For context, it was a Wednesday around 7 PM, approximately 97 degrees outside, and the business was nearly empty. There were multiple open tables both inside and outside, so we were certainly not preventing a paying customer from having a seat. Again, I understand the policy. What I don't understand is the lack of discretion or basic hospitality in enforcing it under these circumstances--particularly toward a parent with a small child in extreme heat. We weren't a large group taking over the patio, creating a disturbance, or occupying the last available table. Sometimes good customer service is knowing when a rule needs to be enforced and when a little kindness costs absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that while we weren't customers tonight, we won't be customers in the future either.

We ordered a Shack Burger, Chicken Burger and a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Sides were a Onion Rings, Fries and a shake. For the same food at Red Robin, this comes out to approximately $45, for better food and larger quantities. My burger literally fit into the palm of my hand. The chicken sandwich was dry. The rest was OK, but not great. Overall - Red Robin, Famous Dave's and Applebee's easily win over Shake Shack. THE BOTTOM LINE: We would have happily paid $60 for the food. The problem being that, if you're going to charge premium costs, you had better "bring it" with the food. Mind you: right next door is Sosogu Ramen & Japanese BBQ, Amoi Mok Mok, J Riley and the Redlands Public Market - all of whom have better food for lower prices. With average ratings of 3.5 across the board in all locations, I just don't see Shake Shack keeping up with the competition - but this is merely a personal observation. Sorry - just being honest.

Yogurtland is one of our favorite spots for a froyo treat! My son and I both love the vanilla chocolate swirl, and I always top mine with peanut butter cups. It's the perfect sweet treat. If you're not part of their rewards program, I definitely recommend signing up. They run great deals, this time we scored a buy one, get one free, which made it even better. The location is clean, the staff is usually friendly, and it's always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this Yogurtland location! read more

So around 3:40 we went to Yogurtland and didn't have the best customer service. First asking for sample cups she gave us enough for testing one yogurt. There was three of us and she gave us four sample cups, she was snobby when I asked if we could have a couple more. All the frozen yogurt machines were blinking! Also they had no fresh water which they usually do. If you cant be happy where you work, then there's no point in working there. read more

I personally enjoy this place. I don't know why it has only three stars. Every time I go, the place is spotless clean and everything is in order. All the extras are stocked(not all the way obviously but you have a good amount at all times). The only complaint I guess, would be that there's literally no one at the register every single time I go. I have to wait maybe a minute or two to be checked out but I mean its not a big deal read more

I really liked that this method allowed me to mix and match flavors - I had 4 different flavors of yogurts (see my pic). In our case our eyes were bigger than our stomachs - it was easy to get plenty. Even though we were new, we saw regulars who knew exactly what and how they wanted their frozen yogurt. (Not all toppings are put on the top, BTW!). The frozen yogurt was super creamy and tasty. We found some of the flavors were very sweet.
