adds up though as I would spend $25 a night. But they discontinued the strawberry first which didn't bother me too much. But then they discontinued the ube as well, and that was a big disappointment. I asked why it got discontinued and the workers there said it's usually seasonal and they like to introduce different flavors for different seasons, for example, the green mint one for St. Patty's, which was good but not as wonderful as the ube and strawberry. So, I've been trying to stay away from sweets but Yogurtland gets me almost every time. I mean, it's not as bad as ice cream, right? Well, that's what I keep telling myself. I really enjoy the rotating flavors and they have so many different toppings.... it can really make a person go crazy trying to limit themselves. I'm practically addicted to their Pecans and Praline flavor which I get about 80% of the time that I go there. What I really like about Yogurtland is that they allow YOU to sample what you want. So many times I've been to the little Mom and pop frozen yogurt shops where THEY get the samples for you. You feel limited in what you can try because you don't want to "inconvenience" the poor cashier by having them get you a sample of everything. You also can't beat the selection of flavors here. They offer at least 12 to 16 different flavors depending on the location. I love coming here in the summer time because they are open late and it can be hard to find a frozen yogurt place with extended hours. The staff is generally okay here. They put up with me sampling every flavor in life, so I can't complain. My only issue here is the price. I come in every time with the same thought of "Oh, I'll just get a small size". Then, I push the handle and watch the yogurt come out... I stop.... I put a little more... I stop again... oh just a little bit more. I arrive at the toppings and add one... then one more... and then another. By the time I get to the register, my cup is filled, I'm still thinking I'm ok because it's mostly toppings. Then the cashier says "$7.50" and I'm like what the hell? How can yogurt be the price of a super sized Big Mac meal? Not really sure, but I just give in because it's so good. read more

I'm really glad that I'm just minutes away from this Yogurtland location. I like Yogurt Shack, but they don't serve mochi. My boyfriend loves mochi so having a Yogurtland nearby is awesome. This visit I got Dutch Chocolate and Strawberry yogurt mixed with almonds, hot fudge, bananas and strawberries. I don't normally get fruity yogurts but the strawberry flavor was delicious. The yogurt was smooth, light and not watered down. Another plus was how clean this place was no matter what time of the day - first time we came in around noon, this time we came in around 7pm. I've come to this location a few times over the past few years and I've never had a bad experience. I haven't had an exactly memorable experience here either, but you walk in, serve yourself, then the employee behind the counter rings you up quickly and sends you on your way. Not much talking or customer service involved so no complaints here! The place is clean for the most part, but sometimes it seems there is only one person working in the front so they don't have enough time to pick up the napkins and maraschino cherry stems off of the tables in between a rush of customers. Definitely not a big deal, but enough for a few friends and I to notice and comment on it. Great flavor choices, great toppings, and love that they have new sauce toppings like marshmallow fluff, chocolate shell, and the hot fudge that is actually warm haha. I always usually choose New York cheesecake mixed with red velvet cake frozen yogurt, then add cookie dough bits, cheesecake bits, lots of mochi, and hot fudge on top :) Overall, this is a great place to come for a bowl of frozen yogurt especially on a hot day! This is my favorite Yogurtland. They keep the sample cups out front, making it very easy to taste new flavors. The new S'mores flavor is a pass. :-P Clean, good assortment of toppings - fruits, candies, nuts, sauces, and shaved coconut - plenty of seating, the customary strawberry water. Doesn't leave too much to be desired. Matcha green tea, Coconut, and Berry Tart are my faves. I'm very OCD about matching toppings to the yogurt at hand: Shaved coconut on coconut, berries on Berry...aren't I a fun date?! Points for being a short drive to Pleasant Hill Park on Gregory Lane - An excellent place to stroll around with your yogurt on a warm summer evening. I opted for a lemony passion tart flavor (nice and original) as well as some silky chocolate truffle #. $1.82--- i like the damage! smooth...creamy....nice flavors on the tongue. Tuttimelon still reigns supreme for me... it's got the Asian taste bud in mind, in my humble opinion. I come here pretty often with my 5 year old. He loves the Rocket Pop and always adds the gummy worms. I always love the variety at the Pleasant Hill location. I usually go with green tea, pistachio, taro, and of the coffee type flavors and add mochi, almonds, kit kat, and strawberries. So good!
