Employee had an attitude, didn't greet customers as they walked in. Had an attitude as she put toppings on yogurt. We even thanked her despite of her attitude problem. She didn't respond and then when it was time to ring us up she walked away from the register and she was also rude to the next customer. Disappointed. Rather drive out of my way to visit a different location next time. She needs to be trained on how to provide better customer service. She made this location look terrible. read more

It's annoying that they only give one or two sample cups and you have to ask for more if you want to try more flavors. Sometimes when they're busy you have to wait a while to get toppings and pay and by then the ice cream has started to melt. read more

Whoever owns this franchise, you need to train your employees who worked at 5:30PM July 12th, 2019 to take care of the store when you guys are gone. Your staff allowed high school kids on summer vacation to steal from your store, harrass paying customers, and step all over staff without so much as a call to security or police for harrassing a private space with families and children present. This place is actually in the donut hole shopping center near Chipotle and the Habit Burger gGrill. Don't actually look for it on San Bernardino Road. It seems the last frontier for mapping software is to figure out shopping centers. This is your basic Yogurtland, and I am always disappointed to find a total absence of fruity syrups. I like raspberry, strawberry, anything of that nature, but Yogurtland tends to have only caramel and chocolate and the like. Note: the management here seems very responsive to Yelp comments and promised to consider adding fruit syrups. read more

Nothing really special. I really prefer the Redlands location. It was around 8pm on a Tuesday evening when my gf and I stopped by. One of the workers said a quick hello as we entered but they didn't say thanks or goodbye when we walked out. Was super excited to try their taro but they didn't have any despite the "Grand Opening" sign outside with the taro on it. Fail... Ended up getting the pistachio and New York cheesecake which are my go-to flavors if taro isn't available. Background music was pretty loud but it didn't seem as dirty as some others have mentioned. Didn't realize they have an app now if you are into the rewards program. Prefer the stamp card system. Yup, that's all folks. read more

Love this place! Great location to grab dinner and finish with froyo Very clean, friendly staff, super fresh toppings, lots of options! The yogurt is super firm, not half melted when it comes out like a lot of yogurt places. The owner is super nice, cares a lot about his workers which is always nice to see. They don't have a tip jar because they've had issues with stealing in the area and he's worried for his staff, but he allows staff to accept tips and pocket them immediately. I created a yelp account so I could leave a review. This was my family's first time to Yogurtland. It was 116 degrees outside. There was absolutely no seating inside. There were only two families in there that had been done with their yogurt and were just lounging in there. We waited about 15 minutes and asked is we could bring chairs from the outside in. Management rudely told us no and that they can't force others to leave since it would make them upset. We never asked for anyone to get removed just to bring extra chairs in. What is the point of getting yogurt and being forced to eat it in the sun in that heat with no shade!!! Management was extremely rude and could care less about their customers. My family will never eat at this location. We went to the other yogurtland off of orange st. They were very polite and helpful over there the way customer service should be. read more

Yogurtland is my favorite of the local yogurt places, however this place always runs out of whip cream at night. Not even right before closing. A few hours before hand and they'll be out. Consistently, being out of a supplies really brings them down. read more

Great yogurt, terrible customer service. I went in with my family around 7:00pm on a Thursday and the cashier must have been having a bad day. I politely asked for a sample cup and she (Lauren) rolled her eyes and gave me two. I said thank you and she ignored me and walked away. I got my yogurt (whopper flavor is excellent) and she rang me up and gave me one spoon. I asked for another spoon since there were three of us and she rolled her eyes again, sighed, and handed one over to me. I said thank you and again no recognition or response. Either this girl is ready to quit soon or the management isn't doing enough to make sure customer service is at least halfway decent. There's really no reason to roll your eyes at someone and ignore them, especially when you're in the service industry. If I spot Lauren in there again I think I'll just go to Nubi or Nektar instead. read more

Came here with my girlfriend and her friends fresh out of a movie and craved something sweet. Had never been to one of these frozen yogurt places so I was very interested when they picked this place. Walking through the door, the place seemed relatively clean and well kept. There were several little tables for seating to enjoy the frozen treats. They had many machines for multiple different flavors of frozen yogurt. I chose a cookies and cream flavor mixed it with a salted caramel and then headed to the toppings bar. They had so many toppings from crushed Oreo, m&ms, Reece's pieces, gummy bears, nuts, hot fudge, caramel, strawberries, chocolate chips, and so much more! Came into this location while eating dinner and asked for a washcloth to wipe down a table out side of their door. The girl at the register "Iesha" I think her name was told me sorry but we don't have washcloths for outside. I said do you have anything I can use to wipe down the table she said ugh yeah you can use some napkins from the dining area. I then grabbed some and asked her to wet them because the table was covered in sticky yogurt. She wet them and said we don't clean the tables outside "mountain grove" is supposed to do that. Ugh..? Okay.... obviously the customer service here needs course correction. What she should have done was gotten some wet paper towels from the back of the facility and offered to wipe down my table (which I wouldn't have made her, I can do it by myself) and then maybe I would have eaten some yogurt after dinner which was my plan by the way. All I wanted was frozen yogurt. Instead, I got frozen yogurt with a hair in it. When I showed the cashier the hair in my bowl she said "that is not possible". Instead of giving me a refund or a free bowl of frozen yogurt, she pestered me with questions on what frozen yogurt I got, the types of toppings I got, and anything I touched. At first I asked for the free bowl of frozen yogurt, but she told me I could only get 3 ounces of frozen yogurt (which I paid for way more than three ounces in my original bowl). Then I said never mind, I'll take the refund. Instead of refunding fully, she gave me only the money of what I ate even though I paid for more originally. About 10 minutes later she gave me a card for 3 free ounces for my next visit. Lets just say I'm never coming here again. read more

I am a huge frozen yogurt, and yogurtland fan. Ive been to around a dozen yogurtlands across california and this one has been by far the worst!! I get saturday nights can be busy, especially for this shopping centre, but there is no excuse for how the employees treated us. they scoffed when i said something about how the toppings needed to be replaced, sorry I dont like butterfinger and kit kat mixed together in one container! The machines were very dirty and covered in yogurt stains. The handles were all sticky, the cups were almost all out, and they only gave us 1 sample cup after having to ask the cashier who was hiding in the back of the store! the topping bar was an absolute hot mess with spoons all over and crumbs everywhere! after having to dig through the cross contaminated toppings I discovered they were stale! Management only cares about making another buck, not about their customers. Water machine has been down for months, but they took it down so there's incentive for purchasing water bottles that are priced way too much. Out of order sign on the bathroom solely not wanting people to waltz in, but can't say no instead and reach confrontation with someone they would rather not talk to. I know that one of my frustrations ever since I first went to a Yogurtland was that you had to "guess" how many ounces were in the cup. Some of us can't afford to "hope" that a certain amount or less is in the cup. Why can't there be a scale away from the cashier(s) as well? read more

I have no complaints except that they offer not a lot of fruit flavors so I prefer to go to Nubi for more natural flavors. Overall though it's a great place with great service. I have been here 3 times and everytime I go to this yogurt land I am upset! The tables are sticky!!! plus the machines are not cleaned!! And the yogurt is not cooled. I will not be returning to this yogurt land ever again! The employees are rude too. I saw the customer in front of me and the guy was telling her off daughter off.. I rather go next door to the hamburger place to get ice cream.. That says a lot! but if you want yogurt land go to the downtown redlands one is way better then this!
